Terrible store management!

Owner/Manager is HORRIBLE! Prejudice to say the least. Horrific experience. Store is dirty, boxes all over the place, products are unorganized! Should be shut down for unlimited code violations. 0 stars.

This is literally the worst location in Everett! No matter the time or day, there is ALWAYS ONLY ONE employee at A register. This is a very popular location, as they attract a lot of business. Customer service & attention is horrible. Most of the time, its a 5-7 minutes wait for someone to even come to the register. Limited employees, this store needs much assistance.

This place is absolutely disgusting. I usually go buy at this family dollar because it’s more affordable and it’s also near my school. Let me just say, that when you want to go to checkout you have to wait for about 5-10 minutes at most. The employees are so rude, and there’s also boxes around the store too. And let me not get started with this one Arab employee who’s always at the front desk. She is beyond rude, each time I walk inside of family dollar and she checks me out, she just gives me attitude. Like as it was my fault she still works there 🙄. And it’d also be nice of her to probably hand me the bag, instead of me grabbing it from her. If I would give this place a half star review I would’ve!

I went there for the 1st time yesterday. I wont ever go again. It was filthy, cluttered, stuff on the floor, and stuff blocking isles. Some of the food was expired. I wanted graham crackers and the box was stuck on the shelf by some green liquid. It was also expired. When I tried to talk to the person working she walked away. Nobody understood much english. If I could give them a gigantic NO STARS I would.

If I can give the store - 4 stars I would absolutely disgusting product everywhere open product everywhere expired food.. I bought my hair color it was an emergency I didnt notice the bottom of the box was taped shut I got home half of the bottle was opened up spilled all over the box. got the shaving cream press the button it oozes out all over the top of the container..tge razors ..omf!. The Man Behind the Counter was busy on a cell phone and my daughter just could not help make comments about the place.. it wasnt like this years ago I dont know what happened maybe new owners but it looks like it belongs in a third world country....i dident even go back..the prices are ridiculous for a family dollar.and lets mention the employees that are rude to white people..very unusual for Indian people to act like that.and any good reviews on here are from freinds and family I would bet my hair colour on it.

This store is ALWAYS a mess with boxes of merchandise on the floor and worse yet open merchandise all over the floor blocking the isles!!! It is like a maze trying to shop here without running over things on the floor!!! The employees are ALWAYS on there cell phones and when I walk by them they PRETEND they are rearranging stock. WORST FAMILY DOLLAR I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO!!!

THIS STORE IS FILLED WITH RACIST ARAB EMPLOYEES. THEY WILL FOLLOW SPANISH AND BLACK SHOPPERS ALL OVER THE STORE. THE FAMILY LIVES INSIDE OF THE STORE WHICH IS WHY ITS FILTH.
