Shelby bass has been nothing short of amazing for going above an beyond to make sure I am comfortable but also in making sure I love my new chair. He came to me an showed me multiple options of wheelchairs an colors an explained everything very well. Today was delivery day 8/20/21 an I couldnt of been more pleased with his service today. He was very respectful to with wearing his mask in my home.

First I want to say Shelby Bass has been amazing helping me through the process of getting my first electric wheelchair. With that being said I find it completely unacceptable as a paraplegic when I visited there facility to be measured for my chair that I had to go through and around giant potholes. Luckily my wife was there to help me get through there but if I had been by myself I could not have made it in the building. I hope in the future this problem is fixed.

I started the process of getting a new wheelchair in February 2018. Calls go unanswered, paper work gets lost, multiple times. When I call for an update its always were waiting on such and such from you or your doctor. when its already been sent, twice! It should not take 6+ months to order and get a wheelchair. When we order one for my daughter we will go with a different company. Unless you have all kinds of time to wait, Id look for another company for a wheelchair The people there are very nice, I just dont understand why it takes so long and when it doesnt at other places. There is a breakdown of communication that is very unprofessional and upsetting when you need a new wheelchair sooner rather than later.
