It is a big store that is well stocked. Some items are mis-priced so when you get to checkout you are surprised. Long, long lines for checkout @ 5:30pm

Why do all Walmart employees are impolite & unhelpful ? Which ever city you go to ....if you dont see it we dont have it, we will not go look at the back for it or any other aisle either.Theres small variety of each & everything like any other Walmart. It was clean though which is good. I had to wait forever to pick up my online order. If you come during the end of the day or late evening you wont find any fresh vegetables or fruits . Prices of produce here is okay, but I found fredmeyer in some items cheaper. Theres absolutely no good stuff in clearance .... Dont even bother looking anything on sale. Everything is full priced here, but the good thing is that walk prices are cheap .

Smaller store. Less selections. Come on Walmart you have all the money. Step up. Thank you. We expect the same types of merchandise at all your stores.

Clean store. Parking is so so. Some items were a good deal and others were more than other grocery stores. Its nice to be able to find so many items at one stop.

Picked up order using the drive up service. Long wait time a lot of people waiting as well. There were two older ladies running around trying to get the orders completed. The system is not very efficient. Apparently, you can only leave a survey if u purchase groceries according to staff. Wanted to leave the two ladies with a tip for running around so much and busting their butts. But, they arent able to accept them. 😕 Had to run inside to grab a few items and found that 3/5 of the items that were unavailable to be picked up using buy online and pick up in store option were in stock on the shelves. Which defeats the purpose of in stock availability. It wasnt low in stock either. Otherwise, Id understand. Online and in store system left more to be desired.

This Walmart always has what I need at reasonable prices. It is clean, and easy to get into and out of - always fast lines and parking spots. Easily accessible from I-5 as well.

On this visit we discovered a lack of two products we always buy at this store. Pandemic shortages have hit this store.

A remarkable improvement in customer service! Drawbacks include long lines, shortage of staff - carts parked in the disabled parking spots. Not ok.

I had placed an order for pickup in store from online. It wasn’t groceries pickup and it was so hard to find the online order pickup spot. I drove through the parking lot probably 5 times looking for the pickup spot. Groceries pickup spot was clear as day but for some reason they made if you order something other than groceries you have to pick up at a different spot and it’s not easy to find. So I called customer service and it prompted me to press a certain number for pickup so I did and nobody picked up. I called few more times still no one picked up. I went into the store and customer service is closed of course so I found someone that worked there to ask them where I need to go to pickup online order order. From there I waited by the front doors what seemed like a lifetime before anyone came to give me my things. The whole process of me getting to the parking lot and getting my stuff probably took an hour. That’s just ridiculous. I will not be ordering online for pickup ever again.

For me this Walmart is definitely my least favorite in Snohomish county. The store layout is confusing and unfortunately the employees here were not very friendly. My shopping experience has been nothing but a nightmare every time I chose to shop here, because of this Ill no longer be shopping at this Walmart.

The aisles are way too small, did not have any smaller carts had to use the big cart. Selection was horrible. If I find a supercenter closer that had more stuff I will shop there I will never go back to this one again.

This store does a great job with line management, cleanliness and stocking during off hours when customers arent in the store.The selection of meats is really good, though the stock runs out very quickly and takes a while to replenish due to supply chain issues.

Its Walmart. Expect to wait in line even for self service check out. Store is usually well stocked, however a large shopping trip I prefer the Marysville location. Everett Mall area is a traffic mess.

A quick in and out for snacks and the most pleasant surprise. This Walmart wasnt filled with irritations and annoyances. Everything I needed was there and easy to grab. The cashier at self check out was helpful and efficient. Dont worry I wont give out her name in fear that the Walmart brass might fire her for showing respect to a customer.

