The miserable ham planet of a woman at the register will give you absolute grief if you even dare to ask to use the bathroom before buying anything.I had been on the road for an hour, really needed to go, and she refused to open the door because I hadn’t yet pumped my gas.I’ve been stopping here twice a week for the last 15 years to get gas and drinks.Never going back. Do yourself a favor, and go to the Shell nextdoor.

The cashier at this gas station said my sisters lottery ticket was already cashed in and then took it!! she stole my sisters 8Dollars that she had won and said it was already cashed! she did not give my sister back her lotto ticket. That Cashier just kept it! she needs to be fired for stealing a customers lotto winnings I know 8 dollars isnt a lot but if it was someone else with bigger winnings Im sure that THIEF WOULD DO THE SAME! I GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS!!!! DO NOT GO THERE AND CERTAINLY DONT CASH IN YOUR LOTTERY TICKETS THERE! THEY ARE THIEVES!!!

These people have no sense of customer service. I was getting gas. While I was in line a desperate mom came with her child asking for the bathroom keys, the cashier responded very rude, telling the mom she was in the middle of a transaction. Really!! The mom apologized left and right that she was trying to avoid her little girl from having an accident. Finally the second cashier helped the mom, but with an attitude. Then its my turn, and they claim they can give me change for a $10 bill. The cashier claims she doesnt have enough 5s and 1s, when I myself look at a drawer full of them. THE NERVE!!!

What a horrible place. I stopped at this gas station to get gas and I need to use the restroom, I went inside and asked if they had a bathroom she said I needed a receipt,I tell them I just got gas they said okay you need a receipt for getting gas. I said I didnt get a receipt so because I didnt print out a receipt I cant use the bathroom? No you cannot sir. What a joke close this gas station down. I will NEVER stop here again. 3rd time I went to turn a scratcher I bought from there the short hispanic male that works around 2pm gave me trouble saying I wanted to buy my items with my winnings, gave me a bunch of attitude. Then asks me if I can buy it or not. I gave you a 40 dollar winning scratcher. Horrible customer service Ive got gas daily here no longer will. Simply rude part of being a cashier is customer service whoever runs this place hire better. I would give zero stars if possible. Took 3 times of being treated very rudely to write a review.

I used to love this station. Chevron use to give you the cash price per gallon if you used your bank ATM card with pin number. This is normal as should be considered cash as All withdrawals using an ATM card with pin are immediately deducted unlike a major credit card. They now consider your ATM bank card as a major credit card and charge you the non-cash higher price which make absolutely no sense? Chevron, learn what a debit card is, its not considered a major credit card! You cannot pay monthly, it doesnt help your credit score, money IS taken out of your checking account immediately and is considered CASH! I asked why they now do this without any notice and I was told me that the Shell station next door does it too, REALLY, thats the reason? Even though you wont care, you lost a customer!

Favorite Chevron in Escondido. Easy to get to. Competes with shell so its cheaper than the other one in Escondido. Has diesel if you need it. Havent really encounter any problems.

An employee named Alicia made a little boy selling chocolate cry. She came out in a rage yelling at him to get off of her property or she was calling the cops. I was getting gas NEXT DOOR and heard her yelling. This little boy wasnt doing anything wrong, just trying to raise money for school. He wasnt stealing or panhandling. At the very least she could have asked politely instead of yelling like a lunatic. This poor child was so upset and didnt understand what he had done wrong. It was very upsetting to witness and for this reason I will never bring my business here.

Hispanic female who works at night is rude and lacking in customer service skills.

This station has no diesel, though it comes back for a diesel station search!Chevron stinks.
