Ive bought bikes here before, and they are knowledgeable and friendly. I popped by today to get a new rain jacket, and as I was leaving the store a guy without a mask came in. The employees were very polite and professional in asking him to mask. He clearly had a big chip on his shoulder. I was really impressed with the calm, respectful approach the staff had even as the guy was ranting and swearing. Thanks for keeping the community safe, Pauls!
Fantastic experience renting a bike and buying a front rack. I live elsewhere and called multiple times in the weeks before a multi day bike tour to ensure my gear would be compatible with the bike. The rental unsurprisingly doesnt come with a front rack so they offered to order one ahead of time I could buy and attach once there. Although it didnt arrive in time, they understood the necessity and figured out a way to attach one they had in stock that wasnt made for the bike, which they did on the day of my arrival. The store manager/lead tech even offered to sell me his own front rack if all else failed. Everyone I dealt with was helpful, non judgemental and patient. Id go here all the time if I was local.
I just picked up my Bike from the Downtown store ...after it got repaired and serviced.I just wanted to say thank you for getting the work done so fast. It looks and feels great!
Been to this shop several times the first time was fine the second time was ok but this third time was absolutely ridiculous. I brought my bike in the day before paid for brand new tires and tubes to be put on and then came back in the next day to retrieve my bike. They looked up my service record and found my bike and brought it out to me then asked me to pay for it again. I let them know that it had already been paid for and then the owner came out and told me it was going to be 130 dollars after I paid 110 the day before. I just left at that point after they finally confirmed I did pay for it. Then the owner called me and told me they tacked on an extra 20 for installation which they did not tell me about the day before he was so rude on the phone and on top off that they did a terrible job on my bike. Im no longer allowed there and thats fine I wouldnt go back even if they offered to fix the problems they did to my bike. Do not shop here there are so many other great shops in this town that wont overcharge you or treat you with disrespect. Also if you dont look like you have money they will follow you around the shop like your about to steal from them I witnessed them do it to someone the day before this incident took place and I was appalled by the total disrespect they show to customers. This place is a joke they are extremely overpriced and dont know how to treat paying customers.Edit: the owner replied to this review with an absolute lie, he claims I berated an employee and threatened violence neither of which are true and he says I had a remaining balance which is completely fabricated. If you look at any of the owners one star reviews he will always reply with a total lie and twist the truth because he knows he is a terrible business owner and that his employees are not well trained and that he overcharges people for work and parts. Seriously find another business to go to this guy is a clown 🤡
Fast, friendly and very prompt! Great experience 👍!
Excellent place to take your bike, staff rocks tops.
Very annoying, went in for a new derailer, which was fine, apparently I also needed a new chain and of course a chain breaker. Went in about 1 week later to buy the chain and breaker, however, they did not have any breakers. Upon asking when they would have it, a resounding Im not responsible for that. Ridiculous. I will be avoiding this shop whenever possible. Also, currently they lock the doors and make you stand outside waiting, very annoying.
Awesome service. Had a problem with my front wheel and was fixed promptly even had a 26 cruiser rim. I will always get my bike fixed here and recommend everyone else to also. Excellent service from an excellent shop.
Rented from Bicycle Way of Life on-line. It was an easy process. Arrived at the shop at the appointed time and all was ready to go. Plenty of helmets to choose from and a lock was provided. The bike was a hybrid and exactly at advertised. The whole process was smooth and easy. I intend on being a repeat customer.👍🏻
Came all the way over here to be told my mask, which is up to OSHA guidelines, wasn’t good enough.
Fair prices but the employee’s attitudes are unfriendly unless you’re making a big purchase
I had a wonderful experience at Bicycle Way of Life. I went in looking for a standard commuting bike but noticed the Trek Verve + 2 electric bike in the showroom. I chatted a bit about the electric bikes with the saleswoman but I didn’t want to take the plunge and buy it right then. When I called back the next day, the salesperson, Maggie, remembered me and my name. How refreshing! I went to the shop later and I was able to try it out on the roads near the shop. My partner tried out the Tern electric bike at the same time. Maggie was especially knowledgeable, kind, and courteous. She was eager to help, and my decision to buy the Trek was due in part to her knowledge, professionalism and attentiveness. I have been back a few times to buy accessories and always hope Maggie is working, to either help me out or so I can say hello. The Trek electric bike encourages me to get out and exercise, and will allow me to bike to work and get up that big hill on the way home. By using my Trek I will get back into shape and reduce my carbon footprint at the same time. Thank you, Maggie and Bicycle Way of Life! Wheeee!
