We use these folks for our work gear embroidery and have never been dissapointed. Excellent pricing, excellent turn around times and great staff has made this our go to.

I wanted to have the handwriting of family member who has passed embroidered into handkerchiefs, Etsy wanted $33 a piece! Oh a whim, I called Screen Printing Northwest and they were able to do exactly what I wanted for less than 1/5 the price and in less than a week! Great experience and Ill definitely use them in the future!

They do good work, however on this what are they were two weeks late. Missed a logo on one shirt. However well still use them.

This customer service was disgusting. It was an insult to the entire concept of customer service. The man was rude, unhelpful, and condescending. I had heard that they were good so I stopped by to ask for some basic ball park pricing info as my organization wanted to establish a relationship with a local printer for some items we would need printed now and in the future. He refused to provide ANY information...literally ANY. He told me that I had to send them an email detailing what I wanted before he could give me ANY information. I explained that we wanted basic front and back printing of a name and logo on a few potential items and I was looking for basic questions to be answered on their product offerings and information on basic price ranges for basic items, like t-shirts for example. After all, how could we even determine what to ask for by email without some basic info needed to refine what we want? Any fool obviously knows this and yet he insisted he could tell us NOTHING...actually NOTHING about their products, prices, or even how their processes work. He was patronizing and offensive and made it clear that he had no interest in my business at all. How can a place like this stay in business so long with such amazingly poor customer service? I can only imagine they dont treat all their customers this way and still stay in business. Perhaps they just save this kind of shockingly poor treatment for Black women. I will make sure my organization NEVER uses this company. This experience was disgusting.

I coach little league and every year i order jackets. They always are timely and do a great job. if i made a mistake they are very helpful in fixing it.staff very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. i recommend them for all your work.

Ill Second that review - the place is the definition of hole in the wall - though a big one - however SPNW cant be beat. Ive used 5-6 different companies up and down the I-5 Corridor looking for a good combination of price/quality - most of them were ok enough - but SPNW blew me away again and again with their speed, kindness and willingness to work with you.As a young guy I often found myself with short deadlines (procrastination) and they were always willing to help work with me. Awesome company.