While this Walmart Supercenter has a wide selection of food, clothing, electronics, jewelry, home goods, and toiletries - the store feels cramped. Aisles are barely wide enough for two carts which leads to a lot of traffic jams. You barely have time to select a single item before people start building up behind you. In the average grocery store they would be enough space to simply move around another customer, but not so at this Walmart. The lack of space really increases the stress of shopping as you constantly feel as though you are in the way of other customers.They do a reasonable job at keeping the store clean, but due to the lack of space, there are frequently boxes of new merchandise blocking aisle ways. I frequently found myself having to move out of the way so that employees could move merchandise carts in order to restock (mid-day). Thanks to the limited space, most departments are smaller than you would expect. You will probably find what you need at this location, but you will need to allow extra time to navigate the cramped store. This location isnt very old, but it could certainly use an update.

Kinda feels like you could easily get robed in the parking lot

Taking back a star because this store only seems to be able to have about two check lanes open at a time, ever. Please, send people to the front. The store isnt big enough to have the entire front clogged up with people waiting in line. This is also the smallest Walmart Ive ever been in and that doesnt help. This is exactly why Walmart is the last resort, for emergencies only, sheer convenience store.

If I could give it a zero, I 100% would. They never ever answer their phones ever! So sick and tired of the incompetence. And to top it off, I have the most issues with their delivery service. I understand that they go through doordash, but geez, how many times must I have to go through not getting my order?? If I hadn’t paid for the yearly fee to have delivery done to my house, I would NEVER go through them again!

It’s a smaller Walmart but does the trick. I mean this is a typical Walmart in my opinion. The staff is very nice and has gotten much better then it was last year that is for sure. I do a lot of online and pickup orders which make it easy. Parking lot sometimes gets quite busy but their prices are cheap and most items are in stock

Cant hate on Walmart it is what it is the staff are great and I pretty much know where everything is so cant fo wrong with that

Its one of the smaller stores, but had everything I needed, except the bags in self checkout were either out or in my situation I had 2 but could have used 3. I dont care if I have to pay for them. This is like the 4th time Ive been in and its always this way so bring your own bags

One of my favorite Wal-Mart locations after the Marysville super center.. I would give them a 3 star for getting rid of my international delight almond joy creamer and replacing it with this.....this....identify know what to call it

This store needs better management. It seems like they’re poorly staffed. But I’ll give them 2 stars because a very nice man named keshaun helped me find what I needed. He was very attentive. I haven’t come across many walmart employees that are actually happy to help, especially at this store.

This has got to be the smallest Supercenter made in Washington State (laughter)!! I guess it qualifies as such but in a noticeable diminutive fashion. Not much for variation. The management have largely been helpful and do broadly extend their knowledge to accommodate your needs when their policy greatly limits them in a straightforward manner of doing so. Mind you, they will not break matters of policy but they can and will show initiative in finding alternatives that may work instead of your initial intentions, which is better than most of their affiliate stores may do for you. Try to be patient and optimistic in addition to being polite, as it also goes a long way in always getting your best replies from an underpaid but diligent worker. My true gripe lays with it having the most limited selection of toys and brands associated to this department and to see their shelves generally bare as well. What I have noticed in this section is that rare toys will frequent this store that would have smart collectors give it time in their regular search routes... Everything else is relatively basic protocol, minus a tire center. The parking lot is vast and has a large number of spaces dedicated to electric cars that I have seen.... Good luck shopping!!

Wine prices are very competitive. Selection, well, supersized! It feels like the checkout stands are understaffed, but the self-checkout is excellent. Other stores could learn from this. But why no plastic bags at self checkout stations... Like, none?

They’re not “following you”... it’s online grocery going up and down every single isle to get what they need for online customers. If you’re going up and down the isles chances are there will be an online grocery employee doing the same thing. They’re not “profiling” anyone. Walking up every single isle is their job... great Walmart ! Some homeless people in the parking lot sometimes but other than that it’s a decent Walmart

Pleasant staff to speak with. Also, left my debit card home in a sweater pocket and the tiller staff person bagged my selected items and put them aside while I went to get my card. Again, thank you.

Everett Mall Way location much better for groceries. Wont buy meat at Walmart though because its so pricey. Cashier was extra nice :) wish Id gotten her name.My son has been making Cinnamon Toast Crunch milkshakes for a long time, lol. Hes gonna post this product

Whan I arrived at this store i was told by the emoloyee at the front door that they only had 1 powered cart for disabled persons and it was in use. There was a guy right behind me that needed a cart too. We both went back to our cars .This store has about 15 disabled parking spots, but only 1 powered cart for disabled persons. Only 1 power cart? Thats just screwed up.When I got back to the car I called the store using the phone number on their website. The phone rang and range and rang and rang. Customer consideration and service here SUCKS. I will not be back.

