Jose and the Service team were professional, gave proper estimates of the cost, duration and options. The waiting lounge was clean and well- stocked. Keep up the good work!

For recall given 20 years after vehicle was manufactured, this place required two hours for a 30-minute job as stated by Honda itself. This came despite asking the phone rep to allow just one hour. Furthermore, if needed, the part wasnt available. The service rep was impolite and even stated there was no manager on duty for the day (no wonder he acted that way). Also, despite requests to comply with protocol, he repeatedly let his face mask slip. I left without the service, given the problems at the out. The service manager was little better in a follow-up.

I dropped my HRV off the Doug Wilson at Honda of Escondido. The genuine customer service at this service center is like no other. I no longer live in the area but I continue to pass a couple of the other Honda service centers, to receive this level of service. Thank you Doug Wilson and the team at Escondido Honda Service Center!
