Really helpful and nice employees, but terrible quality and awful execution. Side molding came off driving on the expressway the day after a windshield replacement. the rain repellant I paid extra for wasnt applied correctly, causing the glass to be cloudy and extremely difficult to see through, which didnt appear until it was raining last night. Nice guys, terrible product.

I went with my daughter and sat with her while her windshield was replaced. It took less than an hour. The guys up front were very polite. Im sure the guys putting the windshield in were polite, too. They had free bottled water and coffee. I didnt need them, but thats nice to offer clients. Also, the bathroom was very clean.

Took my company truck to them today, I called in the morning and they were able to get me in the same day.Every windshield chip is different and its difficult to make all of them 100% invisible. they did an excellent job on mine, it was a pretty big chip and spider webbed out but after they got done its barely noticeable.

I was trying to get a chip repaired on my Jeep. They gave me a price of $133 and I balked/hesitated on that and I was reassured that the price I pay on this repair can actually go to a new windshield if I needed one in the future. After agreeing made an appointment, took it in, then they finished it with not a chip but an actual 1 1/2 in crack on it. The guy then tells me that the possibility of that happening was a small chance and that he verbalized that to me in the beginning. We sat there and went back and forth, with this guy not realizing that if he really did tell me that why the hell was I so surprised that you are handing me my vehicle back with a crack 2 1/2 times the size of what it started with. Expectations was not set properly and now I’m back to square and actually have to get the whole windshield replaced. Bad business and experience.

Very helpful and professional. Thy had an issue with the windshield at the warehouse and called me to let me know i had an option to wait till the following work day or buy an factory windshield at a cheaper price before continuing with the work. I appreciate that kind of service. I will do business there again.

The website was very self-explanatory. They came to my house to fix my windshield and did everything to work with my insurance. The technician was very knowledgeable and thorough. I wohkd definitely recommend and use them again.

While it took some time to get the glass needed to repair my car, the staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and very efficient.

I call customer service and the lady I talked with told me the next appointment that was available wasnt for another week. When I asked about the same day service they advertised she said that is only if there is availability. When I told her I was going to check around to see if I could get it fixed sooner because the crack in my windshield is all of the way across she instantly became rude and hung up on me. bad representation for the company.

I would give them a 5/5. They fixed my entire windshield and wipers. I developed a new problem with my wipers a month after they installed them. They fixed the new problem, free of charge, and I wouldnt hesitate to go back.

I had my windshield replaced by Safelite on my 1999 Ford F-150 and it was really cold on the day the installer replaced my windshield and there’s shards of glass everywhere! There’s even glass inside the vents on my dashboard! There’s shards of glass and powdered fine glass on my seats! There’s large shards of glass on my driveway in the leaves! I know it was cold that day but REALLY!?If at all possible I would really appreciate it if you could send someone out to clean up the mess this installer left. (Preferably a different installer that’s not in a hurry and worried about the cold! This is unacceptable! I tried to bite my tongue and ignore it, but in the light of day, there’s just glass EVERYWHERE! In every single crevice! I live in Chandler, Indiana and my windshield was installed last Thursday the 14th.I would really appreciate it if you could send someone out to clean up this mess!!P.S. I also asked the installer about an estimate on my drivers side window going up and down because the office said they do fix windows that do not go up and down anymore. He said that they don’t fix the mechanism in the window or give estimates on fixing them either after the office said that they do and then he cut me off and change the subject and abruptly left as though I should be thankful he replaced my windshield at all!

Incompetent installer. They completely wasted my time. First the installer didnt know the difference between a coupe with a removable targa top and a convertible. Then after 30min he said he could not install the windshield because the vehicle has been in a wreck. Yes obviously thats why it needs a windshield! I told them when i made the appointment that the vehicle has been in a wreck but has no frame or structural damage. I made this install as easy as possible, gave them a nice well lit heated shop to work in and still could not pull it off.

I had a large chip in my windshield. I was able to schedule an appointment and get the chip fixed all in the same day. The staff was very friendly and made me feel at home. They explained the process of what was happening any cautions that could occur. At the end of the process, I could not find where the original chip was! I know where the fixed chip is at but do not notice it unless I am looking in the right light and angle. Safelite in Henderson did wonders! I would recommend anyone and everyone to go here!

My appt was at 830am and I was told by an agent it would take about an hour and a half. They were done in 45 minutes. It was amazing work and the technicians were great. I was quoted a price from a local body shop down the road from then and it was$400 more. I plan on doing business with them again at Safelite!! Two thumbs up

Great job on the windshield. Had a problem with the website and the insurance not covering my windshield so I had to pay out of pocket. No one from Safelit tried to call me or my wife to let me know that the insurance didnt go through.

Went in get get my windshield repaired while on the road out-of-town. They informed me that it was just a blemish on the window and they may cause more issues if they fixed it. Happy I went there. Safety AutoGlass is where I have gotten my replacement windshield for my last two trucks. No matter what state I find myself if I need assistance with my windshield Ill go there.

Very incompetent at this location so I will be taking my business to a different location with more competent techs. Was told they couldnt replace my wind shield because of a visor on my Semi when it is being done twice before most recently in January by safelite. Tech didnt even look at the truck up close he drove by in a car

Our insurance sent us here to get a cracked windshield replaced. Our vehicle is over 15 years old and very clean with no rust. They cut the windshield seal out and then stopped because of the possibility of rust under the windshield. Apparently if your car is to old, there is a possibility of rust, and they cant do the job. They ended up telling us it was rusted out and we needed to take it to an auto body shop to fix the rust and have the window replaced. We took it to an actual reputable glass business in Evansville and got it replaced in 30 minutes after they recieved it. Our insurance company was notified of our absolute disgust with Safelight. When you see several 1 star reviews take that as a hint and go somewhere else!

I just had the windshield replaced in my wifes car, and I couldnt be happier with the service. There was a snafu before the install - the first windshield had a chip in the bottom (that would have been invisible), but this company had the integrity to tell me that there was an issue, and theyd rather reschedule than take a chance of having a possible bad experience. I really appreciated that. First, that they were honest, and second, that they didnt want me to have to deal with bad quality. Thats how you do business. I can tell you that Im writing an excellent review for them because I appreciate their honesty, their integrity, and I can also say that they perform their work with excellence (the install was flawless!).
