I cant say enough about Debbie the Duke she went above and beyond!! Crazy smart and took her time to help me out. Not many people would take the time and effort to do that anymore. Definitely will be back as long as shes there. I hope Auto Zone knows what an asset she is!!

My favorite auto parts chain store. Always clean and well stocked. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive. Love the fact that they install replacement items like wiper blades free of charge while you wait!

Placed an online order with another store, and they gave me the wrong item. I called that store and they said they didnt actually have it in stock. I had to race across town to this location, and thankfully Jordan went out of his way to correct the situation and make sure my problem was solved that night. If it wasnt for his help I wouldnt have been able to fix my tire before work the next day. Even though it wasnt his store that made the error and it was right before close on a Sunday evening, he stepped up and took care of me. I greatly appreciate his customer service.

He acted like I was an unwanted interruption and was doing me a favor with his minimal effort

Amazing workers! Helped me find just what I needed!!

The staff was very slow 🐌 in helping us, and wouldve sold us the wrong item (older model) if we hadnt double checked before we checked out. We even gave them the correct box 📦 with the new model number on it to retrieve it from the back room. 😡 I would have been very angry if I had gotten home and wrapped the present 🎁 and not noticed it on Christmas morning.

Huge shout out to the south Green River Rd store. The service was beyond awesome. Battery went out and I was right at warranty period. Store manager, Josh took care of it and wanted to make sure I was on the road in no time. Ed got the battery installed and everything was good again. Definitely go to this location if you want to be taken care of the way a customer should be. Thank you guys!

The auto zone on Green River road gets one star from me this morning; said store claims they do not put in light bulbs in GMC Terrains...when other stores do and have done it... and sure enough i went i went to an AutoZone on the South side and I was helped from start to finish installing my headlight bulb for my GMC Terrain

I went to auto zone on Oct. 1, 2020 to purchase a bulb for my automobile the employee DONTA was very helpful and respectable. Left a positive impression on who the company hires to represent them.

Great place for auto parts.

Came for license plate screws and simple washer blades. The customer service was excellent and without even asking I was given a deal on my blades which came with free washer fluid to make my blades last longer and he installed them for me without my request for this. I was in and out in five minutes. I can’t speak for every store but this one had great service and friendly and helpful staff. Thank you. Making my flat tire day a better day just because of genuine nice care. Have a good holiday!

Kyle was a great help. I called in advance to make sure they had the blower I needed for my Dads Chevy Cruz before making the 25 mile drive and he said it was. When I got there, had a scare because the system said one was in stock but they couldnt find it initially but kept looking and eventually found it 3 minutes later. Even though it was in stock as he said the whole time, they gave me and my Dad a discount for the scare. Will be using Autozone as my go to parts store!

After a crazy morning of finally getting my car jump starred and finding out that my battery life was 0, I went to Auto Zone where they fought to get the old battery out my car and fought to put the new one in. I so appreciate it. Thank you Auto Zone!

Always have everything you need to work on your own vehicles. Even if youre not already versed on auto repair/maintenance, these guys are still willing to help explain the process of doing what youre trying to accomplish

Good staff needs cleaned in and out parking lot dirty with oil and tire flattening objects

The guy was helpful but when I asked him to change a simple light he said it was too hard and a mechanic would have to do it I ended up doing it myself before I left the store

I went to the green river location to get a headlight. I told the worker my make and model and she said “it’s an H11” (whatever the hell that means- I know nothing about cars) she pointed “they will be in that aisle” and walked away. I go to the aisle and there are multiple different lights to choose & she offered zero guidance. Also I was told that they could not put in it my car for me, even though they have always done it for me. I called the first ave location and explained what happened and they were shocked & said that yes they would could help me with putting it in my car and that they were unsure why the lady at the green river location was of little to no help. Very poor service.