The Walmart on Everett Mall Way: A wonderful Wally world!! So refreshing to visit a Walmart where not only the staff are extremely friendly and nice, but so are the other shoppers!!! Yeah! Im just as shook!!It was about four years ago that I last visited this location. Mainly because of where Ive lived. Anyway, I decided to drive the extra mile to this location because (truth be told) the one on north 99 is....not conducive to personal safety outside the store. Best decision since deciding to get the shot!!!The staff - so friendly! Other shoppers - so polite! The store - organized and clean! Perhaps I went at an optimal time, but the line moved fast. I think I waited 13 seconds before a till/register opened (in the self-check aisles). This Walmart is my new Wally World! (Yes, Clark. Im serious!)

I went there to get last minute school supplies and they still had a bunch of stuff on the shelves. We had been to other stores and they were out of allot of supplies we needed. I also ended up with a pair of boots and a new toilet seat lol crayons and a toilet seat and some boots lol what a combination

Its a bummer that I pay for delivery and every single time I bought in groceries and paid for them to be delivered my herbs that I order fresh herbs that is are always molded and I get less than half I can use . And along with some products they will exchange for a different brand which is fine but its a bummer when theres some products they just dont exchange for a different brand and they dont ask you if you want anything else they just say sorry we dont have it okay so now Im paying for delivery and only getting half my items thats bummer

I did the grocery pick up this morning. It’s not clearly marked where grocery pick up is at. I sat for 15 mins in front of the building where it says pick up. I then tried calling with no one answering, so I went in and found out I was in the wrong spot. Unless you enter by Bob’s burgers it is no clear where grocery pick up is. There should be signs around the parking lot that direct you to the proper place. Not happy I wasted all that time when the pick up was supposed to be faster. Please please put up signs that direct you to the proper place especially when I was told a lot of people go to the front of the store where it says pick up.

We found everything we needed. Store is always well organized.

I usually looked for Walmart products on my Walmart app on my phone. Then if its in stock locally I can go down and avoid shipping delays. With the advent of online shopping their inventory became much more diversified, and some things are only available online. Either or it gives you a lot of choices you didnt have before. Its made my shopping much more productive and even obscure and little used items by the general public are available.

I bought a pair of pants and the people were very pleasant.

I usually go here for online order and pickup, Ive been doing this before Covid but it seemed ideal during Covid as well. Ive only had one mistake with an order and it was fixed once I called customer service. Ive had great customer service from the online order staff every time except for once when I called to check in not knowing my app had already checked me in, I greeted the young guy who answered saying good morning and other pleasantries and not only did he interrupt me, speak rudely and down to me, he ended up hanging up on me when I tried to say thank you. But thats one unhappy employee who shouldnt be working customer service, whereas the countless other times Ive gone here and have been treated appropriately. I dont recommend online orders for fresh produce as Ive had bad luck and they seem to give me the soon-to-be spoiled produce, but for non perishables or canned, refrigerated or frozen stuff this works fine. You can even online order basic stuff from home goods and persona care.

Low clothing inventory and no access to changing rooms available so I couldnt try anything on. I went to one other Walmart that had an open changing room but even less inventory. Afterwards, I went to JC Penney and found everything I needed.

This store NEVER answers they’re phone.. and if they do they hang up on you a bunch of rude unprofessional dippies even if it is Walmart

I like Walmart but they seem to be out of a lot of things I need lately. I feel like they should be able to keep up with the demand of their communitys shopping needs. Especially the seasonal needs.

EVERYTHING WAS AWESOME!! I found exactly what i came for! It was a long shot as I needed a cabin filter for my 2019 CADILLAC ESCALADE and they had one! I almost couldn’t believe it. The prices are great! The people are so very helpful. The 1st assoiates I asked led me right to it. I ended up there for 3 hours and i bought just over 625.00 of things i wanted. I couldn’t believe how many awesome things they had in the automotive section AND how cheap all the name brand food is... Thank you so much!!

