My electric scooter had been gathering dust for over a year because I couldnt find any shop to fix it. I feel so fortunate to have found Keon. After 30 minutes he had my scooter up and running again. I can barely squash my excitement about getting to ride it again. His pricing was great, and his response time excellent! He also was really laid back and professional. I had a really good experience with Keon today. I got a chance to watch him fix my flat tire and bond with his dog 🐕 who I just adore very much. I was so impressed by him that I inquired about him teaching me his talents. First time meeting him and Im just so intrigued by him. Highly recommend his services. Manufacturer was no help at all but Keon was super responsive and turned our repair around in less than 48 hrs even though we dropped it off on a Saturday. Excellent service at fair price. His assistant is an absolute unit of a dog.

Had the unfortunate situation of having 2 flat tires within 2 weeks of each other. Owner replaced both tires and put in liners in both wheels to decrease the chance of having a flat. Turn around time is super quick and a really nice guy hustling with a great business. He even made my scooter better than I gave it to him. Gave a free tune up.

After dealing with a botched repair at another location, Keon not only handled the problem easily but took the time to explain some of the previous issues, tightened up my brakes, and generally gave me good advice for future writing and purchases. Hes very knowledgeable, very good and efficient in his repairs, and has a wonderful old dog you can pet.

Keon did an excellent job repairing my scooter and went above and beyond what asked him to do. I asked him to replace my flat tire and when my scooter came back the tire was replaced, brakes we’re tightened, and he fixed my magnetic lock for me. All of this for a very reasonable rate!

I kown that I picked the right place when I passed another costumer in the courtyard. He had a smile on his face, and a repaired wheel in hand. He gave me directions to the shop, which I followed. The shop was in the basement, nothing fancy, but practical.He was mounting speakers on a scooter. Said that the owner could not hear the music at 50mph.Will reccomend to anyone.One catch I think hes cash only, but I didnt ask. Theres a 7 11 on the corner with an atm. So no worries.

My Segway Ninebot Max has never run smoother after taking it in for Keon to replace the back tire. He is one of the only shops in town that will replace Segway Ninebot tires for you, and it was ready to be picked up the next day. Will be going back when I need a new tire change for sure 👍

Impressed with the work, daughter loves the feel of her scooter now. We had brake issues with our scooter. Keon fixed the brakes, he also noticed we had some give in our handle-bars. He took off the headlight, tighten up the bars then showed me how to do it if they ever get loose again. Definitely Recommend using him for anything electric scooter. He knows his stuff!

After calling 3 different bike repair places to get the brakes replaced on my Levy electric scooter, Levy themselves recommended I do so and they would have the parts I’d need, no one could actually help me replace them. I called a moped place and I was able to contact Keon. He came highly recommended.Keon was so freaking helpful, skilled and educated me on the issues. A lot of the companies who make these electric scooters use cheap materials that DO NOT hold up. I have been caught in the rain a few times commuting to and from work and the brakes rusted in less than 4-5 months of use. He educated me on proper parts and why he used what he did to replace mine so I could ride and not have the same worries. I’m so grateful to have found him! Brought in my Xiaomi M365 Pro, 25 minutes later I was riding down Lake Shore Drive into the sunset! Keon came highly recommended and came to my house within 3 days. He was pleasant, on time, assessed jobs and finished them all within 5 hours! Respectfully wore mask and removed all debris including cabinets! He did all the following to a high standard: assembled an exercise bike, repaired a wooden futon frame, caulked a sink, removed a large wall kitchen cabinet above refrigerator and then repaired and painted wall. He is a trustworthy all-purpose repairman with reasonable rates. I will be hiring him again and can recommend him to all!

When looking high and low all over Chicago area for a reputable e-scooter repair, Keon is the man! Especially for a Segway Ninebot Max owner, you may think there would be plenty around up to the task. But in reality, its hard to find any willing repair shop to even try non-pneumatic solid tire installs. I went down the list from bike to e-bike and e-scooter shops with no luck. I even tried some mobility systems repairs, but all either had no experience or had expressed fears from negative experiences or failed attempts. Keon has the skills and magic to make it happen. With a growing trend of PEVs, Keons going corner the market. I wish him nothing but the best and much success!

I got a flat on my pneumatic 10” scooter tire but I was unable to remove the socket head cap screws to remove the brake caliper. I decided to get some help, so I found Keon online. He responded quickly, got me scheduled within two days, and fixed my issue in about 5 minutes after I dropped off my scooter. He offered to do a full repair, including the tire, or to only do the minimum (for less $). He even gave me some advice on what to do in case I run into a similar problem. Very friendly, great service.... I’ll be returning to Keon in the future if I need it.

Turner changed the tires on my scooter. I know it was a tough job because I tried to do it myself. He was very professional and ccautious. Did a good job.

Keon did an excellent job repairing my screens on my screened porch at a very competitive price. In order to repair these screens, he had to take the molding around the screens off. He carefully assessed how to do it, and replaced the screens so that they are taut as they should be. He was able to repair the screens withI’m the timetable that I needed as well. Since he did such a great job, we also had him give our bikes a basic tuneup. I valued his timeliness and carefulness, so I will use him for other handyman type jobs I have around my house.
