Not so great experience. I placed an online order 4/5 and the money was taken from my account. No communication what so ever or even a confirmation email ( checked spam folder as well) 4/10 I requested tracking or an update about my item. I was sent a tracking label that was created but not yet dropped off. I asked several times when it will be mailed out, as I am going out of town and live in florida and do not want the soap sitting in the heat in the mailbox while I am away. No response. As of 4/14 my item still has not shipped . I opened a PayPal claim to see if they will bother responding thru there. Very disappointed, will not be ordering from them in the future.** edit still no communication via email but the company refunded my money. I was also given a second tracking label. Still no email directly to me about what was going on, but it has now been resolved at least.
