I absolutely love this place. It had soany unique and wonderful gifts that ended up being very personally meaningful. And the gift wrapping and special care they took with us as customers was exceptional. Cant wait to go back.

My little boy purchased a snow globe while on vacation in Tennessee last fall. It was broken during his 8th birthday party this year and he was devastated. I called Tri State Souvenir and asked if I could purchase another one from them. First they kindly told me they dont sell to the public so I said okay and left it at that. Seconds later they called me right back and said we are just going to mail one out to you. They asked for the item number and that was that. I couldnt believe it. They didnt ask for payment or anything just my address. Just a few short days later my sons replica snowglobe arrived in the mail and if he wasnt thrilled enough about that, they also threw in a stuffed souvenir pig from Tennessee as well. I cant rave enough about the kindness of this company and how much joy they brought to my son! Thank you SO much!!Amy Hague

My Dad went to Florida recently for the first time. He brought back snow globes for my 2 little girls. My 2 year old accidentally broke her sisters 30 minutes after receiving it. My husband and I frantically searched the internet for a new one. It had to match the one she got so that nade the task even harder. Im on Facebook groups asking people who live in Florida to look and help me out with no luck. I finally found out where the globes were purchased and asked where they get them from. The gentleman told me to google tri state Souvenirs. I went out on a limb and emailed them asking for help. I wanted to know if the broken on was their product and how I could get a new one. I if it was not thiers if they knew who would have one. I was NOT expecting an email back within an hour!! I sent a few emails back and forth to Dave. He was amazing!!!!! He got my little the exact snow globe her papa got her that was broken and said he wouldnt charge me!!!! I offered to pay too. He may have felt bad for me because I signed my email desperate momma. Lol. If I ever buy souvenirs again which I am sure I will do I will make sure they are from tri state Souvenirs!! If you read this Dave thank you from the bottom of my heart! You have no idea how much I appreciate your kind gesture!
