Ive done business with Randy for years. Locally owned company, competitive pricing and a do it right the first time philosophy. Wouldnt do business for glass needs anywhere else.

Best customer service. We had and emergency and they stepped up with same day service. Which is great when its a exterior door on a 100 year old house and storms are coming later in the day.

I just had Service Glass replace 2 windows for me and they were very reasonably priced. The most impressive thing about them was their courteous, friendly service, both in the office and on the job. My service men were on time and efficient. My windows had to be taken to the shop to be repaired and scheduled to be reinstalled late afternoon. However when my service man noticed a rain cloud approaching, he called to see if he could come earlier to make sure my home was protected, which he did. Very happy with Service Glass.

Ordered a mirror for them to cut to dimensions I gave them, they said 2-3 days.. Over a week later still nothing, I said forget it. Tried another local shop and got it that day. Waste of time at glass inc..
