It’s 9pm on a Wednesday. There’s no way the pharmacy was busy enough for me to sit on hold for 45 minutes until I finally called and spoke with someone in the front of the store instead of trying to get ahold of the pharmacy. I also had to request that our prescription be filled so I could go pick it up, even though it was called in this morning. We were never contacted about the status like I have been at other CVS locations. We are done with this location.

Wow, mistake after mistake, and the pharmacist on duty, I didnt catch her name - a middle aged blonde woman was borderline rude and further messed tbings up while refusing to even acknowledge one of her technicians was in error for giving me a refill time too early according to her and further delaying getting my medication with her obtuse attitude.Ive avoided this location ever since they included a blood pressure tablet with one of my regular rxs; as I have low bp concerns, it would have been lethal had I not caught it.I highly recommend to avoid this pharmacy by all means necessary, and if you do, double-check all of your medications

Does not even deserve a star. Refused to accept Medicaid due to it being from a different state. Wouldnt even call the number on the back for approval. Refused to give name or store number when asked with it being stated it was only being used to contact corperate.

I have been on hold for 45 minutes with a question for the pharmacist!I understand they may be busy but that’s still to long!If you are that busy through out the evening at least answer and let us know a better time to call!Also work all areas do everything you can to get service to all of us and not just pop pills in a bottle!This is just plain and simple bad service from not doing multi task and service all areas to provide and retain customers!CVS is not on my list of preferred stores but it was recommended for what I want!I should not need to drive 5 or 6 miles and back home to this particular store for information that could provided to me on the phone in 2 minutes!You are lucky to get one star and that is because the customer service up front at least try’s and is nice!

I literally have been on phone waiting for 1.5 hrs. I know tht sounds crazy on my part but Im curious on how long they will let phone ring. It is ALWAYS like this .. the drive through is always wrapped around the building. One car behind us got tired of waiting n did a burnout leaving .. but this is everyday. It makes no sense

This has got to be the worst pharmacy Ive ever been to in my lifetime. The service was incredibly slow to the point that it took 20 minutes at the drive up window for medicine they texted was ready to pick up. When I complained about how unacceptable waiting 20 minutes for a script that was supposed to be ready was the pharmacist ran over to the window and said if you dont like it take my business elsewhere.

Been on hold 3 hours and pharmacy will not answer the phone. This is an ongoing issue. Techs and pharmacist are very hateful and rude if you go in to inquire about your medicine and will not fill prescription when its due. They constantly lose your information and give wrong medicine. I am fed up with this pharmacy.

This place is so disrespectful toward customers, i set in drive thru sometimes for 30 or 40 minutes to pick up prescriptions and they are not even busy, they are slow and lazy. If and when they come to the window there is definitely no apology for the wait. Dont even call the pharmacy they do not pick up the phone. Its a poor excuse for a pharmacy.

They were wonderful to me today. In and out in a reasonable time staff friendly. Maybe those of you who have had problems have come at times when they were short on staff. It seems to be hard to find good workers for these jobs. They are difficult and stressful jobs as they are dealing with peoples lives and safety.

I am completely irritated with this location. I work in retail and I try to be as understanding as possible, however every single time I go to pick up my very same prescription, it is one not ever ready (I always schedule it early on the online app) two, they always try to give me something different (the generic brand) which I have stressed to them I DO NOT WANT and third, they are always slow, never apologetic when I have tried to pick up my prescription for 4 days in a roll and they still tell me its not ready come back tomorrow. I always get the same girl at the window and she is completely clueless, she doesnt give a rats ass about her job and doesnt care that I waited for 15 minutes in the line to be told again by her that it isnt ready, when I asked how come they never call me and tell me that it wont be ready at the time I have scheduled, oh..um..it says we tried but the number is wrong which is funny considering the only number ever given is the only number I have ever had, also I tried asking them what number they have and they said they deleted it? WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD. I wouldnt even give one star but I have to just to post this. I WILL BE SWITCHING PHARMACIES.

Nothing but problems. From insane wait times in the store or drive through to sitting on hold for an hour on the phone. To not having the meds in stock and trying to micro manage peoples health instead of going by what there dr. says. Refilling things that you dont want and not the stuff you do or only willing to give you a couple days to get it before they revoke it. I mean this pharmacy has the worst service Its a joke.

Always have to wait. The workers are also smart to you if you have a question. Just a side note, the move like they have dead lice falling off of them.

Pharmacy staff is incredibly incompetent, They go against even Doctors orders. Jennifer (Pharmacist) Has a GOD complex, Will refuse your Drs orders and wishes she had a better life! So sad!! If you feel like being treated like a human being DO NOT go to this CVS on Morgan Ave unless you like dealing with rude and incompetent people!

I have been going to CVS pharmacy for many years. Doug (pharmacist) and Terri P. (Pharmacy) have been there through most and Doug, maybe all of those years. They are both awesome people and excellent at their jobs. I have entrusted not only my pharmacy care but also the care of my six children as they grew up to them. I remember years ago, Doug informed me of an interaction that could occur between 2 persscriptions and he was absolutely correct. If somethings incorrect, he will catch it! He is always friendly and never to busy to say hello or answer any questions for you. If you need something sent to the doctor or something corrected with insurance, a suggestion on the best value to save you money on over the counter products, Terri P is always willing to help. (And hss always, patiently, given my children their colol of sucker they chose)! She is always very pleasańt, I have never seen her any other way, to anyone. I am always happy to see them both behind the counter when I go in. The reason I have stayed with CVS so many years.

CVS with all the constant problems I had with them including the drive thru. For years I dealt with attitude from almost everyone I had any interaction with! CVS employees were VERY rude! SO glad I switched to Walmart Pharmacy they are the BEST!

Tried for over 30 mins to get some one to answer the phone to check on Rx. Didnt want the 40 min drive to find out they didnt have it yet. After 30 mins. Called again and was still on hold for a long time. Finally hung up. Terrible service! Do not recommend using this location.
