If I could give the store zero stars I would, I walked in was not greeted I was in the store for nearly 20 minutes and the girl behind the counter did not say one word to me the entire time, she didn’t ask if I needed any help or if I was looking for anything in particular. That’s what you’re supposed to do when you work in retail no matter where you work. She started walking down one of the Isles I was in saw me turned right around and went back to behind the counter and sat on a stepping stool And was on her phone. Then somebody called the store, she answered and continue to scroll through her personal phone. Don’t work in customer service if you’re not going to work with the customers.

If only I could give this store 0 stars. The store manager is extremely rude and everyone acts like us customers are invalid and take up their “chatting time”. Half the time the manager sits in the back room and doesn’t do anything. Everyone that works there is constantly on their phones standing behind the registers talking to each other. The last time I was in some gal brought out a stepping stole and sat on it behind the registers on her phone….. very unprofessional. The shelf’s are never stocked and when you ask any of them if they have it in the back, they seem EXTREMELY annoyed like it’s my fault I have to ask…….. Very judgmental and uncomfortable store to be in

As soon as I walked in I was not greeted, at every other Sally’s I’ve been to I have been greeted, the lady just sat behind the counter the entire time while I walked through the store, when I saw the workers I wasn’t sure if I was in a strip club or a war zone. it was messy I felt like I had walked in a war zone. They have little to no products on the shelf, it seems like there’s more on the floor than the shelves. Everything was unorganized. Not a welcoming place I definitely will not be coming back to this location.

We have always love Sally’s until recently we’ve gone in multiple times to get some help with some hair products none of the employees knew anything about it asked multiple times about a brush they said they were out of only to find the brush myself. They were not helpful and were Completely oblivious about all of the products we had questions about

I bought some hair dye that I never ended up using, lost my receipt & the girls who were managing the registers didn’t even bother to give me a refund through store credit even though the website clearly states in store purchases over 60 days OR no receipt can be given merchandise credit. Seriously don’t waste your time here in a poorly stocked store and people who don’t even know their own return policy.

Have been in and out for most needs, been simple to find what I need. Easy in and out with plenty of parking here.

Open to Public! Small store. Prices seem a bit on the high end. Mask required Spring,2021! I want eyeliner, nothing on shelves, tint selection. Rather go to Evertt Mall beauty supply store, its HUGE and tons of selections.

If there were zero stars, you guessed it. This place is horrible! It is overpriced, aisles cramped and unorganized. I ordered online for store pickup, and I got a message order was ready and the workers said sorry they have had a computer issue and could not fulfill my order due to the glitch and told me Id have to contact customer service for a refund. The workers are rude and spend more time in the back than they do helping customers. Definitely save some money and go elsewhere, and whatever you do dont purchase online for in store pickup as youll most likely be disappointed with your results and headache of contacting their customer service team.

The girls here were all so nice! They were all very polished and into beauty. Really helpful with respect to getting the exact products I wanted as well as offered suggestions.

Great place to shop for professional beauty supplies. Wish they could stock shelves a little better.

Store is still closed well after posted open hours for the day, no sign on the door about exceptions for today or anything.

Made an online order and went to pick it up only to be told that they never got the order and that I would have to call customer service to get my money back. They also told me that I could still get the items and essentially pay twice....

The new ladies at this location #1595 are not helpful. Ive gone in with my wife and my mom on separate occasions they ignored us. If I asked a question they acted like I annoyed them by asking. I used to like coming in here, it was my go-to store for dye but now I feel really uncomfortable going in. And most of the time they dont have the dye stocked so I cant find what Im looking for, even just bleach packs. Thanks Sally girls for ruining one of my fave stores! 😾

I buy from them Whal 5 star clipper when I opened it was used and damaged when I tried to return it they said you can’t return it or Exchange .

I have to say, I have come in here several times and while there are different people working each time, I have seen extremely good customer service from each of them, every time. I never feel like I am bothering them, and I never get the feeling they dont like their job. I am always greeted and asked if I need any assistance, but it isnt just that. The girls are genuine and love to talk with customers (not just me as I have seen) about their day and more. I always leave feeling like I was visiting and shopping with a friend, not a retailer. I wish I could list all of the girls who have helped me, but there have been a few and they are all awesome. Thank you for the great customer service!

The store was a MESS and the girl working wasnt polite at all...also out of tons of stuff

So I went to Sallys and the employees were friendly and I LOVE the prices. But the only downer to my visit was that I told the lady I have never died my own hair before, she handed me product than told me what product to put with what and the steps, the sad thing is she never told me how to put the bleach in my hair, didnt give me any of the tools that I needed to do the work that was required.

It was my first time there, and I found what I came for. That part is fine! The part that got me mad as hell is that the cashier slipped a $5 charge into my balance... Really shady and very poor form. I want let anyone I know shop here ever! Shady practices. Beware watch your receipts!💯💯

One of the staff a girl who has piercing ( black thing) below her lips gave us the wrong oxygen size to use. She didnt even tried to read it when I asked her, she just said use a whole bottle for 2 packs of color. There are different sizes, a whole bottle of which size? I WILL NOT GO THERE AGAIN. I DONT want to lose my hair because of one lazy staff.

I have always had one color for years and thats been my go to color and I always get it from sallys. I went in a couple months ago got the same color at this store and was pleased. Went back to get it again and it was completely off the shelf. I asked if they had any and the clerk told me that that color had been discontinued. She told me two colors to mix to turn into the color. IT WAS NOT THE COLOR AT ALL!!! I looked up online if my color had been discontinued and sure enough it was not. I will be buying it from another company now thats RELIABLE, and doesnt give poor information because they cant hire licensed cosmetologists to give you the right advice either and turn your hair funky blonde and orange colors! Thanks!

Easy to shop in, I can usually get in and out pretty quick and they almost always have good deals on a lot of their products.

I tried dying my hair, and one particular employee gave me such bad instructions and products that my hair turned orange. Twice. He was very nice at the store, but obviously he had no idea what he was talking about (even though he seemed very confident.)

Having a hair emergency and needed developer. Called 20 minutes before closing to ask for directions because my phone kept taking me to the mall. Whatever associate that was working kept answering the phone and hanging it up so they wouldnt have to help me. Needless to say they closed 2 minutes before I found them. Great customer care jerks:(