Easy store to maneuver. The bathrooms a rye e always clean and they give you a mask if you dont have one.

I went to get a vaccine and they took 20 minutes just to set me up and I didnt even end up getting the vaccine and they have horrible customer service it took them 10 minutes to get me one form that I didn’t even get because I got impatient

The lines are always ridiculously long which can make it hard to exit the building at timesDue to the exit being right next to the self check out. Which is where most people check out these days.Product selection is grim in all departments except the toiletries and household.The grocery department is pretty rough as well.So, all in all... Just a mediocre wallyworld if you ask me!

They have no electric carts, broken down. How do you expect to serve handicapped people who really need them when your store is the only one with a full grocery store in Everett?

Only had 3 checkers and the lines were everywhere. Even instant checkout was loaded.The checker I had forgot to ring up all my items after she handed me my receipt & I was leaving she called out to me & asked if the item were mine? Then she rang those up and I got out of there fast. How stupid could a cashier be.

The self scan no longer accepts cash. Thats a little inconvenient but other than that its like all other Walmarts. I have noticed their prices arent as good as they used to be though.

Im very disappointed I called asking if they had distilled water, put me on hold for less then 2 minutes, the lady gets on phone & informs me that they dont; however it sounded strange & I asked if she checked for distilled water and her reply was lets just say, made me feel dumb for a second. I decided at that moment, I was closed by & was exhausted & needed for my CPAP & the Walmart I usually go to was 15 minutes away, so since I was close by this Walmart I decided to go check. On her behalf I believe they only checked in the water area and True there was no water, this occurred when WA was hit with the Heat Wave. Then I, since I am a mother, went to the baby/formula area & what do I find about 20;1gallon distilled water. I give them 3 stars in fairness because maybe the person that looked thought they may find it in water section. So I dont think it was told to me intentionally in a bad service category, but I was disappointed being that its a Walmart Supermarket. Maybe they should educate/inform their employees better & keep up with stocking as I looked around I SAW many shelves empty with other products. It was my 1st time going there, Yes I will return to go shopping and hopefully shelves & produce are stocked. I say Shame on the management team for not being on their A Game. I HATE this WalMart... I always get followed no matter if Im wearing a over the shoulder purse and a t shirt or not. I get profiled everytime I walk in there. Im always uncomfortable and it makes me uncomfortable to shop. Im given the feeling by the employees of get in and get out. And to my recollection shopping consist of walking down each isle to see if theres anything you need, want or like. I only come this location if absolutely have to.

Lots of stuff, very good prices. Several hard to find items like Bobs Big Boy Blue Cheese dressing and Amaretto Coffee Creamer. Great place to spend a hundred dollars or just five.

I went looking for Lego clearance that would match my Lego Buddies back in the mid west, Ohio and Illinois area where they filled those carts with 40 and 50 percent off clearance. I buy a single item cause 20% is clearance up here. 😔 the place was clean and strangely empty for a Friday night.

They never explained air mattresses are not returnable when we purchased one It leaked from day 1 and by the 4th day it leaked so bad it would not stay inflated at all. We were shocked when they said it they would not refund the purchase price and would only allow an exchange. Wed never have bought one, especially the size and price we paid for, if wed known there was a no return policy. First Ive ever heard of such a policy at Walmart.

Always very busy. Very few check out registers open. Not all self check out registered working. The wait to check out longer than expected.

I hope people stop stealing cause soon there will be no more Walmart to go shop at just online

Took a clanton for her covid shot and the girls that were helping us were amazing. It was a little bit of a wait but they did everything they could to help us and speed it up and it was easy. Thank you to those ladies.

Not so funny when Im judging you, I dont go there unless I absolutely have to, I try to buy locally but you got to get the toilet paper from somewhere. How are you selling the same products as Walgreens and rite aid and theyre cheaper, rollback on that roll back seriously/clearance sabotage when the box is ripped open dont just take $2 off are you kidding me.
