This place was awesome, the back of our car got hit the insurance company referred us to central and they were so professional the kindest people and did an amazing job you can’t tell it has ever been damaged and it only took a few days 5 stars!!!

These guys are the real deal. Cant recommend them enough. I brought my car in for some bodywork after being sideswiped on the freeway. It was not in great shape. Mike at CBW managed my expectations initally, letting me know that there was a waiting list for some of the parts that we needed. However, the job was done much before I expected it to be, and the work was beautiful. CBW went above and beyond every step of the way. Special thanks to Mike and Kim. hopefully I wont need bodywork for some time, but Ill definitely be coming back if I ever do! You rock!

I needed a big scrape/dent repaired on my passenger door as well as the broken mirror replaced. From the beginning with Josh to the ending with Francisco: top notch service!! Josh went above and beyond to locate needed and hard to find parts with excellent customer service and tenacity. Francisco also helped in every way going out of his way to give amazing customer service as well. I highly recommend Central Body Works for anyone needing auto body, paint and other services for your car!

I went to them with a split job between the state farm claim and something of my own. They handled everything really well, you will love hanging out with Josh as he gets everything square with you. It came in early and under budget. I couldn’t be happier with the work they did on my Subaru.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Had my catalytic converter stolen when parked at the Everett Amtrak station. My insurance company directed me to CBW and they were fantastic. From helping to get a rental car to getting the repairs done quickly everything was outstanding. Highly recommend them for your vehicle repair needs.

They were professional. When we made changes they were patient and worked with us the get things worked out. The car looked like new. The paint smooth and matched exactly.

Had a fender bender and brought my car into Central Body Works for an estimate. Was in an out in about 20 minutes with an estimate in hand to submit to insurance. Once insurance approved the repairs I made an appointment to get the work done right away. Repairs were done quickly and on time with updates along the way. Any time I need auto body work done Central is the first (and usually only) place I go!

More attention to detail is needed. Brake light assembly was not installed correctly. Car was delivered with a rattle in the area of the repair. The panel was reopened, and a loose screw was the problem. Car had to ve brought back 4 times, because the area that was hit contained a sensor and they couldnt seem to get the calibration of the steering assist/ lane departure system correct. Personally, I think the contractor they had come in to calibrate the system messed it up and Rodland toyota had to fix it.

While no one wants to be in a collision, it was good to know that CBW was still available to help ensure that upon repair, it looked like the damage never happened.I hope youll never need their services for auto repair, but if you do they are a reputable, reliable, and professional place to go. I would recommend they be your first stop for repairs.

My family and I have been customers of Central Body Works since June 1983 when Grandpa owned the business. I have seen it pass down to Grandpas son Steve and his grandson Mike over the years and I wouldnt go anywhere else for car repairs. They are honest, ethical and have always repaired my vehicles to new looking status every time. They also have Gold ⭐ status within the vehicle insurance industry, which says a lot in and of itself.

I took my truck in to get get repaired from when I was backed into, I just barely been home a few days from camping when I had to drop it off so it was dirty...they got my truck fixed in a few days plus they polished the outside and really cleaned the inside it looks better then when I bought it from the car dealer. This place is awesome great people and above and beyond great service.

Our insurance company sent us to Central Body Works after an accident. These folks were awesome. They covered exactly what they would be doing, and kept us informed of the progress. When we picked the car up, it had been washed and detailed... looked and smelled like a new car again!I would highly recommend Central to anyone needing body work or paint. They had some photos of great custom paint jobs. They are located on Pacific Ave in Everett.

They did a great job keeping me informed during the process. Car back to looking like new.

Well the first time i went in to get an estimate they seemed pretty legit and on the ball. A gentleman came right out and started asking questions and taking photos of the damage and my car. When finished he asked if he could email me my estimate and i replied yes by all means please do so. Then everything went down hill from there. I waited a couple days and then a couple days more. Checking my email every day for this estimate that never arrived. After a little over two weeks i went back in to ask about that so called estimate. The gal at the front desk had no clue or record about my previous visit or the estimate. She then mentioned something about a guy that was no longer working there. When asked how long ago she said about two weeks. I dont know if he quit or was let go but youd think they would make sure his jobs were covered and completed. So we started over again and a guy came out and took pictures all over again and then i was told they would email me the next day. Well here it is another week gone by and nothing in my inbox. Screw this Im going elsewhere. I went there on a referral from a good friend even. Ill have a talk with him too. I wonder if that first guy quit? Maybe he got tired of working for a faulty shop? So there ya go thats my review. Im not giving them a third chance.

