The staff at this location is very helpful and knowledgeable. They even take the time to call the other locations to check their inventory in if they dont have what you need in stock. Great customer service overall.

This particular location is hilarious. Everybody was once in cosmetology school and knows everything but what they should know about hair. That wasn’t the issue though.This particular store tried to be a little stingy when it came to a return I was trying to make, flat out refused to give me my refund multiple times and then tried to be funny and give me my refund on a store gift card instead of putting it back on my card. Making up their own little rules despite orders from the store’s headquarters to refund my money on my card. But corporate was so nice and attentive, and I ended up getting my money back in the end. But if you can avoid coming to this location, save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

Please if your in a rush or don’t want to be ignored do not go to this Sally’s. I just walked in and literally had to grab 1 thing and have been waiting at the counter for 10 mins and I know she saw me but she was too busy running her mouth to come check me out smh.... makes you not even want to spend your money there it it’s Sunday and I had not choice.

One nicely stocked, clean, well organized, and e-z to shop store. Salespersons are helpful, friendly, and eger to take you to the item youre looking for. Seem to be very knowledgeable of their store and products.Very reasonable prices and fairly close to door free parking. 😀

Went here looking for some hair dye and the woman working, Mell, was incredibly helpful! Hands down the best experience and customer service I’ve received at Sally’s. She’s so educated on hair I was so impressed. Give that woman a raise!

I have never had such a consistently good experience at a Sally’s before! The women who work here are so nice and helpful whenever I go in and aren’t above making some conversation with customers. Couldn’t be more highly rated.

Went in yesterday to return an item, and use a $10 reward to purchase a couple items. Since I returned an item, I received store credit.I get my two items and go to the register... I tell the girl before we start that I have a $10 reward in my email, and a store credit on a gift card. She acknowledged. She scans my items and tells me to insert gift card. So I swiped my gift card... then she says my balance is $6 and some change. I tell her to scan my reward... she says she can’t because she already swiped my gift card. I told her that I had the reward from the beginning... she stares at me like I am the stupid one and calls for her manager to assist me because she is not sure what to do. The manager comes and tells me there’s nothing she can do and to use reward at another time. Which I wasn’t willing to do since number one, I came in to use both, and number 2, I told the girl but she just didn’t listen or know what she was doing. So it wasn’t going to cost me out of pocket when I had a reward to use, that would be stupid of me. So the manager, Stephanie is huffing and puffing to the point that I have to say, “Yeah that’s how I feel”... I mean how unprofessional and childish. Then, she does something and tells me ok it’s fixed. She threw away my gift card when I didn’t spend but $16, and between my return and reward, I had a little over $20. So I told her I should have a remainder... she said no you don’t. I told her yes I do, and she said “well there was no other way for me to do it.” So she was hoping I was stupid and wouldn’t remember that I had $5 leftover. The whole time she was very courteous to the employee who messed everything up, but was very rude to me when I am not the one who made the mistake. I have told my peers, family and friends to avoid this store, because the manager is rude and the employees are rude and apparently incompetent. I’ll be taking my salon supply needs somewhere else... customer service is garbage there.

The current manager here is beyond rude and lazy. It’s unfortunate that customers are treated with such blatant disrespect. I shouldn’t have to travel to the Bobby Jones location to get the service I deserve from a company when I live close to this location.Sale prices are typically wrong (expired or placed or wrong items). Most of the time if the sale on an item is even correct, it doesn’t pop up at the register. Overall, the store is clean.

I arrived about 10 mins prior to the store opening- waited until 9AM with 3 other individuals outside knocking, and calling once the clock past 9AM... to no avail. Employee decided it mustn’t be important to open the door for customers on time. What a shame. Called customer service. Still no one here at 9:29AM Take your business elsewhere! That’s for Sure.

You can sometimes get really good deals and find some nice things for your hair, nails, and even skincare, but I would definitely buy my makeup elsewhere. Their cosmetic brands are really off the wall and in my opinion they arent the best quality.

Website says open at 11 on Sunday. Girl was sitting put in her car with her man. When we pulled up at 11: 25 she got out of the car and locked the door and told us she didnt open til 12. Very rude
