Stopped today after stopping at 6 other bike shops looking for helmets. They were very busy. I was patient and it sure was worth it! Once they were free they went out of their way to help a newbie go thru all the different sizes and manufacturers, making sure I got a helmet that not only fit, but is a pleasure to wear! Ive gone to Northcoast on 3 occasions to get my inspection done. Each time they were helpful and went out of theyre way to make sure my bike was safe and I knew what needed to be done and even worked with me on a new back tire! I will be returning to them for my motorcycle needs in the very neer future, and have suggested them to several friends. They treated my friends exceptionally well.

Took a fully restored bike to get running into them. Not only could they not probably get the thing to run but they started replacing parts without contacting me. Picked up my bike they scratched the clearcoat in the tank and grease everywhere on the new paint from some monkeys hands on it. Looks like it was sitting outside with the amount of dust left in the bike to hide the damage they left. These guys are a hush of amateurs. I was wondering why they had so many dead bikes and jet skis outside when I picked up. Had I seen this in the beginning I would’ve stayed away and recommend others to do so.

Went to get my bike fixed needed my clutch fixed and the bike retuned that adjusted the clutch cable and not the clutch my transmission had little to no oil so my clutch burned up had another bike shop replace my clutch after nothcoast told me that guarantee its not the clutch as far as retuning the bike that told me to get a laptop and doit myself if I cud doit myself I would not hav went to them in the first place and thay will quote u one price then up it thay dont want me as a costomer so I wont be one thanks for nothing northcoast

I took my 1986 Kawasaki en450 bobber here because I thought it wasnt running as well as it could be. It was taking a very long time to warm up. These guys fixed her right up! They were friendly and professional. I have had issues with other motorcycle repair centers who seem to act like if your bike is not a new harley or whatever, it is not worth their time. Not so with Northcoast. They seem to understand that whether you ride an old Japanese bike or something newer, it is your bike, and therefore important to you, the customer. I found that really refreshing. The work took a little longer than expected, but it was because they needed extra time to really get it right, which they did. They cleaned my cabrs, rejetted them, and tuned them and now my bike is a whole different animal! And their pricing was very fair! I am a local business owner so I think I am a little more sensitive about customer service issues. Take your bike here you wont be disappointed!
