I bought trailer tires. Great service, great price, and good quality tires! I would rather deal with them than a chain store business.

Let me begin with this I did business once with this people and thats and I regretted. actually i just call today at 3:48 pm 8/23/2016 and talk with and older guy I think, and the stupid has very bad manners and attitude I asked him a couple question such as can you lower your price a little? And he replied me this is not a supermarket and told him thats why you got a very bad reviews on google, I just dont get it how a people like this still on business, if you have a business and dont know how to treat your customers whats the point to have it, my recommendation is stay away from this people.

Ive done business with Tony at General for many years and bought fleet tires and passenger car tires. If you want a coffee shop atmosphere and a pedicure this is not the place for you. If you want good service, good prices on good tires then this is the place you should try. Gerneral Tire was able to find tires for some rare wheel sizes that we had on some of our trucks. Very satisfied with the service. You do need to bring your car in becasue the same guy you talk to on the phone is probably working on somebodys vehicle. No commissioned salespeople answering the phones here.
