For being a Christian company, the manager is quite miserly. There were some flowers tops without stems/leaves that were on the floor, stepped on and dirty. I asked if I could have them. He said “no, not our policy”. David Green, the CEO and son of a preacher, declares on the Hobby Lobby web site, Honoring the Lord in all we do by operating the company in a manner consistent with Biblical principles.

The yarn selection was awesome. Great deals and so many choices. I purposely avoided everything else so I didnt buy what i didnt come for.

Lots of fun ideas inside..I could spend hours in here..So many creative items ....

I just had the best experience because of an employee named Reese. He went above and beyond. I asked him if they had any chests. He went way out of his way and got 3 wooden chests down for me to look at. He was so sweet and such a gentleman! He even carried it up to the front for me. He also offered to carry it out to my truck. Everytime I look at this chest I will think of his kindness.

Love kind stuff best make known how craft or other more.

Clean and the people are super friendly. They was doing there 66% off the spring label sale that they do twice a year, so I got a lot of good stuff for less then 50.00. Love it when I can get a deal like that. Only down fall was the lines was long and the front-end manager would not call up more cashier.

I bought a cart full of items from the 90% off sale & it was awesome. Also bought a lot of 40% off. Seemed like most of the store was on sale & it was well stocked.

I like to do counted cross stitch and they had some pattern but none that I could afford and not big of selection.

Some of the cashiers could be a little more cheerful and polite but other than that it is a good place to go.

Always fun to visit. This is THE place to buy knickknacks. We visited the framing department and had a drawing matted and framed by a very friendly and helpful staff.

Tons of stuff! Almost too much for my craft-happy mind to absorb! Its like Michaels on steroids. Only downfall was how many people were in there. Checkout registers are a bit haphazardly placed and forming lines can get a bit out of control. But seriously, if you are a Pintrest princess, then this is your castle!

Quality has been making a significant downturn in the last couple years. Employees are not as helpful as they used to be. Hobby Lobby now is no where near as good as Hobby Lobby from 8 to 9 years ago.

I went in looking for a glass cookie keeper. I was disappointed because I only saw one and it was a plane Jane cheap looking Glass cookie keeper that cost $49. So in their mind they think people will buy an ugly glass jar to keep cookies in and spend $50, after taxes. Theyre crazier than the people who would buy it.

This was a nitemare. I spent over 45 min. Selecting flowers. Then had about 40 dollars in flowers, 2 crosses, and 12 dollars in candles. I went to check out and after 10 plus min I. Line behind somebody returning something. A man who seemed to be in charge,said this line is open over here as well. So I moved to that line. Once again behind ANOTHER RETURN after waiting another 10 min . I pushed the cart to the supposed man in charge. Told him I didnt need that stuff that bad . Left and wont return. Will try Michaels next time

Store is way too small for how many people are in there, no matter time of day you go. Some of the staff dont want to acknowledge you but some are super friendly. They have basically anything you need for crafting and home decor and its usually pretty easy to find stuff there

This place has everything you need for dyi crafts and home projects. Many fabrics to choose from and house decor. Anything from nice candles to wall hangings to the basic craft tools and materials you may need to do it yourself. Prices are reasonable also.

So crowded! I felt like I was at a theme park in the middle of summer... I had a very hard time finding what I needed, until I found an associate in the back of the store to ask.Then getting through the checkout process was insane. I had exact amount ready. But still had to wait around 4 minutes to get done. Sorry but from the time you put 1 item to be rung up & pay should never take that long. I then seen why it took so long & why the lines were over 10 deep with about half lanes open.HL please fix this... I know that your stores are very busy in this time of lots of people being home & wanting to do Christmas projects. But it shouldnt take over 25 minutes to get through the checkout.Will definitely do a double take before I go back.

Hobby Lobby has great prices and sales going most days. Also, they have someone continuously sanitizing the shopping carts and a sanitized and used places for the carts. They always have more registers open than their competitors so I feel I get in and out quicker. It seems their staff is really friendly at this location to. Only con: I would going week days only otherwise its busy busy.

Anything i need or want for arts and crafts is in this store. I can spend hours in here! Employees go above and beyond to help you.

I was looking for some stylized seating that didnt cost a fortune they had a few good options. I shop here frequently for many different items. Staff is always friendly.

Had what I was looking for (yes I called ahead to check) but the person I had talked to and knew the product and where to locate it could not be found and no one was particularly helpful.

Hobby Lobby may not be for everyone, but if you have a hobby, a hankering to craft, looking to decorate, or trying to find something obscure that you cant seem to find anywhere else----this should be your first stop!!But nevermind the selection, the great back story, and tidiness of the store....full time employees at Hobby Lobby start out over $15/hour, and frankly, thats the kind of business that I want to support!!

It is a great store, I love all of the decorations and fabrics. The only thing to complain about is the restroom. Disgusting. Only one stall was useable, one was gross, and all the other ones were out of order

They were very busy for a 95+°F day, staff members were very busy trying to keep up and managed to demonstrate a good effort assisting shoppers.💩💩💩 This issue needs to be addressed ASAP!!! There needs to be handicapped electric wheeled buggy available. Isnt that a Handicapped NECESSARY piece of equipment each .
