Nicest and most knowledgeable business that I found. Searched everywhere in Chicagoland. I needed nice durable flooring for a smaller apartment and the came out and gave me a quote when no one else would. The bigger stores did but they charged way too much and wouldnt have been so clean and thorough. They helped me every step of the process. The products offered are top quality. So many different designs to choose from. The installation was beautifully executed and the floors are commercially graded. The care and concern this company gave to me was so appreciated. The quality of service shows. They have been in business for years! Lets keep it going!

Had a great experience when Joe and the staff at Apelian installed carpet in three of our bedrooms. They were quick, clean, and efficient, with a flawless install. Have had them install and clean carpeting (both wall-to-wall and area rugs) in three homes over the past 15 years. They are also a generous contributor to the Evanston community.

DONT TRUST THIS BUSINESS with your carpet cleaning. They took my carpet for a cleaning and deodorizing and then delivered it rolled up a week later saying youre all set! They told me they deodorized it and cleaned it but when we unrolled it, after moving across the country, we found that it was not. And, they dont stand by their work claiming, Theres no guarantees. This stinks. And, I just saw on Yelp that others have had similar experiences.

Ruined my hand-knotted Persian rug by scrubbing it with a floor-cleaning type machine. Took off the fringe as well. Do NOT take your area rugs here to be cleaned if you value them.

Good service and price

Do NOT use them for any cleaning services. They will promise the moon over the phone, get your and then on the day of the pick up slip a note that says do not guarantee that they can not remove all stains and odors to the contrary of the verbal agreement. They not only ruined my 12 by 9 Karastan (colors bleed in spots) but never got any of the odors out. When I called - I was told to look at the pink paper and buzz off. Very curt and be super wary of this place. Also - this is my first ever Y review - felt so mad and that I needed to warn others of this spot. Stay fat far away.
