I have been purchasing the same exact brand, length, color ponytail from this store for over a year. I am a consistent, never had a complaint customer until I called and spoke with the owner/braiding stylist about this ponytail I purchased. When I opened the package a week after I purchased it the hair texture was not the same. I called to inform the owner if I could show her the hair texture has more of a silkiness to it instead of the course full texture I am use too . The owner refused to view the hair, refused to provide ANY arrangements NOT ANY for me as a customer that lives more than half an hour away and she advise the product may have changed. Well, if that is the case why would you NOT satisfy me the customer. I kindly told her she lost a good customer and have a good day and she said the same back to me. I am a supporter of my peoples businesses but she is clearing NOT a supporter of her customers.

Adele’s braiding skills are amazing! She even mixed the hair color to match my hair perfectly! She didn’t rush and I got exactly what I wanted! Her and her staff are very friendly!! I highly recommend her salon!!!

The owners are super friendly! They treat everyone with a lot kindness. I receive this treatment EVERYTIME, from the time I step into the establishment, until I leave. This is why I travel so far to shop for the items I need. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I would give this place a 0 is I could. I was there 3 days ago and bought what was suppose to be a 100% human wig . Within 3 days that wig was so matted in the back I had to call my stylist and get my hair completely redone. I paid $139 for wig on top of purchasing other products. So I lost that money on top of paying my stylist twice to get redone. Thw braider in the back would not even listen. She was extremely rude and would not do anything, Greed and horrible customer service!! Do not buy hair here ! You will regret it ! I am in healthcare, I would never walk around with my hair looking like it did.

Best upscale beauty supply store in Evans. I can find everything I need for my hair care. I love shopping here reasonable prices and she gives a military discount on supplies sold. It’s my one stop shop because Adele is the best especially when it’s comes to getting my hair braided which she’s does in the back of the store. She makes sure you are satisfied before you leave. Lydia is good also. You won’t be disappointed.

Friendly staff great hair braiding services

Shop here every week and spend between $100-$150 to support minority businesses. Today I returned a wig because they put the wrong wig in the pack. I immediately brought it back and they said they cant take it. Its not my fault they were deceptive. I paid for a lace and it wasnt. Paid for shoulder length and the length was to my ear. Shop where people take care of you. These people do not.

This store needs to update their opening times. If their not open 7 days a week then they need to fix that ASAP cause it says they open 9am to 8pm...please fix this matter ASAP

Great place and convenient for Columbia County residents. I dont have to drive 20 minutes to get to Wrightsboro Rd. for hair products.

Adele exhibits A plus customer service. She is very helpful and her work is worth every penny. She made my experience with a different type of hair very comfortable and it came out great. The atmosphere is great also! This lady is about her business!

I have been coming here for years. So has my mom. This place has the best wigs and beauty supply and the staff are amazing! Adele is the only person in this place that touches my hair when it comes to doing invisible braids. Shes amazing and this store is great! I find all colors of headbands that match outfits I have and thr beauty supplies are pretty good too!

I have known Adel and her family before the opening of her store and they havent changed. Her store is full of items that can be hard to find in the CSRA and if she doesnt have an item, she does her best to get it. I have watched her variety unfold before my eyes and it has been an amazing thing to see. Adel even braids hair in her salon located in the back of her store. Its definitely an original one and only store in our community only- not Atlanta or anywhere else!

I shop there because its black owned however I usually cant find everything Im looking for. Either they have some of this color hair but not enough packs of it so I have to change color and search. Also all the inventory/shelves are overstuffed so whenever I pass by something usually falls. They need more consistency in the products they order. I fins something good then I go back and it may or may not be there. However the staff is very helpful.

If I could give no stars I would. Unprofessional staff and uncompromising. The store is a cluttered mess with overpriced hair products and, beauty supplies. The appointment was for 1 she didn’t start until after 2. After doing a few braids she stopped and talked to a vendor for about 30 minutes. The stylist couldn’t do the style and added an extra braid which means more money. They have no real knowledge of natural hair and used black gel instead of edge control. For this to be a beauty supply store I expected more. The owner is rude and I’ll never shop here again!

This Store Just Like The Asian hair stores are Cool UNTIL you have an issue with a defective product. I went into the store to EXCHANGE a defective product. I’ve given this store Much of my business out of convenience. When I came in there was No One attending the front of the store so after a few minutes I held to Yell Hello! Out comes the owners teen daughter saying she was braiding hair. 😳 So I proceeded to tell her that I have a defective item and she said there’s no refund. I said okay that’s alright I just need to exchange it for a new one that works. She proceeded to go into the back where her mom was and I followed her. I told her the problem and she says to me with an attitude while snatching the product from hand 😱 that there’s Nothing Wrong with (the pony tail) I said to her don’t snatch what’s stillMine from my hands only to call me a Liar W😠W! This is how you treat your customers who support your business. The product was not useful because of the defect in the netting and combs to hold it on. They’re Okay when you spend your money and let me be clear we’re talking about $12 compared to hundreds. They turn Real Fast without any resolution to the problem. Oh I forgot it’s Not African owned it’s owned by The Asians and these are their practices. I will be reporting them to the BBB for unjust business practices. What Rude Ppl Except The Very Nice Young lady who works for them heavy set with a bun I forget her name. But she’s The Best Gem they have. She’s Always speaking and helping.
