Amazing service!!! Super accommodating, friendly and helpful!! I was half way through a 12 hr drive with my 2 dogs when my engine light came on in my 19 Ram 2500. The service department was fantastic there. They pulled me in, hooked up the computer and did some testing. Reset it and made sure everything was ok... and what was great also is while he was running everything and monitoring it he showed me and went over things so descriptive for me. What a great place!! Thank you again for helping me with no advance notice!!

Avoid at all costs. I made an offer on a car that they accepted then they said they cant finance. I said I would get financing at home. I was told they wont sell to me if I get my own financing. Its 1 star because I cant do a zero. They apparently got upset about the offer I made on vehicle. 2 days earlier they were calling me to come buy.

Horrible customer service, made excuses not to cover warranty work, took my jeep an hour away to a different dealer was taken care of hassle free. Would not recommend service here.

Yesterday was my first visit to the Riverside Chrysler Dealership. I was impressed as soon as I came in through the door. I was greeted by the young lady to the right and she asked how she could help. I explained that I needed to have a new remote programmed for my 2015 Town and Country. She escorted me to service department. I only had to wait for a couple of minutes before being helped. Heather was very nice to me and I thought that it was cool that I was allowed to drive into the garage area. I didnt have to wait very long for my new remote to be programmed. I was very pleased with how much it cost, I was expecting to pay more. Over all, I felt very welcome and comfortable considering these uncertain times that we are living in. Thank you again Nick for the first class service that I received from you and your team.

Brought my truck in to the ford dealership for an alignment, told them I had a clunk when hitting bumps they charged me $115 to tell me I needed a wheel bearing and a sway bar link and another $69 for an alignment,alignment price wasnt bad but $115 for a 15 to 20 minute inspection that is high! Then was told it would be $1089.00 to replace one bearing and sway bar link now thats CRAZY high priced I would encourage everyone to shop around when needing repairs dont just pay over inflated prices for the same work the smaller shops will do for much less money and get the same quality work . I took my truck home replaced the bearing and link myself for a total cost of $176 and 1.5 hours of my time my hard earned money feels much better in my Pocket. Will never go back to any dealer ship in the Escanaba area thats for sure! Trying to get rich off every job will surely chase away a return customer, summed up in one word GREED

Great EXPERIENCE all around.. from my sales person Eli, who was absolutely great to Kara the sales manager making sure i was very well taken care of and working her butt off so we could make everything fall into place. Came out looking to probably just get quotes and such and through everyones great service ended up leaving with more than i expected and extremely happy and look forward to giving them more business. My partner Matt and I bought a 2017 Malibu with 42,000 miles from this dealership. Within 2 days the shifter and wiring harness went out. They sold me that it had zero issues and aren’t willing to do anything here. Obviously take your business elsewhere to not get scammed.

Bought a vehicle and drove it home from Escanaba to Ishpeming and the coolant lines broke. $300 in parts to fix. Brought it to my local mechanic and told me it needed a rear axle. $3500. I had to replace the battery, front wheel bearing,shift accurator for 4-wheel drive. All this before my first payment.. they offered me $200, I sued them. I have about $5000 in repairs... do not buy from them! Buyer beware

Aaron Johnson sold my fiancé and I our vehicle yesterday and he is by far amazing at his job. Normally we don’t like going to dealers due to them being to pushy at wanting us to come inside and talk numbers but Aaron was calm with us and asked us if we would like to test drive the vehicle we were looking at. He answered all of our questions and never once asked us if we wanted to go talk numbers inside. We will definitely continue our car shopping at riverside Chrysler!

I love that I get free tire rotations for the life of my tires I bought here. The people here are super nice too.

Bought a car for $6300. Month later find out the engine is shot. Said they would trade it in for a car equal in value. Good luck finding anything good in their lots that has air in the tires are clean or try getting a call back. Finally went there and they agree to trade in and the car they give me is worth $2000. They marked it up to $5800. It took me a lot to get $7000 for a car. I wanted a SUV and ended up with a car! Had these crooks cared they would have helped the customer instead they were just trying to scam people.

They have a good selection of vehicles, prices are higher than other dealerships, and if you dont look like you have money or they dont know you chances are they wont help you out until you ask for help then they will typically look down on you. I dont go to any local riversides unless I need an OEM part. For a new or used car there are better lots and for repairs there are better mechanics around. But the place is clean and they do have alot of vehicles.

Crooks,will lie to your face and stand by it. had to take my truck to green bay to have fixed right the right way by Gandrud top notch service from them.riverside will screw you in a heart beat.When I brought my truck in they let it sit in below 0 temp for a week and told me my battery was bad and they had to jump start it very time.I asked to check the battery and the never did just keep jumping it then told me I only need 1 battery well its diesel so it has 2 of them still couldnt a yes or no on battery check.Then tell me its a new steering box and they put a remanufactured door on so when I took it to green bay the box had a re manufactured sticker on it and was told it didnt need front end allinement aftre putting on box and that was a lie.been wait for over a week for manager to call us back and every day when we call the answer is he is in a training seminar.Next call today is the better business bureau.stay away from any place they own in the u.p and in marinette Wis including bald eagle Harley in Marquette and elmers in Escanaba.it shouldnt have taken that long to fix the problem.they like to pray on the elderly and practice under hand dealings.

Would never buy from this dealer again. Lies and underhanded business practices. Paid it off before first payment was due. Over a month ago and still no title. Made phone calls to dealer and still no return call. Also I was told I didnt need to make a payment until July. Called finance company and was told they still chare interest. Would have been nice if the dealer would have explained this to me. So now I owe an additional 281 63. They didnt have anything to say why I never even received a payment book or letter telling me when a payment was due. They also told me at the dealer I had bad credit. Yet ny credit score is over 700. Am going to contact the Better business beaure and consumer reports. Stay clear of this dealer and chysler credit
