The facial bed came from Washington state to PA; and the box was in shambles. However, check out the pictures below, which shows how well the chair was packaged that not one single part was even scratched. The chair is as expected, works great, and it a good starter chair for me. Basically it does all the things it is supposed to. Keep in mind the bottom part does not lower to a 45* angle, but close. The head has an extender for taller people. The cushioning is more firm, so I would say some of my clients will like it and some will want it softer, so I have a 2 inch piece of memory foam to place under my waterproof sheet as needed. For those who come to my studio for the first time I will show them the treatment room without the sheets/layers since it looks so nice alone.

I own a Spa/Salon. I never write a review but I considered this is very important to alert other buyers. I bought a Multi function Facial Machine 13 months ago. That machine was not used enough since then. Last Saturday the machine was being used with a client and suddenly CAUGHT FIRE. Fortunately, no one was hurt since fire was extinguished right away and taking immediate actions . I sent an email to LCL Beauty along with several pictures I took and left a message to alert them. Due to the seriousness of the incident, I called LCL Beauty again since they wasnt contacting us, explained the incident and recommended to recall those machines if necessary to prevent employees, guest or even business that are in risk. The sales representative just focused on the equipment warranty saying that equipment is not under warranty and he did not pay enough interest of the incident. Please be aware using those machines. Do not put in risk your guests, employees or business. I will share this information with other business partners as part as my responsibility. NOW BUY THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

This was my second order from this company. I had placed another order for spare parts on my facial machine and had added on a foot-bath from the accessories section on their website. When the shipment had arrived it seemed that the product had been damaged during shipping and so I contacted customer service to have it replaced. The company was gracious enough to send me a brand new one but in no way at all were proactive about their method of shipping. It was still in a paper thin box and arrived once again, broken. Since this time it was only a small chip out of the side of the foot bath I decided to just try it out since this was 14 days after I had ordered the product and wanted to see if it would even work. Low and behold after putting 2 water into the basin I plugged in the machine but the dial was set to off so it didn’t turn on, it was just plugged in. After a few seconds I noticed there were what I thought were lights going off inside and a few seconds later it began smoking and caught fire, luckily enough I was able UNPLUG and move the FLAMING foot-bath outside without being shocked or burned. After contacting the company they have offered to give me a full refund on the terms that I pay for the shipping to send it back and after the foot-bath was inspected” because they had never had this problem with the foot-bath. I would understand if I was just dissatisfied with this product and they wanted me to send it back with shipping out of my pocket, but this wasnt a problem on my end and I could have been seriously injured. When dealing with customer service live chat and after a call to a customer service supervisor I was ultimately given two options, to send the foot-bath back and receive a refund after inspection, granted that it arrived undamaged because after some research I discovered LCL Beauty is NOT responsible for damage during the return process. And since the package was almost guaranteed to arrive back to them broken just like it had arrived for me due to their packaging doesn’t seem like a great option since they charge you a restocking/repair fee to be subtracted from your return amount. Or to be sent yet ANOTHER foot-bath. I was NOT treated like a valued customer, even after several orders to the company. And I will not be purchasing anything from them and strongly suggest that you don’t either. If you like to deal with companies with great customer service, LCL Beauty is not for you!

I ordered a wonderful set from LCL Beauty. My order was received earlier than original tracking had said. After receiving the goods I had questions, not only were they VERY polite and accommodating they were extremely helpful. I had a small cut in one of the bed sections . I called, not only did they send me a new section immediately (no questions asked) they added some complimentary items for my trouble.UPDATE: Well, egg was on my face...I told them it was the center section. Turns out with the bed unfolded, it was the head section. When I called, I didnt even need to explain much, except that I screwed up! Very understanding, polite and efficient THEY SENT ME A WHOLE NEW SECTION @ NO COST for MY mess up. It is so great to have an equipment supplier that is LOCAL!! They have always been very helpful and when I just brought my lamp in to be fixed (I’m hard on my lamps), they switched it out with a new one on the spot so I wouldn’t have to wait for them to replace it!! I have one of the styling stations that came with a wall mount and its great! It was easy too install the wall mount and its very sturdy so I dont have to worry about the top galling off. Having the outlet plugs underneath saved a lot of space too.

