First let me say what a fun experience to a not so great day!! Alec is a great employee, down to earth fun and spunky! I have worked in customer service for seventeen years, I take pride in being fun and always smiling .... So does Alec, your business is lucky to have him !! Ill be back

These reviews are mostly from a really long time ago, so if youre looking for a present update here you go. Alec, the new store manager, is literally the most amazing person/employee Ive ever met. He always checks in on you if you need help, will give some styling and pairing recommendations, and will often ask about you and how youre doing with small talk just because he genuinely cares. It sucks to see this location get so beaten down due to past store managers and employees, but I can guarantee you that these reviews are no longer relevant. Alec is literally iconic and I sometimes look forward just to going in and catching up with him more than the clothes themselves. I highly recommend coming here, the customer service is absolutely amazing :)

Good customer service, friendly, the front desk lady showed me to a sweatshirt that suits me.

Worst customer service ever. A shirt has a original tag of $30 dollars for a size L. And the exact same shirt only in a medium was marked $35. I wanted to get both and asked why the medium was $5 dollars more. The employee then states they are both $35 and would not honor the $30 t-shirt because it wasnt his fault it was miss marked. I then asked him if I would have just brought up the $30 dollar one would he have honored it to me and he replied yes. I ask how that made any sense considering I would have paid $35 for the one that said $35 but didnt think I should have to pay $30 for the one that WAS CLEARLY marked $30. The guy responds (without me asking) that he is the manager and would not mark it down for us because it wasnt his fault. We decided to skip out on purchasing from that store because he was extremely rude and unprofessional. If he really is the manager he needs new training or to be fired. He lacks customer service. The whole time he was sitting behind the counter with some female talking to her rather than helping us. When we were walking out the female worker sarcastically yelled Byeee to us. I have worked in customer service for over 10 years and I know that is not how you treat a customer. I will never shop at this location. I recommend that you dont as well.

Ehh. The employees seemed to busy to help. And since when do we let our employees dress half naked? :/ This generation sucks. Thanks for the cute clothes though.

Being a former employee at another pacsun, customer service was WHACK. Nobody offered to help me, the 3 employees were talking to one another and getting a fitting room was a hassle. Cmon yall get it together.

Every time I come into this store I receive no help from employees. They sit behind the counter talking and looking at their phones. I made eye contact and did not even get a hello or welcome in. Also the selection is not great.

Great service, friendly associates, 10/10 would recommend for all your clothing needs.
