When I picked out my dress it was great. I actually had found 2 in my price range that I liked. I was told to do my fitting a couple of months before my wedding. I live in Jasper so I called to get a price range that my alterations might be. A place 5 minutes from my house quoted me $25 an hour. I was told I would have t come in for a fitting just to get an estimate on price even though I know exactly what is needed because the day I bought it the lady told me what I would need done. Driving an hour just to get a price is ridiculous. If I would’ve known yeah I would’ve gotten my dress elsewhere. Needless to say I’m keeping my business close to home.

Worst wedding experience.We used Magic Moments because my fiancé had just gotten a tuxedo from there for a friends wedding. My fiancé went in about a month and a half before our wedding to be fitted.First off, the tuxedos came in 15 hours before our wedding. Due to that, I had to pick them up without everyone trying on. Got home and the tuxedos were all the wrong color. We ordered Navy Blue and they were an ugly light gray color. Took them back, which they provided a full refund but left us searching for tuxedos the night before our wedding. Luckily my groom found one but we had to compromise on the others. Out of kindness, they allowed us to keep the vests, ties, and shoes. Got back home and looked over what we kept and the shoes were muddy from the previous person who wore them. Had to clean the shoes for the wedding day. Who puts muddy shoes in with the tuxedos. Overall wedding nightmare.PS ended up getting a suit from Kohl’s for half the price that we now own.

I went to look at wedding dresses and they had an excellent selection. The store is beautiful with a very nice space for looking in the mirror and a sitting area for those who are with you. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The prices are fantastic! I tried David’s Bridal first and found two dresses in the whole store I liked which were both over a thousand dollars. I wasn’t a fan of the selection or the experience in general. Magic Moments is by far the superior choice, in my opinion. I bought my beautiful wedding dress and veil for only 400 something dollars. I’d recommend this place to any bride to be. They have prom dresses and tux rentals as well!

The staff was pleasant, nice environment.Called to check prices, what they told me over the phone, was not the actual price range that I saw when looking through dresses. The prices were higher then I expected them to be.

After having the worst experience Ive ever had at Davids Bridal and crying from it, my mom and I went to Magic Moments. The woman was so helpful, patient, and nice. She bent over backwards to help us and find what I really loved. I definitely said yes to my dress here and will recommend it to everyone I know. Best store, hands down.

We used Magic Moments to rent suits for our wedding. Although we had a few problems with the suits initially, Magic Moments customer service went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction! I greatly appreciate their willingness to work with us to resolve any problems we had. Nicole is awesome!

Hope you like wating till the last moment and shirts for suts where closer to papper then anything else.

Had an amazing experience with Magic Moments and their worker Katie! She made shopping for my wedding dress easy and made me feel beautiful in every dress. I ended up saying yes to the dress with her help and the dress was reasonable priced! Katie worked quickly with me as I was on a time crunch and spent no longer than a hour in there! I can not wait to go back to work with them on the tuxedos!

We have purchased several formal dance dresses from Magic Moments. From when they were on the West side, the small east side shop and now the new shop. They have amazing skills as seamstresses also! My daughter chose a dress with a bodice covered in rhinestones. It was too large. When they finished, it looked like it was made for her!!!

Magic moments has been amazing. We werent sure if we were gonna have our wedding because of covid 19. When we decided to go ahead with it, a small ceremony in our backyard and only had 3 weeks to get everything magic moments was so awesome at helping us get everything we needed in time. The groom and his groomsmans got their tuxs from here and they are perfect ! Thank you so much. Just what we wanted. Cannot wait to pick them up and get married! Thank you for making our special day easier!

We went to several dress shops around town and they had the best prices, best store layout, and best customer service by far! We will be going here for all our future formal attire!

I dont normally make posts like this... but given what I have gone through, I feel that this needs to be said. To any and all who might consider Magic Moments for their wedding, prom, etc.: DONT.I was going to ignore the experience I had and pursue my options elsewhere, but if I can prevent another bride from enduring what I have, then I will.Magic Moments prices and product(s) mean absolutely NOTHING if their manager does not care about your business (to which she made evidently clear, in my experience). Instead of assuring and apologizing for losing my information (shortly before my wedding, mind you), the manager expressed frustration and apathy towards my concern(s). Instead of attempting to rectify the error in a comforting way, she pressured and pried me to quickly (in a span of 5 minutes) redo the work I had already done – without swatches, without the information necessary, and without care.This is the worst service Ive ever experienced, and for the most important day of my life – I would give 0 stars if possible. Please, do NOT go here. Do not put your big day in the hands of a store who cares so little about you or the outcome. Do not support a business that does not support its clientele.

Pretty expensive. Buy yourself a suit at Kohls or JC Pennys for 1/3 of the price and you get to keep it.Had to bring the suit back quickly or else they would charge me $50. I guess they need it back so the next guy can wear it.I thought it would look super sharp since it was supposed to be tailored to my measurements, but like I said Ive bought stuff at Kohls that looks just as good.