Dont waste your money! I ordered a hot towel cabinet from them about 4 months ago. Worked great up until last week when it CAUGHT ON FIRE. When I called to try and get a replacement or refund I was told that I would have to either send the product back or send pictures to prove that it had in fact caught on fire. Common sense would tell most logical people that when you have a burning pice of equipment in you business the #1 priority is to extinguish the fire and dispose of it as quickly as possible. I guess its my fault for not thinking to get my phone out to start taking pictures before or after I extinguished the fire. At least I purchased through Amazon and they were willing to refund my money for me.For the safety of your business, employees and guests I would strongly urge everyone to find a more reliable company to purchase equipment from. At lease anything that requires electricity.I think it is interesting that in their response to all the negative reviews they say that they strive to provide great customer service. My experience has been quite the opposite.BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!

The MD77 multi function unit is amazing!!!! I have had a med spa for 17 years and consistently have gone to LCL beauty for all my esthetic needs. This multifunction has an amazing steamer that is a workhorse and the light is much brighter and better then the standard ring bulbs. Its great having the diamond tip microdermabrasion right there and is super powerful suction. High frequency, brushes, and everything is wonderful and in all of our treatment rooms.

Always have had great service and communication. Their equipment is priced fairly and works fine with the right training. You do get what you pay for and if someone wants equipment that costs several hundred dollars, it is available to you in other companies.

I purchased 2 shampoo bowls from here & both shampoo bowls were defected after 4 months. I have been in business for 21 years & I have never seen this happen before. The shampoo bowls cracked all over like glass shattering. I took videos & pictures for the company & they sent me 1 bowl, but before the 1st replacement bowl arrived the 2nd bowl had shattered. I took videos again & they said its something I had done. I explained do them a human would have to stand in the bowl for this to happen. They acted as if I damaged my own bowl. Now this would cause me water on the floors & employees standing in line waiting for use of the bowls. So as a business owner that is very frustrating so why would I cause embarrassment to my own business. So I wouldnt buy anything from this company with the horrible customer service. I wouldnt use this equipment really if it was FREE!!! Look good but wont last 6 months.

I received my items very quickly. I was very happy with prices and quality. After receiving a towel warmer I discovered that my circuits were flipping off each time I plugged it in. I tried every outlet and was sure the equipment had a short. I called late in the day (almost closing time) and called in very upset because I had a ton of clients that week and had to have a towel warmer. They immediately sent another...shipped it out before they closed and I received it a day and a half later....no charges. The worse product ever! I ordered a mounted hair dryer and it has to be the the worst product ever. My clients mostly have short hair and this dryer took at least 2 hours to dry a wash & mold on relaxed hair!!!! Waste of money.

I spend a nice amount of money at this company and they send me what are suppose to be brand new products that look used...and I receive my products with wrong parts to my machine, rusted out parts and faulty parts. They only have a 30 day return policy and will not budge to work with you on the return. Feel free to purchase from this company if your prepared to repurchase products every 30 days. Very bad quality on their products!! It has been 16 months that I bought from them 14 in one facial machine and the plastic which the light is made of is very weak. I had to replace the first light after 6 months and after they sent me that the second one teared off again after 6 months. So pretty much you have to buy the lamp every ( the longest ) 7-8 months. I furnished my entire barbershop from lcl, as well as getting a high frequency for Home. Love the products!

Seller refused to send pre-paid shipping item and then on top of that charged a 20% restocking fee for a damaged product. I understand the restocking and shipping policy being applied to orders if no damage and just buyer changed mind but this was a damaged item. The item is a hot towel cabinet that has a wiring defect and is fire hazard. These business practices are unreasonable. As a business owner myself of 19years Im embarassed for lcl beauty that any business would find these acceptable. I even offered them to receive unit back and test it. If in their shop it wasnt defect I would willing pay and not write this awful review.