Their downtown store is convenient to my work and I have purchased miscellaneous maintenance items and parts over the years. I have found the sales people to be knowledgeable but at times ambivalent and have spent some time waiting for assistance in a near empty store. Over all things were fine though. But then I took a wheel in for rebuilding. I was very specific that I wanted it rebuilt back to original specs. I was told I would get a call with a price and ETA as it would require ordering parts that they did not stock. With in a few days I Instead got a call telling me the wheel was done. I went in and found that, while the price was reasonable, they had not used any of the components I had asked for. The man at the counter was indifferent and told me that they didnt have those components. I was a bit in shock, paid my bill and left. After some mileage the wheel went out of true which was no big deal as I know wheels can require some fine tuning. Instead of take it back, and, since it bothered me a bit that it wasnt what I had wanted, I decided to go back in and order the parts to put the wheel back to the way it was. I have built most of my wheels myself and figured it would be fun to do it again. I explained the situation to the store rep and asked if they could order the components and that I was willing to pay for them. He was apologetic and told me he would get the parts ordered ASAP and call me when they came in. It has been over a year and no call. I try to be very supportive of local business but unfortunately I wont be back.
Low pressure and well informed staff. Definitely worth s visit if you are in the market for a bike.
Good vibes and professional service, easy to communicate with via email and in person, stand behind their sales with service and support that lends comfort to the buying process. Support local shops and go see Matt and the crew!
Ten days is too long to wait for a repair. Covid is not an excuse now.
They were very helpful in getting our 3 year old fitted for a new helmet! Thank you :)
My 10 y.o. son needed work done on his brakes on a Sunday afternoon. These guys were open, gave a reasonable quote, then before we left they noticed it was an easy fix so they did it right then. Even checked the bike out for other issues. 1st time there and will definitely go back.
Took the time to answer my questions and get me on the road after decades of not riding.
Friendly, fast, quality work....
These guys stayed open an extra 10 mins just so I could get my son Bill his first nice BMX bike!! SUNDAY FORECASTER!! 🤩😎You guys are lit thanks!!
Service was awesome. Was able to describe to staff what I was looking for (new shifter) and the bike I had and they found what I needed quickly. In and out with what I needed. I would definitely go back to get more parts.
Friendly and efficient!
Whether its a question or a problem, when you stop in the Alder Bicycle Way of Life Shop, you get the focused attention of skilled and experienced mechanics who sincerely care about you and your bike/equipment. They take your riding enjoyment and safety seriously. Youre in good hands when you stop in to see these great wonderful folks. Craig T.
Even though I ended up buying my bike from a different shop, I still wanted to leave a review because the staff here was so wonderful. They were incredibly helpful and friendly, and encouraged me to try different bikes to make sure I got the right one. Great experience and I recommend making this one of your stops if you are looking for a new bike.
The people was friendly and very helpful
Very 👍 good. Service. Safe covid19 policy. I recommend it.😀
Ive come from out of state and rented bikes here twice, once for a metric century and once for a full century. The bikes were great and the service was outstanding. I was so pleased with the bike I rented that I ended up purchasing it and had it shipped home. The employees are very approachable and helpful. Id HIGHLY recommend this bike shop.
Edit: You supposedly changed the tubes, can you explain how there would be green slime spraying out of the stem when I inflate if you CHANGED THE TUBES? Again, you treat me like Im dumb.Charged me for tube replacements but somehow I still have green slime in my tires after picking it up from a tune up. I dont know much about bikes and I think they picked up on that, I wont shop here again.
Nice selection, knowledgeable staff. I have had a great experience every time Ive been there. Trek/bontrager shop. Many misc. Bicycle necessities. Prices are good. Usually discounts here and there.
Absolutely amazing bike shop in Eugene! I ordered a new bike through them during the coronavirus pandemic and have nothing but good things to say on their customer service and transparency during unprecedented times.
These guys are the best! They’ve helped me get my bike back on the road after mishaps and breakdowns quickly. I walk in show him what I’m doing and they know how to take care of it right away. I also love the guys that work there, they are super knowledgeable, super friendly and have great locations.
