The photographer was very rude. I called to reschedule an let them know we would be running late. Her excuse for the attitude was we were late. I brushed it off. She instructed me to place my baby on the floor. (No cushion or prop to hold him up) I will never return to this location.

I visited here Looking for shoes. The selection was decent but lacked my taste.

Nice clothing store in the eastland mall, good variety of styles and sizes. Store was clean and well organized. Staff were friendly and quick to check out.

Not a place for pictures, my elderly parents went there and all they wanted was 3 pictures, they charged them like 80 dollars to get 3 copys sent to email. And only sent 2 pictures. Cost over 140 to receive 2 pics

No wonder they are slowly closing. I wanted to use the men’s fitting room but it’s full of nagging woman. I just wanted to try on some pants.

I have been going here since they opened, and I was a kid, I think it was in the 1980s. I still like going here, they have alot to choose from. A really good selection of clothes and alot of other items too. But it is not always easy to check out like it used to be. There are fewer people working there at the cash registers, so a line can form and it can take awhile to check out if they get busy.

I love JC Pennys but am disappointed that there isnt much in stock in the Home goods department.

They seem to try very hard but Staffing is always better than no Staffing lines are too long I realize the bottom line is the issue but sometimes you reach the bottom by not servicing the customers this is my favourite store please fix

We went in to look at mens clothes but ended up not buying anything. The size selection was very limited on the items we were interested in and while signs reminded us we could find more items online that wasnt helpful when we wanted the items now which is the purpose of going to a brick and mortar store. We did find another item that we were looking for but the price was much too high, probably twice what it would cost at other places. Even with the sales on some items, the prices werent competitive.

Over priced Levis full of holes at $70.

I was very disappointed I did not know that I had to pay return fee to return something why would I want to come back and shop with you

Selection is abysmal. Customer service is a bad joke. Prices are ridiculous. How is it a store this large only has one checkout line open down stairs with a line running almost to the back wall? Is this Walmart now?? Pathetic!!! Highly recommend going almost anywhere else over this store.

Great after holiday sales. Make sure you sign up for the free rewards program. I got an extra 15% off, with any type of payment. More if you have their credit card. I get these often and they are good even on sale and clearance prices.

Waited 20 minutes in line for purchase; bathroom was disgusting - 1 out of order, 1 toilet seat was on the floor, 2 stopped up. So NONE were working. Took forever to get water to come in with the sensor, no paper towels. Called after leaving, manager was RUDE.

Always good at J.C Penney. 2nd floor was to hot . Nobody likes to shop long in the heat. Heres a tip....turn the AC down 10 degrees and people will stay longer and buy more. Need more dressing rooms. 1 check out for entire 2nd floor. 😕

Great deals but the racks are a little close to each other which makes it difficult to maneuver a shopping cart around them. Sizes were a little mixed up so some size organization would make finding things a lot easier too. All and all I love Penneys!!

I grew up going to JCPenneys. And from the time I was a child until now their items have really really grown. Their quality of items are superb. Even if you are on a budget you will find great great clothes shoes and accessories here. They also have the makeup salon. And you can also get your haircut if need be. Which also has good prices.

Weve been taking family and children pictures here for the past 5 years. The one time I had an issue, their customer service team went above and beyond. For the value, it simply cant be beaten when you use available promotional offers.

Michael in mens clothes is an amazing young man !!! He took his time and genuinely was willing to go above and beyond to help me 88 year old dad. He is the reason we left with a giant bag full of clothes. Thanks again Michael!!!

Its Penneys. The styles have just gone downhill. Its a shame. Hopefully the new owners can turn things around. Not too many places left for us older folks to shop anymore.

They sent me a $10 coupon in the mail. I went spent 45 minutes picking something out for $10. Got to the cash register. Took half an hour because of the line then my coupon wouldnt work or something. They had to call a manager. Then the manager would not accept my $10 so I ran up $800 through my credit card away and not paying it. Dont fuk with me JCPenney

Worst experience ever, I stood in line at the customer service desk to then be told that the online pickups were in another location. I get to the location and there are two lines; one for returns and exchanges and one for pickups. Silly me for getting in the pick up line and then be told that I had to get in line with the people returning and exchanging. I did have another item that I was gonna purchase, but after this I put it on the rack in line got my item and left.

First visit good. The lady knew what she needed to do. Second was bad. Could not find anyone to help and when I did she was on the phone and never acknowledged me. I left without getting anything

I was there a weeks ago. A new girl first day on the job helped. After waiting for two others this new employee was so nice and polite. I only purchased three shirts I liked and she picked the colors. First day on the job. I would tell her manager how their new employee was an asset to the store.

Clothes were alittle everywhere, not very organized... felt as if i was floating around to find what i was looking for. i understand the concept of getting the consumer to come further into the store to buy more items but stuff was on floors and it looked as if certain sections were thrown together.

They were very busy and needed more cashiers but the cashier was VERY polite and cheerful which helped for standing in line awhile

Robin has tremendously improved the stores cleanliness, organization, and customer service. Not only is she fair, she is more accommodating to customers needs than any other store manager I have dealt with. Robin is personable, great to talk to, and work with! When I moved to Evansville, the store was a bit disheveled, but after Robin’s arrival to the store, you can see the difference as soon as you walk in the store. JC Penny has a great manager, and she has done a ton for the store and customers! I seriously shop there because of the products, customer service, and definitely to say hello to the amazing store manager, Robin! She’s helped me with a washer and dryer, jewelry mirror and more for my apartment.

Debbie C who works in the lingerie department does an excellent job. She has fitted me with bras. She is friendly and professional. Even if she is really busy she still makes the customer feel important. She always has a smile on her face and makes me want to come back to JC Penny!
