Ok lets be honest, there are two Asian grocery stores in this area and the other one is 4x the size and can stock more items so I generally go there. But this one has a few items the other one doesnt, one being the best frozen chai shao bao (BBQ Pork Bun) and some instant ramen brands you wont see at the other place. Plus its right next to Ali Babba restaurant. So I do shop here on occasion.

This store rocks. Lots of great products. Lots of variety to choose from. What a great find.To top it all off, the owner is so super kind & has the most wonderful customer service & is a very down to earth woman.They also sell sugar cane drinks outside.Try this store out! Support local businesses who really do outstanding work

Good selection of products and great prices and service

It’s has a good selection of things you can’t find at other local stores I’ll give it that but... The only thing I would be wary of is I was in there shopping about a week ago and I saw two decent sized bugs inside . one crawling on the ground and the other one I saw moving around on the wall . If I saw two there surely must have been more . Most stores I shop at don’t have bugs crawling around in it, so Im definitely not sure if I’m going back I don’t like the idea of bugs crawling all over my food before I buy it .

A quick 10-15 minute from San Marcos and I can get some grocery items that I would traditionally only find at one of the larger Asian supermarkets down in San Diego where I used to live. The prices are reasonable, being its a smaller store and I dont have to drive 40 minutes South. The staff is always nice and courteous. I broke my wrist once and the owner was nice enough to carry a 25lb rice out to the car for me. I would definitely go back and recommend easy grocery pick-ups for Asian items at this place if you dont want to make drive. I only give it 4 stars because they dont have some of the more popular brands that I am used to.

I wasn’t sure what kind of rice and kelp to buy for a recipe I had planned, but they helped me find the right stuff. Incredible selection of foods as well.

I like shopping at this market, the owner is friendly and helpful, he carried my stuffs to the car. Phone calls always get helpful respond and honest.

This little grocery store is tucked away in Escondido. We had ordered food from the Thai restaurant next door. We found supplies to make our own milk tea with boba

I think this place has quite a varied selection of foods and ingredients . I think there prices are reasonable .

Its interesting, I need to familiarize myself with this place and its products. I mainly went because it has what I wanted for making my Thai tea bobas at home.

A quaint market with helpful Thai people. Its stocked! Canned, frozen and fresh foods. A condiments too. Has cooking equipment for those that need it.

Hole in the wall. It is amazing to me this place is rated higher than some of the best stocked and well managed stores I have been to. It is awful. No carts and aisles you can barely walk through, and two cannot even pass without touching. Added in Reply to Manager - I went to both stores after utter failure and disappointment with yours, and no the other store does NOT have narrow aisles. And no, I am not affiliated. I just moved here and I am used to Marukai and Zion in San Diego, real stores. Meanwhile, for Escondido, the other store is quite good with perfect merchandising and clear pricing

This place is great and one of its kind in Escondido. They have the best tea and soup selections.

They sell Asian food stuffs. Aisles are pretty narrow though. Not wheelchair friendly.
