The 5-Year Warranty on my TV from Quest4 was a lifesaver! When the picture on my 75 Sony suddenly developed green lines after a power outage, the inexpensive 5-year warranty (something I dont usually purchase) I got when I bought the TV, turned what could have become an expensive nightmare, into just a minor inconvenience. Mike from Quest4 was able to diagnose over the phone, kept me updated throughout the process of getting a replacement part, and even came out to my house on a SATURDAY to swap out the part. The kids and I were able to finish the weekend with a Movie marathon. Thank You Quest4!

A hidden gem in Evansville for sure! Decided to take the plunge into 4k and Jerry helped me decide between several brands of TVs based on price vs quality. We landed on a 75 Sony and I am like a kid at Christmas every time I turn it on. The best part was it ended up the SAME PRICE as a sale I found elsewhere AND they delivered it and set it up with my existing components for free! They even programmed the remote before they left. Fantastic service and no worries about damage if I tried to get it home in my truck, or if it was shipped from another state. My new favorite store!
