Jean in the framing department was super educational and helpful in the selection of a frame and background for my art piece. I highly recommend him for anyone needing custom frame. The selection at Michaels is incredible. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Received my order today mailed out of Texas. We ordered paint pots, a ceramic figurine, and a plastic light up jar Halloween craft along with some paint brushes. We received the wrong jar craft. The materials were fragile. Our package was shipped in a large plastic sleeve with no protective packaging. Luckily nothing was broken just disheveled and smushed. Will not be ordering from Michael’s online again. If it isn’t in store we will go to JOANN’S or another craft store.

This store doesnt have near the variety of merchandise it used to have and the prices are too high to afford on sale.Why sell the pot holder looms, but not the loops to make the potholders with? When you are able to find someone to help you, theyre always new and dont know where anything is.Save your time and just go to Hobby Lobby or Amazon.

Love Michaels because the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. The other day the shelves were looking a bit bare. I guess its the sypply line chain that is causing havoc everywhere.

This was actually my first time going in there because normally I go to the hobby lobby. Neither of the stores had exactly what I wanted but I did find something at Michaels that will work. I never went before because I guess I has the wrong impression of what they were. I thought they were more of a diy home decor store but turns out its much more. Will return

Large selection of items, reasonably prices, and a well organized store. There was only one person on the registers but she was zooming. I was easily able to find all the items I was looking for quickly.

Great place not as big or does t have what Hobby Lobby does but it does have quality stuff.

This is the most wonderful thing that a person who loves arts and crafts can absolutely fall completely head over heals in love. This place is like chucky cheese of someone that constantly wants to make new things. I wish i could live here and just have endless access to everything in the store!

This place was rough. Ive frequented a few different Michaels stores in other cities Ive lived in and this location is by far the worst Ive ever seen a retail craft store of any brand look.Im not sure what the problem is, multiple issues from what I saw. Store is very messy and unorganized. They were missing a lot of products. Entire racks and rows empty.Three cashiers open and 15 people in line during a busy weekend afternoon. Spent 20 minutes just waiting to pay for my $5 item. Wont be worth it next time for sure.Unfortunate that this location is so poorly managed.

Always find what Im looking for and more. As a crafter this is my go to place.

1 star for Michaels framing dept. is too many. I ordered 3 mats to be made and it has been a nightmare. I have had to go to the store 4, possibly 5 times to get the correct mats made. Plus a piece of my art was missing. Tessa tried very hard to help me. One day I came and the dept had a sign that they were closed. I went to Hobby Lobby and had 3 custom mats made. It took 15 min. and was half the cost. I dont intend to spend money at Michaels again.

The last 3 times Ive gone in there to find a particular item, they did not have what I was looking for. Their selection is not what it used to be, especially in frames or scrapbooking or crafts. Couldnt even find gel pens. Scrapbooking selection seemed small, juvenile, pinks & purples, geared towards children or pre teen girls. Stickers same deal. Just disappointed I guess. Most stores in general are decreasing selection, so most of the time I have to end up buying from Amazon, because Amazon usually has items Im looking for & cant find in local stores.

I love the craft store,however the bathroom is horrendous so make sure you go before you visit. Also some things are marked wrong and prices somewhat hidden so just make sure the price is right before you checkout if your not up for a surprise..

My daughter wanted Posca pens, Orange and Purple. They didnt have them, so she chose two different paint markers in those colors. The employees (one being a manager) followed my daughter and I around the store all the way to the front like we were going to steal the markers!! They could have played it off and asked if we needed help with anything!! NOT all black people steal. I will NEVER go back to Micheals

They are trying to accommodate people during the plague. The website inventory is not entirely accurate, although searching seems to have improved. Curbside pickup is simple and the employees are very quick and helpful. The order itself, once entered in and paid for, did take two days to be fulfilled. Overall Im glad that I can get four skeins of cross stitch thread without having to trust ebay. I will be filling my future orders here.

Very clean and organized. I cant wait to being my daughter through here and pick fun crafts to do with her. The particular item i was looking for was on sale and the craft box was perfect.

I frequent this store a few times a week and have been for years for my painting supplies. Today I had the best customer service from a worker named Taylor. She was fantastic and provided great customer service by helping me find what I needed while also juggling other tasks.

Im not much of an artsy craft person. I will have to say I went here with my girlfriend and her daughter and they absolutely love this place. While I was there I did learn its worth while to get on their mailing list as they regularly send out coupons for big discounts. My sole purchase here was a Christmas gingerbread house. I couldnt pass it up.

Love this place! Recently took up crafting with my 5 year old. Were here at least once a month! Love coming home to see our home decorated with creations from my son! Great coupons keep us coming as well!

They have art supplies in a big way at reasonable prices. My Wife loves this place. We use a wide variety of art supplies. This place is cheaper than Blick art stores were. They carry the same stuff, just way more of it. They undercut their competition pretty good. We use paint supplies, sculpting tools, and general decor. This place is sweet.

Im sorry I hate to give a bad review, but I came when they 1st opened, bathrooms were dirty.trash cans over flowing, floors dirty, just over all appearance dirty. Employees park in front row, dont understand why handicap is farther away then where the employees park. I am not handicapped, just my observation,was waiting until they openened.customer service was great.

You can find unique items here. If you are crafty or looking for nice activities for young ones. This is a good place to do that.

The selection was amazing as always, but the floor manager Taylor was VERY rude. She made a rude comment to me and my friends.We read the sign that everyone should wear masks, but over half the store wasn’t wearing them. So she decided to “chime” in and say “Everyone’s supposed to wear them, but only people with SENSE are doing it.” Then, when we went to pay, we said something. She denied the whole thing, even though other people heard it as well. She started to raise her voice and say that we just misheard her because of the mask she was wearing. She remained rude during the whole conversation, and interrupted us everytime we tried to speak.

They have had everything Ive needed when Ive gone in, with the exception of some oddly sized (A5) floating frames I was looking for that dont seem to be available in the States. Still, the staff are always helpful and can give advice on what looks good or would work well. Their thread selection is impressive and I am usually able to find what I need quickly.

My go to store when I need any kind of crafting supplies at all. They always have several things 50% off and their decorations are all so pretty. I got my baskets for my flower girls here and the supplies to decorate each one. I love getting Christmas gifts here for my friends.
