Excellent details but my tire couldnt be fixed good thing you offered a warranty but I have to wait a week

Walmart is has the LOWEST COST in the Evansville area for tire installation.But, plan on waiting for a while, while the work is being done...

Took to long to help amd seem like they didnt care.

Was very bad experience. They do not work on stuff I paid for under the tire service and life time rotation and balancing. Do not buy tires from here. They are not trustworthy. Do not male business down here.

In my opinion they owe me 4 or 5 stars because if I could select negative stars I would! 3 times now I have been placed on hold for more than 25 minutes. I bought the road hazard warranty with my tires & everytime I need to schedule a repair all I get is this crapy elevator music until I either lose my sanity or just hang up & go somewhere else for the repair!

Hours are 12pm to 6pm . They’re not open @8am nor is it 24hrs.

Got my oil changed last Saturday && was rudely greeted because they were super busy. He told me they were five hours out. I said that’s fine I have other errands to run, I’ll leave the car and go do my errands. He said well I guess I’m gonna have to start turning people away after you. I said cool dude. Well I now currently have had a big oil leak over the past couple days because of these people doing a lousy job and getting in to big of a hurry. Will never go back. Thanks for wasting my money.

My partner and I waited two hours for him to get his car back. It was for a simple oil change. The car itself was in the bay for about twenty minutes. We were told by the cashier it should not take that long. It was not busy at all today. There was only one person ahead getting an oil change. It was a joke. Go elsewhere.

The price of tires are responsible. The wait isnt worth the trade off. I waited 2hrs for just two new tires and balance.

Long wait but was told before hand. I didnt feel like I waited excessively. I received the key back to the vehicle & it was broke!! However they quickly came up with a solution & was sent on my way, happily.

I had a wonderful experience here last week. Austin was ever so helpful and very kind. I have been getting my oil changed at a different place for the past 3 years, but as of now I will be going to this location for my tune ups :)

Oil change and 1 tire patch. Arived before noon and was told 1 hour wait. Ok here we are 2 hrs 45 min later and still waiting. Cant take the vehicle and leave because its on a lift with no tire. Dont waste your time!

Never go here unless you want to wait 2 hours for them to not even touch your car. I get there and theres ONE car ahead of me, and they tell me they are going to pull my car in at the same time as the other car. I was there over an hour and a half just for them to tell me they hadnt even started working on my car yet. I just asked for my keys and left. Completely unacceptable. When I left there was 2 technicians just standing around doing nothing. Never ever will I go here again!!!!

3 times in 2 weeks I tried to get 2 tires I bought there put on. First time there was going to be over 1 1/2 hour wait. I should have taken it bc next week they were short handed and he said over 2 hours. I didnt want to wait that long so I came back the next day at 4 and they were closed bc 2 people called in with flu. I took my car to Evansville Tire and paid $10 each to have the tires put on. NEVER AGAIN WILL I DEAL WITH AUTOMOTIVE AT WALMART!

I understand the frustration of being short staffed. However, it is unacceptable for an employee to tell you your wait will be 30 minutes max if it is not true. We have been waiting for A SINGLE tire change for an hour and a half now.It took me approaching an employee to even hear about my car and THEN they brought the car into the garage. She was helpful but certain people do not seem knowledgable enough to be of assistance.Keep this is in mind if you need to get anything done and alott the extra time.

This is ridiculous! We decided to go to Walmart because we were pushing it with the current tires that were on the business van and no one else had four of the same tires available right away except them.An hour and ten minutes later we finally got our business van back. Let me remind you that we paid for four brand new tires on this business van over $600. So we paid and we left because there were customers waiting on us. We head over to Newburgh to go unlock a vehicle for a customer of ours and guess what?! We have a flat!!And the manager says they wont tow us, its up to us to get the vehicle there. I tell this guy well I will tell you this, if for some reason we break down on the way back or if there is any damage to my business van then I will be sure to rectify the situation myself since they do not want to take responsibility for their mistakes.So, I drive over to the Newburgh Walmart Tire & Lube Center and ask them if they will fill my tire with air and I proceed to explain the full situation to them and the guy says sure pull it in. Except, when the guy is filling the air in the tire he says, did you just get these tires today? I said yes, Im serious, we just left there less than half an hour ago. Then he says, well its leaking, and he says there is a mark, the techs at the other location knew this had a hole in it because it is marked, so I dont know why they would have put this tire on it.So, we said ok thank you for filling it, hopefully we can get back to the other location. While on our way back to the east side Walmart, I call and say I want to speak to a manager and they put me on hold for over five minutes, which is the norm with them now. So, I call back and finally I get a manager named Stephanie on the line. I explain the situation to Stephanie and she says well I am not trained in auto so I wouldnt know anything about the tires, but if you bring it in we can have someone take a look and I can meet you there in the auto dept. She says I dont know if its the tire or your vehicle and I dont know if you maybe drove over a nail or something or what. So, I tell her, look I just bought these and when I made it to the Walmart in Newburgh he showed us the hole and the marking that your auto techs left on the tire, so this is not my problem this is yours. She says okay I have to take change to the cashiers and I will meet you after that in the auto dept. So I say okay see you in a few minutes.Needless to say, she never showed up at all in the auto dept. Instead we brought the vehicle in, and spoke to the guys outside and the one man who is older and working on the tires outside says I dont even know why they would have put that on there. I said yep and it was clearly marked and someone knew that there was a hole in there. How do you sell new tires with holes in them to your customers? So he says, well we will change it out! He takes us inside and he looks it up and he says we will give you the next level up because we dont have anymore of the one you have on your van.They switch it out and now the profile is completely different which means it will shred the tires all up because they are unbalanced and completely different from one another. Now they said because we wont accept that they will order another one just like ours and call us when it comes in so we can come over for them to change it. So now we have to go there three times for a set of four new tires. We should have waited on the tires and ordered them from another place like discount tire.Seriously! Who does that?! Managers dont even have any customer service skills anymore. They say they will come talk to you and they never show up. Workers go ahead and put new tires with holes in them on your vehicles. This was a very bad experience!! Thanks Walmart for showing me what your customers are worth!!As soon as Meijer is opened I will be shopping there instead of Walmart!! Walmart just keeps getting worse and worse!! Doesnt anyone care about their customers anymore??
