The staff interrupted us so many times that we ended up purchasing much less than we would have.

The clothes are super cute and the staff are super friendly. The only complaint I have is there’s not good customer service when you have an issue. I bought a super pretty sweater a while back but it ripped within the first hour of me ever wearing it. Of course I didn’t keep the tags or receipt because it was one of the cutest sweaters I’ve bought and planned on keeping it. A sales associate said a manager would be able to help me exchange it because I didn’t want a revenue, just an exchange for the same sweater without the defect. She took my name and number and said I would be given a call back shortly. I never heard back and have called, gone in and sent emails multiple times since then without hearing anything back from them. I spent almost $40 on a defective sweater that I’ll never be able to wear again. It’s pretty disappointing considering I mainly shop at west end and being given such poor customer service has basically ruined my experience with them. I don’t want to risk spending a good chunk of money on clothes I won’t be able to wear again.

Do not shop here if you have a normal body.... their larges are basically mediums and dont you dare ask about an XL because youll basically offend them. This was miserable. So much for empowering women and their bodies....

Always taken care of everytime I go in to shop. Great customer service I prefer their brands over h&m and forever 21. Its affordable prices and great material! I recommend shopping here if you havent yet!