These guys are great, very accommodating. Very knowledgeable. Got my car fixed(did a wonderful job) but there was a lingering issue with a window and weather stripping. They were willing to fix it for free as far as a month after the initial repair. Stand up people, would recommend.

This body shop has been my go to auto body shop since high school. They guarantee the work and its always quality work. The communication is always excellent and they never cease to amaze me.

I had a appointment coming up and they made sure to have my car ready by the day I had to go. My car was immaculately washed when they returned it to me, would definitely recommend this shop.

What do I think of central body works? I think they are terrible. Are you prepared to have to wait on parts because the estimator doesn’t know how to order appropriately? Are you prepared to have to make a handful of useless trips for installation even when they think they have all the parts? Are you wanting to have to argue about obvious parts that break after “completion” (Obviously related). Ready for bad service and a-hole techs? Then look no further. They will make the process of a claim all the more stressful. This s*** review could have been avoided if they displayed honest business. But nope.

Some years ago I took my pick-up to Central to be repaired following a vandalized instance where a concrete block was thrown through the windshield and the radio was stripped out of the dash.After a couple of weeks the windshield slipped down on one side leaving a rather large gap between it and the frame for that opening. I took the vehicle back to Central and after looking at it, blamned someone else for the problem but reluctantly agreed to fix the problem, which they did.I brought the vehicle back to my home parked it and after a couple of weeks, discovered a very substantial water leak on the drivers side floor. Once again I took the pick-up back to Central but this time they claimed the leak was due to water splashing up from the street and that it wasnt their responsibility. Since the truck had been parked the entire time, that argument could only make sense if you believe that rain falls up. So no fix was offered.After about 5 years, maybe less, from the date of the repair, the paint, or rather the clear coat Central placed over the paint job they did, started to peel. I didnt take the pickup back right away because I had no faith that they would stand by their work.Recently however, I decided I wanted to have my pickup re-painted and took it to three different shops for estimates. After explaining to one of Centrals competitors about the history of the condition of the paint, they suggested I take back to Central and see if they would offer remedy. Reluctantly I did.The 1st woman I talked to there after looking at the truck said she couldnt offer to fix the paint and that she would have the owner call me. After 4 days with no call, I returned and spoke to another woman who also said she would have the owner call. After another week went by with no call back I returned a 3rd time. Amazingly, this time the owner was there. After looking once again at the paint job, he said he would have to do some research and that he would call me back. This time I received a very quick response. However, the owner said he wasnt responsible because he claimed that the peeling clear coat was caused by Chrysler Motors. That the vehicles during those years had peeling problems so they (Central) wasnt responsible. I guess the owner felt that the paint that his own shop applied didnt rate consideration, it still must be somebody elses (Chrysler) fault.This all came down pretty much as I expected.The one recommendation I can offer regarding Central is to stay clear of Centrals shoddy work and their lack of integrity; you are sure to be disappointed.

I got in a fender bender and took my BMW to them for repair. I could not be happier with the care and service I received. Jason Workman made sure I received daily updates and my car looks better than new. I would recommend them to anyone. Im going to try not to run into anyone else though.

Heard a lot of good things about this shop and they seemed to be true when I took my car there.

Had to take care of a few things after a family member had an accident. Front of of car was badly damaged, I was shocked at how well they were able to put the vehicle back together. I heard nothing but good things from the owner of the car. Great place for body repairs.

Okayish work, door slightly ajar when closed and they demanded I pay to replace a small part they stripped removing my tire...After a 5k repair they demand I pay for a 20$ part they broke.But the paint job matched

This place really doesnt do much of the work on the vehicles that are brought in. They will ask you to bring it your car in & then turn around to say they will have to send it to such & such a place to actually have it done.

Truck looks alright after they repaired it. Panels dont line up like they used to, but they did a decent job. I can still tell it was in a collision with a deer though.