Jeff quickly confirmed my service appointment for this morning. On arrival, Tom generously helped old, disabled me get my not as old but also disabled bike out of the car and into the shop, then back in the car after expertly fixing the problem. I have been enjoying excellent customer service at Pauls Bicycle Way of Life for decades. Im a bit rocky these days, but Pauls great team keeps me rolling on!
I can tell you that they are honest and of high integrity. I was mistakenly over charge and they called me to inform me of the mistake. Great people beautiful bikes.
Every time Ive been in here, Ive felt welcome. BWOL has a friendly, attentive staff willing to answer any question you have about bikes, local biking scene, or anything tangentially related to bikes. They are huge supporters of the local bike racing and usually have a neutral support stand at the races to help with those last minute fixes.
You should expect several types of treks of all sizes. Theres a bunch of parts and of course repair services that are offered as well. When I stopped by the place I got sized up up to get familiar with the frame and tire size that I should get for my body type. This place is great, the customer service is fantastic and they really do a good job making things painless. If youre going to buy a new bike at Lea give them a chance.
Sold my friend who was new to mountain biking a hardtail lied to him about what the components were on the bike and what they were capable of to get him to buy it. first trail ride nothing but problems with the bikes drive train breaks a chain first ride out. take it back to the shop for warranty work and they said they would have to have the technician look at it to see if it was his fault or not on a day old bike????? and then told us it was not meant for the basic level trail riding we were doing and tried to get him to upgrade the components but kept giving him different price quotes to the point where it felt like they were just making up random numbers. he also asked them do basic maintenance like truing the wheels and zip tieing a cable and they returned the bike to us with neither things fixed long story short my friend is now a 1000$ in upgrades into his bike and doing the work on it himself now avoid this bike shop if you can even call it that at all costs!!!!Reply: Like i said on a basic green trail the bike broke first ride out the crankset was bent from day one and wobbles when you spin the cranks this shouldnt happen from day one and your shop denied it being bent and threw a new chain on it and told us it came from the factory like that for shifting??. you guys put off the vibe that you know nothing about bikes my buddy even asked what size tires he could probably upgrade to and they told him 2.4s when hes running 2.4s stock lmao.they seem like the type who are just into the business of selling people bikes.we have brought the bike in multiple times to be warrantied and waste my gas in my truck and you guys didnt even fix what was asked for a zip tye and wheel truing in a 24 hour turn around your reply doesnt even answer the fact you didnt fix what we asked and other peoples reviews pretty much prove you do the same to others. oh and sorry he didnt buy one of your more over priced scotts so you could pretend to do simple warranty work on it like truing a wheel or adding a zip tie like i said avoid this place they sell bikes thats about it.
I purchased a commuter bike from BWoL two years ago, the folks that work here are amazing, friendly and attentive. Today, I had the pleasure of speaking with Connor. Not only was he knowledgeable, amiable, and efficient, I got some great problem solving tricks and tips. Theres a specific reason I dont buy bicycle parts off of Amazon and the likes; its YOUR TEAM! Keep up the great work, you have a life long customer. Cheers!
They promote discrimination ! Spend your $ elsewhere
Third bicycle shop I visited while in Oregon. Very friendly staff. Helped to solve a problem with my bar end shifters for minimal cost. Also nice selection of bicycle clothing.
Pauls has been my bike shop for years. I purchased my first new bike here many years ago, a Raleigh C30 I believe. The bike was a tank and I rode it all over Lane County for years. Pauls always kept it in tune and running perfect. On one service visit the mechanic found a hairline crack in the frame. Well, I thought that was that, since I had owned the bike for a number of years that I would have to bite the bullet and buy a new bike. Not quite! The mechanic contacted Raleigh and secured me a huge discount off any Raleigh that I wished to purchase from Pauls . Wonderful, and the mechanic did this all on his own for me. Got a brand new Raleigh and paid very little after the discount. This is just one example of how the people at Pauls go that extra mile for you.We moved to Colorado in 2007 and I used the Raleigh a lot there as well. I finally gave it up for a road bike. We moved back to wonderful Eugene in 2015, and decided to give up our road bikes in favor of two wonderful Trek FX3s from our favorite shop, Pauls. Glad to be back and glad to know Pauls is still here doing the excellent work they have been doing for years! If you are in need of a new bike or repairs/advice/anything bike related, Pauls is the place for you!
