Customer service was good & they had what I needed in stock. Wouldnt recommend going into the store to browse. None of the other customers wore a mask.

I was promised a part at noon it wasnt there I waited an hour and 15 minutes outside in 88 degree weather running my car because my dog was with me still nothing apparently I called them I waited 16 almost 17 minutes on the phone before they answered and they said it wasnt dropped so theyre looking into it Im a little peeved off with the service from Advance Auto Parts Ill see what AutoZone has looks like youre going to lose my business

I ordered a battery online and picked it up at the store. Charles greeted me when I entered the store… was pro-active with the core exchange… then installed the new battery. In and out of the store in less than 20 minutes. Excellent customer service. Well done Charles.

They ran a diagnostic test on my car told me it was a control sensor module that cost me $357.00 to find out that was not the problem

Staff is very knowlegable all have a great understaning of automobiles. Everyone is very friendly and courteous. Staff is always willing to help find that hard to find part no matter how small. Very large inventory in store and if something needs to be ordered usually can have within a few hours. Store is always clean and well lit, staff knows where product is on shelf

Its a decent chain auto parts store. Ill always go to the local small businesses first but in a pinch, on a Sunday this store usually has what I need. Its not always easy to find the part in their system, their not the most knowledgeable. But if you search the part # on line first, they can find it that way. Their always very nice & the store is organized & clean.

Never fails with this company, either sells me the wrong parts or cant help when needing warranty of an item bought in another location unless you have the original receipt. Why even ask for our info if you cant cross reference from another location or worse your employees lie and say they cant.

HORRIBLE!!! I went in for a check engine light. They had me waiting over 20 minutes. While taking costumers that came in after me. I will never again go to this location. They did not once apologized for the wait. HORRIBLE COSTOMER SERVICE AND A WASTE OF MY TIME!!! Instead I went to AutoZone next door and was treated with respect and great costumer service.

Good location gave them 1 star. Told them the part i needed and they told me they couldnt find it in there system. Another employee came to assist and found it in seconds but told me that i needed a second part. I left went to autozone next door told them the part I was looking for they kindly got it for me. I installed it and everything is working correctly now.

These people put you on hold for 30 minutes then hang up on you. Then when you call back they ask you if you can hold, if you say No, they hang up on you right away. Just happened to me. Guess Autozone is getting my money every time i need parts.

Batteries are expensive! But these folks were SUPER nice, tested and swapped our battery for us!
