I go to Target quite often and I always like coming here. Its always cleana and everyone who works here is very nice. I really like the shopping carts, they are so much better then Walmarts. They are made of plastic and not metal and seem to have less problems then Walmart does. The only reason Im giving it four stats and not five, is because it seems to take to long to check out, they need more works at the checkouts, but they also need more self checkouts, I prefer to use them more to use them more nowadays.

Even though its after 9 pm on a Friday night, the employees I saw were professional, courteous and efficient. I saw a puddle of water, mentioned it to a cashier and she sprung into action. One employee came to stand guard while she ran to grab the yellow placard to mark the spot. Another employee went off to get the mop. And they thanked me for telling them. I dont know why thats so surprising to me, but it was refreshing to see a team that cares.

I prefer this Target over the North side one, even though I like them both.

Everything from pencils to bourbon. A little more expensive than the other box stores, but the quality of product tends to be slightly better as well. Im sure you can find what need. Recommend.

Ive noticed a lot of reviews stating how clean how well lit while these things are important my concerns i choose to place on the dollar of the itwms that i but that i need. Such as cleaning items shoes cloths and ither itwms that i can suit up with.And that being said i still maintain the clothes arw very expensive for me im on S S a vert limited incime at best.So again the cheapest pair of sweat pants was 12.00$$$ a decenr top was 12.00 and i wouldnt wear it to go out and empty trash in. NUC NAKS I CALL THEM LIKE UMBRELLAS, Guess thar isnt a bobble though A goid sock cap too expensive.Im tierd of Walmart but i will say this much for Wamart if you buy something you have no problem returning it however i bought a nuce Rug at Target decided iit wasnt what i wanted took it back they asked me why i didnt want it i replied it doesnt match up with my furniture.GOSH SHE BECAME rude hateful saud they couldnt take it back she didnt know me however YES I BECAME SO ANGRY i said look honey tag is still on it its spotless i didnt not leave it down or walk on it ici assured her i wasnt going to leave without a refund so...... Store is well organized, well lit and easy to find what I am looking for. I would have given a 10 but the school supply area was very messy, and things were not in the right area so the prices did not match up.

Had to order a larger size in swim suit top, the gals in the fitting room continued to look for my size as I placed my order to ship to home. They found one!! Left the store very satisfied and appreciative that the staff continued to look before I left the store.

The o ly issue I have is there should of been more food choices like for the ramen there is no individual packets to buy of ramen unless you get them as a set sadly

This store made me totally change my mind about Target. Im from South Carolina, I dont shop Target at home due to store conditions, not being cleaned properly and shelves not being stocked. Seems like the employees just dont care. But today I had the opportunity to visit this store, it was so nice, I wanted to buy everything. They have some of the best employees that I have ever met. Store was exceptionally clean and the shelves were full. I gave 5 stars, you really deserve 10.

Target has a better atmosphere. Better lighting, products and display, team members. No trash blowing around the parking lot or walking around inside. It all around attracts a different demographic.

I don’t come into Target often but I was just on this side of town and needed time to blow. I went to the starbucks and the guy working was overly friendly. He knew how to hold a conversation unlike some of these people. His whole vibe was positive and even recommended a few drinks he created. He’s good. Tried to tip him and he said he couldn’t but said I could call the store and inform him of the good service. Anyways didn’t catch your name but thank you for making a good time with my Target trip. Might have to come by again.

Associates everywhere, but not one offered to help or at least say hello to us. Two associates nearly ran me over with their freight cart. The first person was both at fault because we were turning corner of the back racetrack near seasonal/pet area, and they apologized and didn’t mean too. The second associate down abit near the plates/bowls area was talking with another coworker and the second person said “watch out” to her and she just laughed instead. Neither of those two girls apologized. I had to immediately turn and cross pathway almost running myself into a middle display rack instead of getting ran over by worker pushing freight cart thing...we walked by other associates including by the electronics and no one said hi to us. the check outs only had three registers open plus self check out. Every thing had a long line of about six or more people in each line. They finally opened three more registers after we already about 8 minutes at the very least. Idk how long we really were because I didn’t check the time at first, till after awhile standing and not moving. Finally another register took us and didn’t even offer us a credit card or bag our items, also didn’t want to hand us our receipt. She said we could grab it if we want it. And turned to next customer behind us. I understand this pandemic but she didn’t even thank us or anything. No one apologized to us about long wait in line or ask if we found everything okay. Nothing.

I bought shoes for my grandchildren about of 4 pairs, 2 didnt fit. My daughter had no problems exchanging them and the kids love them. In initially ordering them one store had all but one choice which was available at another local location. It was very easy to change location and they were also quick and ready to be picked up. It was a great help to me to be able to do that for my grandkids. Thank you

Everyone was really helpful and target has best toys and merchandise I cant find anywhere else. Like the doll section, for girls. No other store has it. There are many areas of the store like this that other stores do not have.

Target is the greatest store on the planet. They have everything you never knew you needed. The home decor is perfect, the dollar spot always has the neatest things, and a Starbucks inside! What more could a mom as for when she needs a break?!

Speed, accuracy, courtesy - all were present for my online order/in-store pickup. I love this service, and the Up & Up store brand is excellent and economical. Highly recommend this Target store.Update 10 months later: Still providing good service. However, my issue is with the app. The searches include (promoted) items that my search criteria should have eliminated. Also, a lot of non-perishable (shelf) items are not available for pickup, such as saltine crackers. Is that because they are crushable, and employees cannot be trained to pack bags correctly? I cannot think why this is. All but the app issues is great.

This is a good place to look around. It has a large variety of items, but it seems like their shelves are not ever quite full. Have been here a couple of times looking for a halloween place mat, and they only have one.

