Amended review after D-Pat completed the repair. We were happy with the service personnel, work done, speed of repair, etc.Ill amend this review after weve actually had the car fixed, but as of right now Im frustrated with their process. I called in this a.m. to schedule an appointment to have the car diagnosed sometime next week. Nobody was available to take my call so I went online to their schedule your service visit tool. They had tons of appointments available for today! So, I booked one, called the wife to leave work and bring the car, left work myself to meet her there, only to be told they dont have any technicians available all day! GRRR!
Recently went in for some recall work and oil change. Told it would take around 3 hrs, I took advantage of their shuttle service. Every employee I encountered was so friendly & helpful, and all were wearing face masks! Not under their nose, or around their neck, but wearing them correctly! I was offered water and coffee. I was text the work report, and again when my car was ready, which was earlier than the estimated time. The entire experience was so positive, and pleasant! It made a huge difference in my day.

I was unable to get my vehicle started and had to get a tow in to the Evansville based dealership. They were quite prompt in diagnosing why my vehicle would not start and fixed the problem. I just hope that by fixing what was broken other parts will not follow suit and go bad after warranty runs out. Anyway Thanks D-Patrick Nissan for getting me back on the road again.
They were able to get the part I needed with a quick turnaround.

I was very pleased with my D-Patrick service. I did not buy my Nissan from them but took it there for a problem I was having with back hatch door, they checked it out ordered parts and scheduled a follow up, when the part was installed it didn’t fix the issue but they continued until it was completely repaired. The service people were very professional, Nick, Jennifer and one other guy I did not get his name but was very knowledgeable of the repair. D-Patrick did all of this as a goodwill repair because although my Murano is your a 2015 it had right at 36000 miles. This was not something I ask for so my take is this is how they do business. Something that most service departments have forgotten. D-Patrick will be my Nissan repair shop. Thank you for the good will!