Clearly theres a lot of local love for Pauls. Theyve been around for years in various locations.I stopped in today for something small, mainly to feel out the vibe.A mix of customers and staff were talking shop. My requests were met, but I felt like more of a burden than a potential customer.I even tried making conversation, asking a question or two, and the fellow answered curtly and told me good day. That was that. Nothing terrible or rude, I simply didnt feel welcomed. I suspect the targeted clientele are yearslong loyal customers and middle/upper class road bike hobbyists looking to drop some good money.Oregon folks that are really into their bicycles, or wine, or beer-making.... There are a lot of introverts up here. The socially awkward exclusivity that wafts around these scenes can be off-putting for new people, at least on the retail end.
Bought my Scott bike about 6 months ago and absolutely zero complaints. They took the time to make sure I bought the bike that fit my needs They have great recommendations on weather proofing your commute, again, tailored to what you are actually doing.Ive only gotten a couple flats in all that time and 40+ miles a week commuting, and each time they fixed my flat before I was done shopping for needed/wanted items. This working woman does not have time for flats, Ill be off on my commute tomorrow at 5:30 am stress-free with time to relax at home (which is critical when you work at 6 am), thank you!
This bike shop is an awesome bike shop. The only problem is the staff. They were glaring at us during our time in the shop and were very surly when asked any questions. The shop has a wide variety of bikes and cool bike accessories, but the bikes are all locked up and you will be promptly scolded if you so much as step over a bike. Maybe we came on a bad day, but we left with a bad opinion of what could be a very nice shop. There was after all one helpful employee and I cant include him in the 2 stars.
I just want to thank Virginia Xing for the caring and professional way she had helped me in my search fora Tern Eclipse X 20 which is out of production, she had gone out of her way, above and beyond the call of duty to help me, as well as exhibiting a great deal of patience and understanding to me. She is truly special and a delight to deal with. Jim Ryan in New York.
As an employee since 2014, Im pretty biased. But I have friends and former colleagues at most of the other shops in town, and as much as I believe were all part of a whole, strong bicycle community, I am comfortable recommending my place of work to almost anybody with bicycle-related needs because this shop offers a uniquely diverse breadth of resources from commuting and family cycling to touring and racing, with all the bikes, clothing, and accessories for all of the above.
These are great people
Very knowledgeable young man.Pleasant experience.Bike works great now after repair🚲
I spoke w/Jeff on the phone (1st time caller, off of a referral) & he was still there an hr., or so after his shift ended. I dealt w/Michael when I showed up, and he (they) was AWESOME! They looked @ our 3 bikes, & he gave me a FREE assessment (on all bikes), & fixed 1, on the spot; & gave me a GREAT deal on the bike I could afford to fix (low income) at the time. Great deal, & GREAT service!! Id never been there before, but I WILL be back, w/any future bicycle needs!
Great service from the employees, they ask you every time you go in if they can help you emedeatly or as soon as they can. They have a great selection of some very nice bikes but not to expensive on cost. They have great sale prices at times also. Like my Scott Aspect I got there was on sale for $700.00. They will charge very little to put what ever you need on your bike, if you dont really have the time your self.
Love this place! Fantastic service with very knowledgeable people. I wouldnt take my bike anywhere else! My bike needed a tune-up - I brought it in the morning, they promptly went above and beyond in fixing what was needed - charged me only for the parts (which amounted to $10) and I was on my way. Cant say enough good things about the experience.
Paasing through on a big road trip and I bent my derailleur hanger. I could have left my bike for a few days but it would have altered my trip. Jeff was able to fix it right away and in a few minutes. Thank you so much....a wonderful shop!
They fixed my bike (very simple repair) while I ate my lunch, called me when it was done, and only charged me 8 bucks!! Great experience!! It all took less than an hour!
If you go to this Shop Ask for Sean. Super helpful guy. Very personable practical and professional. Love this guy. He definitely got me rolling the right way. If he isnt available ask for Al. He was also very helpful. Ask about the guy who wrecked out on the ramp in front of the store lol (me!)
I wouldnt go anywhere else. Thank you so much for all of your help!
Good experience. Was able to test ride 3 different bikes and had different options all within reasonable price range. Very happy with my purchase!
What a great place! The stuff is very friendly and professional. I had awesome experience with this bike shop.Thank you so much! You, guys are the best!!!