Every employee that passed me in the store greeted me. Being a store manager at a retail store, that is a big deal to receive what I expect out of my employees.

Associates were easy to find on the floor and where able to assist me right away.

Terrible customer service experience on 12/21. Traveling to visit family for Christmas in IN. Had a few toys given to us as gifts that we didn’t have room for in the car. Didn’t ask parents for receipt to not hurt their feelings, tried to return items for store credit. My wife, two kids, and I were deemed security risks, held up for half an hour, and not permitted to return the 3 toys that added up to maybe $40. Will not be receiving my or my family’s business anymore.

The girl stationed at the self-check out area was EXTREMELY helpful when I ran into a problem getting a Cartwheel offer to work. She manually entered the discount for my item. During each shopping trip, I typically utilize self check-out and Im always impressed with the customer service that is available when problems or questions arise. Thank you Evansville Target for being wonderful!

I will never in my life come to this location. I am an African American woman and I came in my leisure clothes to shop. I had a long day at work and decided to do some last minute shopping for my daughters birthday . Upon reaching the self check out as soon as I started ringing up my items the associate in charge of the area rushes to start checking my items. She did not do any one else who was in the are who by the way were all the majorities bags. I felt singled out and racially profiled. So sad that this was not my first time experiencing this type of behavior at this location. Never Again.

I love Target and have shopped there for years but I have had it with sweating to death in there for the last few months. Can feel the cool air but the humidity is insufferable. This is the Eastside Target in Evansville IN. I am not returning until cool weather. When have voiced my concerns get nowhere. Everyone plays dumb. It isn’t me. I barely even use my A/C at home.

Always had a positive experience here. Large, clean well run store. Never have more than 2 people ahead of you in line. Incredible how different this store is from the Wal-Mart circus across the highway.

I typically ignore surveys, but I wanted to take the time today to tell you how incredibly thankful I am for the drive up service. My husband had a procedure yesterday, and we ordered an ice pack for Drive Up in the parking lot in the hospital. We drove the 4 minutes to Target and it was ready by the time we got there. Then last night my 17 month old had to go to the emergency room for stitches in his face at the same hospital. As we were leaving, I sat in the parking lot on my Target app and ordered a cute penguin ice pack and infant Tylenol. And again drove straight to Target. By the time I pulled up in the parking lot, I got the Beep Beep email letting me know it was ready and it was brought out to me immediately. For a day that was very hard on this mom - Target was honestly the second brightest spot in my day - 2nd only to the family that showed up when we needed them. My sincerest gratitude to the Target on the East Side of Evansville, IN.

One of your employees Sarah (young blonde female) is completely rude and was cursing at a shopping customer. Can’t believe this type of behavior is allowed by Target management. Disgusting. Even one of the cashiers had to tell her to stop talking and do her job.

Im happy I went here today. Cashiers were waiting up front to help. Target had enough cashiers to handle the volume. Prices are comparable to other stores around them. Without the hassle of waiting in line.

They told my father about ebay scams along with email scams as he was checking out. He told them not to proceed with the sale til it was confirmed on who requested the $1500 dollars worth on ebay cards. They went ahead and proceeded with the sale even while he was on the phone still getting information on it. They still will not give back his money even though he told them repeatedly not to proceed with the sale, the cashier is not in any trouble, they told us it was our problem, wont correct it, and now we dont know if we can get our bills met. This is not the first time we have got scammed by them. They need to make this right esp since he had fallen, broken his hip, was on a heart monitor and all, argued with him, and he was only there for that reason. He told them repeatedly to not proceed with the sell, and they did anyways. That is their fault not his that they did not listen to him.They should be very ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of an elderly, injured man like that then causing him stress and everything else. Now we got to worry and stress even more now over things because if they dont make this right, bills wont be met, and things are going to go very badly for the household. SHAME ON YOU TARGET!! I would give them a 0 rating, but it will not allow me to!!

Target is always well-staffed, and merchandised nicely. The app makes finding deals and managing the Red card a breeze. The perfect alternative to anyone avoiding a dreaded Walmart.

So I received a Target gift card as a birthday gift. So I attempted to use my Target gift card to purchase a Visa gift card. I was told that they dont allow that. A Target gift card is essentially cash that youve given the store and you should be allowed to use it for whatever they sell in their store...a Visa gift card is one of those items. This is absolutely ridiculous since their competitors allow you to purchase other gift cards. Im glad I dont shop Target! Shop Amazon or Walmart instead of Target! Anyone want to buy a Target gift card lol!?

The place is always clean and organized. If I have any questions, it is never hard to find an employee willing to help, even if it includes errors with certain items that are supposed to be discounted. I much prefer to pay alittle extra to go to Target over Walmart anyday.

While there are a few things that I am unable to get in your store, I am able to do most of my weekly shopping there, in an environment that is clean, with helpful sales staff. I also feel much safer shopping with my young child in your store than in similar stores (such as walmart) in our area.

Food prices are a little high, but I personally wouldnt go to Target just for food (maybe if I was there & didnt want to make an extra stop). Wide range of options. Always looks clean. Quality products at prices that are cheaper than department type stores. Im hoping they expand their toy selection over the next few months; they currently have a great selection, but with the other toy store closing, I would like to be able to get more options here in Evansville & I dont want to go to that other superstore. I have had to return 2 items here recently, once with a receipt & once without. I didnt have any trouble either time, so that is a huge improvement from past. Good place.

Target is usually always great, regardless of where I go. Only reason I say 4-stars is because there are times where I find myself having to make my way to Walmart for certain items.I would love to shop at Target for everything, but keep in mind that there are probably some items that arent available here.
