Well, my review will be about the same as all the others I have read read about AG Services. Horrible customer service. Both times I asked them to please call ahead, as I have dogs to put outside. The did not honor this either time. Russ the technician was very abrupt/rude both times! He seemed to be in a hurry both times as well, and didnt take the time to discuss the issue, and let me know want he was doing or why. He did not allow me to ask any questions. He just rushed in and said you need a new Ice maker. He was not even in my house 5 minutes. He did order a new one and installed it in minutes. For that I am grateful. as he was not in my home very long. But he left water all over our floors from his repair work, and did not clean anything up. A little customer service goes a long way. Try treating people the way you would want to be treated if they came to your house to do work. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. DONT LET THEM IN YOUR HOME.

PLEASE WATCH OUT!!!! If I could give no stars I would. The work that came to my house was disrespectful and had a big additud problem. The do not even want to let you know their first name. I asked him many times in a polite manner his name and he yelled at me inside my house that I needed to respect him because he was my elder. When I never yelled at him and just asked for him name to call back the company and let them know what employee came to my house. He then proceeded to call the police for no reason just because I asked his name. If you would like to deal with things like this then this is the right company to call. If not save your time and money.

HORRIBLE. The technician, Russ, refused to wear a mask properly and gave me serious attitude when I asked him to. BOTH times he came.

AG Services tech came out 3 times to look at an LG refrigerators ice maker that was not working. They replaced the ice maker, but it still was not producing ice. I called them back and they said that another tech would not be available for a week. I understood. The day of the appointment I received no call and no technician came. I called the next day multiple times until they picked up the phone. She said she did not know what happened, but promised another tech. would be here 3 days later. Again, the day of the appointment, no call, and no show by technician. I ended up having to call warranty to get the name of another service company since AG Services has made appointments they obviously have intention of keeping! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I wish I could give this business less than one star, but since I have to give something, thats what he gets. Prior to the repairman showing up at the house, the office person (his wife?) suggested to my 61 year old mother in law that she pull out the refrigerator herself to troubleshoot it. She has arthritis and a bad back and wasnt able to do that. They gave us a window from 8-12, and since my mom operates an in home day care, she made sure to have one of us home with her to help with the kids while he was here. We left at 12. He showed up at 1:30 while all of the babies were napping. She asked him to please try and speak softly because the babies were sleeping. He never identified himself, he asked if she had a big problem with the fridge, she said not big but yes. She asked him why he didnt come during the window, he said that he had other very important customers. No one called to let her know that he would be late. First thing he asked (loudly) where the fridge was, he opened it, and the issue wasnt present. She told him it had been not working and thats why she called, but she was sorry that it was working fine now. When she asked about the water coming out warm, he took a sip from the fridge and said everything is fine. She asked him why she was asked to troubleshoot her fridge when she explained to the person on the phone that she has arthritis and a bad back and he snapped at her, its just me and my wife. Then he demanded payment for the visit, and she calmly explained that the service was covered under warranty. Then he got very angry (body language, heavy sigh and facial expression), slammed the fridge door and slammed the front door as he walked out without a word or paperwork. As he walked out, she didnt know what was going on or if he was done, so she followed thinking he might be going to get paperwork for her to sign. As she came out her porch and said why are you doing this? I told you I have babies sleeping and he turned around and yelled at her I can shout in public, you need to get in your house. When she tried to follow up with the company it went straight to voicemail multiple times. She felt bullied and scared and was left in shock. She called Home Depot and asked that they never send him to her residence again.

Do NOT use this company. Horrible, Horrible, HORRIBLE!!I agree with a previous reviewer who said any 5 star review of this company is a fake. There is no way anyone would give this worthless company anything more than one star, and thats only because a zero star is impossible on Yelp.The guy came out to look at our GE refrigerator a week ago. He told my husband we needed a part, that he would order it and it would take 3-5 days to arrive. When we never heard back, my husband called his office (apparently his wife) and was told the part would be ordered and she would call him back and let him know when to expect it. As it turns out, we were lucky she answered the phone that time, because neither the technician or his wife called back, NEVER answered the phone again, NEVER returned our phone calls, and he NEVER returned to fix our refrigerator. Total LOSER!Consider this also a warning about purchasing an appliance protection plan from Assurant. We went through hell trying to get this problem solved. After we went for 10 days without a working refrigerator and living out of a cooler, Assurant (the GE insurance appliance company) agreed to send out a GE technician who fixed the refrigerator within about 45 minutes and was gone.btw ... Evidently, Assurant also attempted to call this idiot a number of times and also never got a response from him.FOLLOW UP - It is now a week since AG told us theyd call and let us know when our part would be in and a day after GE came and fixed our refrigerator. I just got a vmm from AG that the part is in and ready to be installed (coincidentally a day after I posted this poor review). Unbelievably poor customer service and horrible to get this call after all the trouble we went through.*This is a repost of the original review I posted on YELP a couple weeks ago.

People like these should be banned from any house.They quoted $69 and then insisted on charging us three times that even before even addressing the issue.When arguing about the price the person threatened body harm and LG should not allow these people to go into any more homes.

Worst service ever, unfortunately I have to use their service twice since they are the authorized repair service for my appliance. Each time the earliest available time is in 2 weeks, which I cant understand why so many people use their service after I tried their service. After the very long waiting time, the repair guy showed up at that day, which is kind of the only good thing. However, each time the guy only stayed at my home for only 5 minutes and rush to another appointment. The first time, the guy just talked to me without even checking the issue. Apparently, what he told me didnt work. The second time which is a different issue, another guy came and looked at the issue but simply saying he cant fix it, he will call the company to schedule another appointment. However, I never received that follow-up appointment. Very bad and painful experience.