The staff at this Pauls store was friendly at first when I brought my bike in for tune up and upgrade. Unfortunately, the work they were supposed to perform was not done in a timely manner. I was told my bike would be ready the next day - it was not. 4 days later it still wasnt done, so I told them I was picking it up whether or not it was finished. I had to call them to find out what was going on. I understand that they needed a special tool to complete the job, but better communication would have been more professional.I took the bike to Hutchs, and they had both wheels fixed in less than 10 minutes. The 5th Street and Alder Street locations of Pauls have been much prompter with repairs and have never been late. Both have in fact completed work more quickly than estimated.
Best customer service! My husbands bike was stolen from our garage. We could not find the serial number (that we thought we had in a file) so we contacted Pauls. They were able to provide us with the information we needed--for a bike purchased close to 10 years ago! These folks rock!
This used to be my go-to bike shop. But no longer. Not sure what happened, but the attitude and quality has become such that I will no longer do business with this establishment.
I went in asking about a project for my commuter that I figured would be as expensive as it was laughable. The staff were courteous, took me seriously, got to the root of my mod, and ended up sending me on the $7 route instead of up-selling me toward $100. Top notch, definitely my best experience in Eugene.
Our family rented bikes at Pauls for a day ride on the Willamette River Trail. The bikes were immaculate and seemed brand new. The staff jumped right in and got five bikes setup and ready for us in no time. This is the best bike rental experience that I have ever had.
This place is fantastic in every regard. Friendly knowledgeable staff, great customer service, efficient work ethic. Couldnt more highly recommend this store.
The staff is exceptionally skilled, creative and friendly -- clearly they love what they are doing. Al helped me most recently but I have worked with Tom and others for years. Without exception everyone who has worked on my bicycles has done an excellent job and was determined to get the repair, adjustment or modification perfect, until I was completely satisfied with the end result -- and all at a remarkably fair cost and quickly. Pauls is an extremely valuable resource for the Eugene-area bicycling community.
Very Smart Staff, prices are alot for bikes but they have alot of bikes, ebikes, and parts. And full shop with 3 or 4 Bike Repair Techs and work shopGreat People. Two Locations
We rented a couple of bikes from Pauls. We were on the road in a few minutes on nice new bikes and had a great day riding around Eugene. Great service, friendly and helpful - no pushy sales talk.
Think twice, there are better shops, their product are low quality! I bought a patch kit...with there logo on it less then 8 months ago and had never used it once yesterday after blowing out my back tire I thought no problem I have my patch kit... But The Cheap glue they put in it had dried with out ever using it!! And then today after restocking the spare-tire-sack the zipper broke! Cheap products big prices
I do all of my own bike work so I cant comment on how Pauls handles that aspect of their business, but I can say that they have been extremely helpful with my technical questions about maintenance and customer service in general. Today I went in to get a new saddle to replace my too-old and freshly-broken one and the guy who helped me was great. One of my favorite things about Pauls, which I pointed out to one of the employees today, is their lack of that extremely annoying bike snobbery thats so prevalent. The guy said that they make a point of trying not to be like that, and I told him that thats a big part of why I came to their store instead of a different one. I get really tired of the oh, your bike isnt $3000, so I dont care about you attitude of a lot of bike shops so its great that I dont get that at Pauls.
Just because I didnt have tryke with me the sales woman didnt think she could help me with finding a seat post, even though I told her it was 1¼inch post, which might not be exact size, but I think close enough I could of figured it out. Then the sales man got bent out of shape because I took a seat post off a display bicycle to check out whether it was a close fit. Im just disappointed in their cant do attitude vs. a can do attitude. And being that Im working on a tryke its not as easy to throw in back of my canopied truck as a bicycle would be and without having a seat post I didnt want to ride it down there. (Im not THAT kind of guy)
Bicycleway has been my favorite local bike shop for over 20 years. All of the staff are helpful and knowledgeable about the smallest details. The racing club is also very friendly and inclusive. I have purchased more than 10 bikes there for myself and family and get all of my servicing done there too.
Even though they cater to a high end bicyclist, they are also always willing to help me with my silly bike problems. I can find bike clothes to fit my large frame, and they have shoes outside of the regular mid-range sizes. Getting my bike mechanicked by Alex is always a treat. Finally, the shop is within a block of coffee shop, the best gardening shop in town, and an organic chocolate factory outlet store!
After reading all the reviews we decided to stop by and see what was available. Not only were the staff friendly and supportive, but they had very reasonable pricing on used bicycles. A great experience!
I called so many bike shops in town, and theyre the only shop with the Italian threaded tools for the chase and face I needed done. And it was cheap. Love these guys.
