Cute ice cream spot that offers special flavors such as apricot goat cheese, brown sugar walnut…etc. you can pick up to 2flavors for small cup, and 3 for large cup. They have one indoor seating and several outdoor seating.

Always a delight entering Esco Gelato to see what flavors of smooth creamy ice cream they will offer today! Unusual flavors and variations on traditional flavors. They give a good size scoop but it doesnt seem like it because their serving cups are so small. A large cup sure looks like a mini cup at any other ice cream shop. They do allow two half-size servings per cup so you can try two different flavors in one cup. Service is very good from one server to another. Tables outside are not cleaned off from guest to guest, otherwise a pleasant patio feel to it. Go for the flavors, no disappointment at all! So good!

EscoGelato is not just an ice cream parlor, but a super hip cafe too! The gelato was delicious, and I definitely recommend the apricot goat cheese and raspberry crumble flavors. The lunch, coffee, and baked goods that those around us were enjoying looked mouthwatering too!

Im continually surprised (and impressed) that we keep finding new gelato flavors to love, even after coming here for years. The latest discovery for my family is sour cream brown sugar, which reminds me a little bit of cheesecake filling. Love this local business!

The best gelato in Escondido possibly even the best in North county! Always fresh flavors and vegan options as well. Must try the brownie fudge Sunday with vegan cookies and cream 🤤 They have a boutique too with t shirts and baby onsies plus jewelry for a chic boho style 😋

Yummy gelato!!!!!!! I have been here many times and it never disappoints. I like their little deck right outside, too, it doesnt look like gross parking lot dining like all the other restaurants.

Now this is a nice little hole in the wall. The gelato is amazing and the fact the make it their is even more amazing. Me and my sister had a lunch date it was around 12 and it was pretty busy. We both got sandwiches bu the only bad thing is that my sisters was made incorrectly. We told one of the employees she musher of been the owner and she got right on it we waited a while and she ended up taking hers to go. Over all this place is great. Friendly employees and great atmosphere. The apricot goT cheese gelato is a must.

Delicious Gelato!! I tried the smores (marshmallow ice cream with Graham cracker and chocolate chunks), the marscapone and fig, and the goat cheese with apricots (my favorite). My sister loved the apricot sorbet and said it was sour and delicious. Would come back to try new flavors!They also have pints, which is dangerous! You have been warned.

The flavors of the gelato was very good. We tried peanut butter fudge (tasted like Reeses!), browned butter pecan (so good), cereal milk (frosted flaked!) And my son had strawberry which he said was creamy and delicious. The shop was on the small side but cozy. I would come back and try different flavors which they say rotates so each trip can be different!

Amazing mini Gelato joint that packs a great punch with delicious flavors and decent variety of items including healthy options like salad and sorbet.Prices are actually pretty good for what you are getting.I personally havent experienced any long lines or people being dumb without masks. 😷So far so good, recommended!! 👍👍

Ive tried 20+ flavors of their gelato and sorbet and theyve all been close-my-eyes-and-savor level delicious. Lil pricey, but if Im eating ice cream, Ill gladly come here less often than have the store-bought stuff. Get you some.

This gelato place is less than 10 minutes away from my house! When you eat it you can taste the quality of the gelato which makes it so delicious!! Every flavor they have there is so tasty and I love how extremely nice the staff members are. This place is a treat and I would return here whenever I am in the area.

This place is de m one of our go to places for Gelato in North County. Its located in the heart of downtown San diego. Great place to hang on a Friday night walking, pick up some dessert and check out the old fashion cars cruising down grand. Their Gelato is made fresh and they use local ingredients. Favorite flavors when available are the raspberry crumble, butter pecan, and honey lavender. They have a nice seating deck outside to enjoy the Gelato as well.

Impromptu trip to gelato place. No regrets on dropping $4 for a small cup of gelato I guess. They offer half scoops for the small size, so I got tiramisu and some Italian chocolate chip. Plenty of flavors and places to sit.

Hell yes. Great food. First off with the paninis super good selections. My poison of choice is the Dido. Super fluffy a crispy. A great flavor. Second, the gelato is on point. Great flavors. and you can tell its fresh. Easy 5 stars.

Ive been here twice now and each time their gelato was great! They change up the flavors too so u can try different ones fairly frequently. Theyre coffee ☕ is pretty good, nothing spectacular but then again they arent a coffee shop so no biggie. They offer a small menu of food items and my 2nd time there I ordered a Cali caprese panini, which was good but definitely needed some salt or more pesto or something to give it anything besides the bland flavor it had. The staff is very friendly tho! So overall a good experience both times, just subtracting one ⭐ for the very bland panini.

I ordered the chocolate chip cookie and it was gross. I dont know who adds salt on a chocolate chip cookies! It was like I swallowed ocean water! Never again will I come back..

Rude staff, wouldn’t let a elderly lady buy her ice cream with out a mask but they let her wait in the crowded line. The elderly lady said she was vaccinated but the employee was extremely rude and didn’t care. I walked out and will never go back.

Ordered Cali Capri and small gelato (half blueberry cheesecake and half German chocolate). Both the items were so tasty. The place was a little crowded but the gelato taste more than made up for that.

Ive only ever ordered their gelato which I enjoy quite a bit. Nice, pleasant staff serving a wonderful product. I hope they make it through COVID and this winter because we need more businesses like this in Escondido.Do stop by and try their excellent gelato.

The atmosphere is friendly and cozy, and the waitstaff are helpful. There is great food and even better gelato, as well as a refreshing selection of coffees and teas. They are also very responsive to restricted diets, for those impacted. Convenient internet access makes Esco a great place to be productive on a device. In the past, they have kindly accommodated large groups and parties. In light of COVID-19 though, they have been very responsible and safe. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Good ambience inside the store. Their portions are very good for the price. They had around 8-10 different flavors, I tasted a few But they are all on the sweeter side, which I am not a big fan of.

The flavor varieties are custom. I ordered a large half strawberry & granola, half chocolate devils food cake. Both were amazing!! The sandwich menu looks delicious. I thought the gelato portions were a tad small. That would be my only advice. Cozy good atmosphere for all ages.

My favorite dessert stop. I love taking friends here to get the delicious options. The goat cheese options are amazing. They occasionally have a simple salted almond which blew my mind with how delicious it was.

Todays visit was vegan chocolate, you cant even tell its vegan, tastes like dark chocolate ice cream.
