Greed greed greed that’s what this place is about. Everything in that art section can be bought online for much less students. After spending $200 over the course of my last semester there. I had saved my stamp card which says you can get $20 off. The employees said they don’t take those anymore. Seems unfair right? So after waiting to talk to manager he only offers half off?! Seriously?! Whatever never going back there again!

Huge 3-story campus bookstore and UO fan shop. The main level boasts a wide variety of UO themed apparel for fans and students alike.

The Duck Store is great. Im not into all the Duck merch, but in the basement they have a wide variety of art supplies and little interesting toys and stuff. Fun place, good prices, and the customer service is EXCELLENT. Really cool store to check out.

I love this place. Everytime Im in Eugene to visit my daughter we have to hit this store up. I end up leaving with approximately a suit case full of merch for my house. And yet I still have not bought any items I need.

Been a customer since 2010 when I started as a UO student - to present. Good customer service consistently. Prices are ok and they have a sales regularly. Selection is good and they do a great job facilitating special orders (within reason of course). Only complain I would have is the website check out system, the logic system has errors in processing.

Really a letdown for a college store. I imagined it to be way larger. And the woke clothing was just pathetic

Ill just start by saying that this place DOES NOT SELL DUCKS. I have visited multiple of these so-called duck stores and they just sell a bunch of school supplies. I have two lovely ducks living on my farm at home and I want to get them another friend, but when I went to the store I was treated as if I was being ridiculous. My husband has had the same experience. I dont know how you can call yourself a duck store and not sell DUCKS!

Awesome store with all the essential duck supplies you might need for the upcoming game or your next class. Everytime I visit the Oregon campus I have to stop by and check out what new gear is available.

Don’t use the online order.I ordered online on Wednesday and I got an email telling me to pick up my textbook on late Thursday afternoon. I went to pick up on Friday afternoon, and they took a while to figure out my order. What’s the point of “convenient and fast” online order?

Love the Oregon Ducks, But my First time at this particular Ducks store in the Eugene Oregon.. Would just love a Legitimate explication for as to ‘HOW I KNEW’ before I even walked in this store that there was not going to be a public restroom? I simply think that for paying FULL price for Ducks items, which are sold in so many OTHER stores in Oregon, sold at half price, that “THE OFFICIAL DUCKS STORES,” SHOULD have public bathrooms! Hey think generally speaking, people going to this store SEEK IT OUT, and it’s ridiculous that I have to hunt for a restroom when I already went out of my way to be at this store. Thank goodness My children weren’t with me, waiting until we got here to use that bathroom... Would have never made it without an accident... Just wondering if I’m the only person or parent feeling this way....?

Huge selection of things students need as well as general ducks gear. Super expensive though. Wish there were student deals as it often feels to not be geared towards students even being on campus. Sometimes you want a school shirt that is not sixty bucks and Nike. Still it is a fun time exploring their selection. The art store down stairs has great deals on somethings and a huge selection.

Happy to get my Oregon gear here. Downstairs has a lot of supplies for school. Upstairs with a snack section. Pretty genius little store.

Staff were not able to tell me whether or not they sold an item I was there to purchase. Were also unable to identify which section o might look in to find this item.Other than that, a pretty comprehensive inventory of school related items and U or O merchandise.

The best college campus store Ive ever been to. You can find pretty much whatever you want. Just be aware of the prices. Kind of expensive.

A LOT of people in the store, before todays game. However, people were in a good mood. Staff was friendly & check out was fairly quick.

The art and school supply department downstairs has made this store a regular stop for me when I was growing up in Eugene, during my time in college at the U of O, and now for the past several years after graduation as a nearby office worker. There is an excellent selection of notebooks and pens. The Duck Store sells textbooks, computers, Duck stuff, and food as well.

Duck themed bookstore of the University of Oregon, ducks being the mascot. A must see in Eugene. Everything from books to cloths, school supplies and you can even get your computer fixed.

I love this store for duck gear and paraphernalia! Personally, I always go to the back of the store and shop the clearance section. 50% off the lowest ticketed price.

Overpriced. Too much of a focus on Ducks apparel when the focus should be on the books, as it is the campus bookstore. Yes, I understand that it is called The Duck Store, but I really cant stand that the entire ground level focuses on nothing but ducks memorabilia, clothing and the like. The books and school supplies are relegated to the top and bottom floors. Not a fan.

I was so amazed! This is so different. The store is highly covered with Duck elements. Price are higher than usual since its named Duck Store.

I stop by each time Im in Eugene and buy cute Duck stuff! It serves students, alumni and out-of-towners extremely well.

Bought a thin $50 book for a class. Got to my readings for week 3 and pages were falling out of the book. Duck Store refuses to refund my cash because it wasnt before week two, even though I didnt discover the defective product until week 3.Shop Amazon. They are still evil but at peast they will refund you if they sell you broken books.

It is like a diverse city within a city. There is everything to fill your need: Wi-Fi, food, plenty of drink options, outlets, places to relax, diverse, bike friendly, shops and restaurants near campus and much more. It is like a second home to me.

Helpful tech staff, lots of school supplies downstairs, largest selection of Duck gear around. Books are overpriced though - might want to search online for those

For anything....and I mean anything Duck related this is the place to go. From shirts to hats to rubber ducks. Other reviewers are right prices are high but you can also find deals on merchandise.

This store is the epitome of large stores not caring about their customers. I bought a hat and shorts that both had threads that came undone. Instead of being a store that is concerned about their customer service they refused to let me exchange the items. Will not be shopping there again.

The main floor mostly UO merch but the book store on level 2 and the arts and crafts section in the basement are both worth checking out if you need anything falling into those categories.

Can spend hours looking at items not available anywhere else; could spend hundreds or more easily. I have. Priceless
