Pay first, building needs paint and repairs and the lot needs a good cleaning. Lowest price for gas in the immediate area.

Nice location for a gas station, it is right by the University of Evansville which makes it convenient for College kids to fuel up here. Inside it your average little convince store

I dont know why they call themselves The University Food Mart, as its just a little snack stand. It is conveniently located for gas though.
