This is not a post to bash this dealership as they were very helpful during purchase and have been in business for a while. This is rather saying, be wary of the vehicle you purchase here. Really test drive it and inspect it. I purchased a 2014 GMC Sierra Denali from here in May and in 3 months I have had to dump nearly $2,000 into it and I am still chasing what is wrong with it. It was great on the test drive and very quickly went wrong (within 72 hours)and has been since.

Nice people. Very good selection of vehicles. They really worked to get the older, pre-owned Jeep I wanted down to the price I could afford. They were a little cheap on my trade-in though, but thats the norm on trading in versus selling your own vehicle. They were always very friendly and helpful to talk to. They even took a couple extra days and got a few things fixed on the Jeep for me too.

Nice people but I was confused the first time I took my truck for a trade they offered me $5000 a month later they said my truck was not even worth trading in and I took it to a different dealership and they gave me 4500 so I’m kind of confused although they do have nice staff members

I would not recommend neuhoff auto sales to absolutely anyone. Very disappointed. Purchased a 2013 car that only had 57K miles on it and less than 9 months and 10K miles later the motor blew up with no warning. We were on vacation 15 hours away and I called them, they were not willing to help in anyway. Sold us a lemon obviously. I highly recommend staying away from this company.

This is a large lot with a big inventory. Really has a nice selection of trucks and SUVs. They are really easy to deal with.

Bought my 6th SuperDuty from them. Truck is great. Had busted mirrors on both sides and they made it right. Jeremy ordered new ones on the spot (these are very expensive tow mirrors) Got me a great rate on financing even though there were other options that would have been more beneficial to them. Jeremy has absolutely stand up character. In the time spent with him, my wife and I realized that he had our best interest in mind. They close at 8 and we came back in at 7:53 with our decision expecting to sort out the details later (we live an hour away). Jeremy welcomed our decision, addressed our concerns, and we drove home our new truck that night. A month later, no issues from the truck and still pleased with the whole experience. I recommend them highly and cant speak enough about how well of a car buying experience this was. By the way, this is my 16th dealership purchased vehicle. #1 rated experience.

I wouldn’t buy a water if I was dehydrated from Nick. Completely rude to me and had a horrible attitude. The guy needs to be a prison guard not a car salesman. Do not ask for Nick if you do business with this place.

Didnt buy but the salesman Ben was fantastic. Two minutes on the lot and was at our side . The gm however was not nearly as great . He had an attitude and was extremely off putting. Would do business with Ben .Not normally this type of person to review but the way the gm spoke to me was not ok at all .
