Ive been going here for years and will continue to go back they always do great work and theyre willing to work with you theyve kept my truck running for the last 500,000 miles yes thats right 500,000 I did not miss type that. It runs as good today as it did the day I bought it they know me by name and theyre always welcoming.

Oil change and tire rotation. 9am Appt had to be rescheduled first off because the couldn’t get to mine after an hour waiting already. After 1:pm Appt get it changed and drove home with smoke trail behind me. Took my grandson home 3 miles away and engine light came home on the way then oil light came on. If they want a GOOD REVIEW they better have an awesome fix for this one. Taking it back now 6:16pm so they can start on it in the morning!!!

Efficient servicing, less expensive than other places. It did take two hours for the repair, versus the hour I was told it would take. All in all, waiting area was great, free coffee, water and snacks as you wait.

Worse service Ive ever seen for a dealership. Had appointment and dropped car off. Got voicemail saying they couldnt preform all services that day so called back and had to leave message for advisor Bryce to call me back. Never heard back so assumed they were able to preform services. Hour and half later I show up to get car only to find out they hadnt touched it and didnt have anyone to do any of the services. They blamed it on me not calling back even though I did. They didnt know who took message on phone nor did they even act like they cared. Bottom line i would take my vehicle elsewhere if you are planning on getting service. This is the most rude and unprofessional place of business Ive ever been to.Update: If you are looking for a more friendly environment and great service I recommend Jerry Ray Davis dodge in owensboro

Took a vehicle to a local mechanic. Got the problem diagnosed as a Wireless Ignition Node problem. Was quoted a $1400. Called around to a couple different places that all said thats a dealership issue. Called Expressway and was given a quote of less than $900 with parts and labor all included. $500 less than the local place? ok! Took it out to them, and they confirmed the issue as the WIN. Long story short: end up paying Expressway a little over $1300 and the issue wasnt even fixed. Im going to file a Better Business Bureau complaint. Do not use Expressway for *anything* that isnt under warranty, because unless it is they have no incentive to do their job.

I had problems with my Jeep since getting the windshield tinted. Will not start up but stays on run and won’t shut off. I have replaced both battery’s 4 times within 2 weeks. They just keep telling me I have bad battery’s and will not fix the source to the problem as to why my battery’s keep draining.

Called Expressway Service Center as soon as they opened. I was placed on hold for 5 minutes. Then placed on hold again only to be told everyone was busy and could not take my call. They promised to call back as soon as possible. 4 hours later, I have no received a call back and I am stuck at work with a 2018 Dodge that is not functioning properly. I am looking for another dodge service center that will appreciate my business.

Friendly staff and very professional. When I pulled into the garage, they put this thing on the tires... kinda thought they were booting the car... turns out it was some device that measures the tires to make sure there isnt anything wrong.

The worse place I have ever been too and they added services I did not need. My tires had low air pressure and they didnt add air into tires gave me a tire balance i didnt want i asked for tire rotation and oil change! Very costly! I even had a coupon. They charged 27 dolkars,as labor to put a headlight in I purchased and Im disabled!
