The front driverside portion of my car was mangled pretty badly. I was worried my car wouldnt look right or run the same. Hicks called me intermittently throughout the process with updates and kept me informed (not used to that from an auto shop). Everyone I encountered was very friendly and professional. Im quite impressed with their work. The paint matches and the alignment of the replacement parts is top notch in my opinion. And so far my car seems to be running 100% normal. Having to get auto work done sucks, but they made it smooth and did a great job.

Ive used them twice now and they do such beautiful work and are super friendly and communicative.

My car got hit, t-bone style, while my dad was driving it one day. I thought for sure my insurance would total it out because it was pretty much the entire side that was wrecked. It is an older car but it is my 1st car I ever bought brand new and holds a near in dear place in my heart. Well they were able to get my insurance to fix the damage instead of total out my car and they did an awesome job with all the repairs, so I am forever grateful. Highly recommend!

Car came back looking better than before accident

Hicks Auto Collision is one of the best body shops I have ever done business with!It all started last Monday, when I brought my vehicle in to have repairs done from coming into contact with a fence a month ago. I had already had an estimate done and was bringing the vehicle back to leave with them for the weeks worth of repairs. I came on the wrong Monday though, and the shop was full for the week. I apologized for my misunderstanding and asked if they could still fit it in, for most weeks we cant spare the vehicle and we had already made arrangements with our schedule for this to happen during this particular week. They said yes, although maybe begrudgingly because their schedule was packed full. I told them to keep it longer if it was necessary.Then Friday came, and at 3:30 they called saying it was done. We were elated! So I went to pick it up and I was thoroughly impressed at just how much they actually did for us. Despite my overbooking them, they fixed everything just as estimated. Plus, they vacuumed it out, washed it, and even waxed it! The car was absolutely pristine! It looked just as good as the day we bought it, if not better! My wife and I are thoroughly impressed with the quality of work done under the pressure I put upon them. They went the extra mile and it showed!I highly recommend Hicks Auto Collision for any bodywork your vehicle may need. The prices are fair and the work is truly top-notch!

Insurance company told me she knew of good place to take my truck. He spent less than 5 minutes on estimate and said I didnt need a copy of it. He said pull dents out use body putty. Also would not have to remove camper top off even with dent all the way to it. It is a 2019 Ram truck and no way someone is using body putty on a $50,000 vehicle of mine.

I took my vehicle to Hicks Body Shop to have repairs made to rear of my vehicle from a rearend and repairs were completed in a timely manner. I was well pleased with the repairs. They even washed my vehicle before I picked it up. Last but not least; I was treated in a very friendly and professional manner.

Came to pick up my truck and still can see the dent went back in and they came out and told me it looks good. Very unpleasant experience. One of the guys started walking toward me and the owner pushed the employee. Never will do business again.

Had a estimate done thru allstate insurance. Hicks called and left a voicemail saying teardown for estimate was $54 at 10am, got there at noon it had doubled in price and no additional work was doneDont suggest anyone to go there ....I went to Mills and Gerber and both estimated were $4000 more than HicksBeware