Good service, parts selection and rentals too!
Do you notice how the owner responds to only good reviews. That should tell you something. Actions speak louder then words. Terrible customer service and loyalty to longtime customers. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere
Amazing staff with knowledgeable folks that have been a community staple since inception.❤️
Excellent and very helpful service when renting 2 Road bikes, including helping with route planning. Would definitely recommend Alexs ride that is linked on their website around 3 wineries south of Eugene, especially if you include an excellent lunch at the Kings estate overlooking some beautiful hills.
My sons bike needed a crank repair. Their estimate was very high, approaching the cost of a new bike. He said he couldnt repair it until 3 days later, yet there was nobody else in the store - he could have done it immediately. Ended up going to CAT. They were way cheaper.
We love Pauls bicycle way of life! We are happy with their service and the staff is always so great to deal with. We highly recommend the business!
Service was fast, expert, and friendly. Had major tuneups and repairs done on two older bikes. Both work great now.
Ive been a customer a bicycle way of life for many years. Purchased a really great bike there a few years ago for my wife and very happy with that. Lately, I had repairs and tune-ups done on my old 1988 Urban bike and now on a used downhiller I purchased recently. I really appreciate their expert and practical advice regarding bikes. Ive always felt Ive been treated very fairly and not up sold to something I dont really need. You can buy lower cost bikes at Walmart or online but youre getting what you pay for mostly. Finding a quality used bike and taking it to these guys it is the smarter long term use of your money in my opinion. Plus, its really fun to browse the store as you might be surprised about all the bike related items you never knew about. I was.
Brilliant. Great folks.
Never got helped they went to all the older people an help them first even tho I was there waiting first
Friendly and helpful for only trek dealer
I went in to the store on a Saturday to shop for a new bicycle for my son.We wandered the store for about 10 minutes. Not a word from staff. We went and started looking at a few bicycles that my son would like. Not a single acknowledgement from staff. Like, Hello?! We want to spend money here!!Walked out. Ended up buying a bike from Performance Bicycle.
Pauls is fantastic! Everyone that I have talked with is super knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The shop itself is great too....great location and great products!
Great bike shop. Very helpful with buying the right product- not more than you need. Friendly service
Staff is knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. Answered all of my insanely specific questions promptly and patiently, and gave expert advice about what would best suit my physique and riding preferences.
I dropped in to ride a specific bike they had in stock nice guys and very helpful
Hands down, best bicycle shop in town. The staff are always very helpful, the prices are fair, and they quick with repairs.
Always open. good guys. I trust them with my bikes. They service my electric assist bike as well as commuter and racing bike. They have my business.
I ordered a Trek bike directly from the manufacturer and this was the retailer I chose for pick up. Bike was ready to pick up the day it was delivered. Took it back a week later for break in adjustments Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Will be going back.
Horrible experience. I went in to have fenders put on. I schedule an appointment. Come back a few days later. I was told it would be about an hour. Come back and it was more like an hour and a half. Thats ok, things happen and delay. When I got the bike back though, which I just rode fine there, the seat was way to high and something was rubbing the wheel. So I take it back inside. He apologized about the seat and looked at the wheel. He told me it was my wheel bearings. He gave me the bike back and it would barely roll. I told him it wasnt right and he said ok and took my bike back to the shop, where I couldnt see him and he didnt tell me what he was doing. Several minutes later, he comes back and tell me he took apart my hub, and that it definitely was the wheel bearings. Im late for work at this point and so I take it.... I dont necessarily believe him but at this point, I dont want him touching my bike and it rolled better than before, although not like how I brought it in. He gave my bike back to me with an uninflated tire! 3 different times we went back and forth, and ultimately made me late for work. Just poor care and lack of respect for my bike. Maybe he thought I knew nothing about bikes, I am a girl you know, but when I managed to get home today and looked at my bike, the wheel isnt set right. And the quick release is on so tight that not even my manly man of a neighbor can get it to release. Back to the bike shop tomorrow, but definitely not this one. Horrible service.
Very helpful in looking information up for me, let me test ride. While bikes I cant buy today as I need to save up I enjoy my visits to dream shop.
Great and friendly service and support
Always helpful. Nice, clean, friendly place.
We rented a tandem for five days and had a blast. Had a minor seat problem and went back to the store on day 2. They switched it out in a jiffy as well as gave advice on where to go and how to get there by bike.
