I always give credit when credit is due and it is definitely due. My husband and I were both looking to buying Indian motorcycles. And because we full time rv in our 5th wheel toy hauler, we needed to make sure whichever bikes we bought would fit. We had brought a piece of carpet cut to the size of our rv garage. Tim was so wonderful about putting two bikes (one was his which is one of the bikes we were looking to purchase) and another bike similar size to the Chieftain Dark Horse on the carpet, pulling them in just like we would in the garage. Once we knew they would fit, then came the fun part. The Challenger had just arrived but we thought the Chieftain would have to be ordered. Tim spent time calling around and was able to track one down AND make arrangements to have it brought to their shop. Tim was so amazing to work with. Then he shuffled us off to Dan for paperwork. Another awesome guy to work with. He made quick work of all the paperwork, organizing and efficient. Then of to Russell for some new gear, covers, etc. Again, super helpful and knowledgeable. If you are female and interested in riding DONT shop here! It took 20 minutes for a salesman to approach me. As he hurried by he half-heartedly asked if he could help me. Then he acted surprised that I did need help. This is the second time I got passed over at this store. The first time I went in to buy an Indian but the manager blew me off. I will not be back and will ALWAYS go to Johnny Ks Indian of Niles. They know how to treat a female customer. If I could give zero stars thats what Indian of Erie would get.

Not good..low inventory...web page was so wrong. .and the salesman agreed.... the salesman also said they may have some UTVs at the other store but wasnt sure didnt even call or check for me seemed like I was bothering him.Then he stated no one has UTVs in stock. The very next dealer I went to had multiple ones that I was interested in.Also the garage the garage area seemed swamped with work. Ummm if I had a issue how long would it take to be fixed?..shop around.

I purchased a new Yamaha fz09 from them a few years ago and Yamaha sent me a safety recall in the mail instructing me to contact my dealer as they would be performing the repair. I called this place right away and their service department told me that the part would have to be ordered and they would contact me as soon as the part was in. This was 4 years ago... The first year I called twice and never got a response. The next spring I called again and never got called back. Last year I called once more against my better judgment and surprise surprise...never was called back. It is that time of year again and I was thinking about calling them again regarding the SAFETY RECALL that still hasn’t been fixed, but three strikes and you’re out! If anyone from the dealership actually reads these, please by all means...look up my name in your system and you will indeed see that I purchased my fz09 from you. You deserve every bit of this review.

Back in 2008 I bought a brand new wheeler from them, I paid the entire thing off in record time. Came back for services probably more than most people and spent a ton of money doing it. I liked Joe and the service manager very much. A few years after selling my wheeler I decided to go back and look at new machines. Decided on one and talked to a salesman (Robo)(You can find another review about him on here too)he blew me off at first but I asked him more questions and he finally talked to me. I asked him if I could possibly take it for a ride and he blew me off again. Joe finally came back and after reminding him who I was he said yes of course I can take it for a ride. I called about a week later and talked to Robo douche on the phone and he was extremely rude, I told him I wanted to talk to someone else and he said too bad. I ended up going to a different dealership and was treated with respect.Now I am getting ready to spend nearly 30k on a new machine and called to give them another try. Who answers the phone? Yep Robo being as rude as ever. So after all this time I am leaving a review to let people know to steer clear of ROBO. He must be related to someone because I have talked to several people (my cousin called and he told him to call another dealership and get a price then he would match it. Some salesman...)that have had issues with him and cant imagine why he still works there. Talk to someone else or Joe if possible.

Helpful, informative, friendly, and as busy as they were everyone made me feel like a priority. Truly a great team. Tim was knowledgeably and led me to what I believe was the best machine for me and I hadn’t even considered it. If you’re thinking about buying stop here first, you won’t regret it.

Awful. Changing this review from a 5 star down to a 1 star. My wife and I drove up and purchased a 2010 Street Glide CVO. I paid FULL ticket price at what they were asking. (Roughly $17,000) I didn’t try to wheel and deal or anything because they weren’t being pushy and I felt ok with the price. Now fast track, not even THREE WEEKS LATER. I am having issues in my engine that is very bad. The top end seems it is starving for oil, and The Harley is running VERY rough. I have only rode this bike 3-4 times with less than 300 miles I’ve put on this bike and it is having serious engine issues. I called the Saleman who we got the bike off of (Robo), and I explained to him what was going and and if I was to bring the bike up, if there was some sort of grace period or something, that they would fix it. I was basically told “Your Loss, it’s a used bike”. Well I could see that on a $1,500 or $3,000 bike, but a bike that I purchased LESS THAN 3 weeks ago, and put very little miles on is having such terrible issues and possibly may have to get the motor completely rebuilt for a bike I paid $17,000 For. I don’t want a new bike, hell, I love the bike. But they won’t make it right. All they said was, well you can bring it up here, and if there is something wrong we will give you a bit of a discount on the service that will be getting done. That is REDICULOUS, because there shouldn’t be any service needed in the first place! I was guaranteed that they completely went over the bike before purchase, complete inspection top to bottom by their mechanics, and the bike ran like a top. NEVER BUY A MOTORCYCLE HERE. Once you give them money and are out the door, they will treat you like trash on the side of the road.

What great customer service. None of the dealers around here carried the oil change kits for my victory octane. I called these guys who have never seen me or heard of me and they got me oil change kits shipped immediately and at my door in less than 24 hours. Erie is not that far away and I will definitely be driving down to these guys for my future needs because if they will treat me that great as some random douche on the phone I can only imagine how they take care of their customers in the showroom

Im one for supporting local businesses but when a person can buy similar parts online for 75-80% cheaper, its hard to support them! $200 to fix my headlight wiring which has since stopped working again! We purchased a 2020 Indian Roadmaster Elite. We had it converted into a Trike. We had a Can Am Spyder RT. We wanted to upgrade.And we didnt want to get a Harley. Everyone and their brother had a Harley. We went with Indian, because its different. The design of the fenders are beautiful. The engine, the quality of parts. And if you do a side by side comparison with Harley, Indian beats it time and time again. Wrobo was amazing. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Gave us the best advice for my wife. Who has back problems. For the most comfortable seat. Brian in Parts, is the absolute best. He went above and beyond to help me. We where having a problem matching the paint for the Trike Kit. He spent a lot of time, looking and trying to find sometime that could match the paint. Gary and the team in Service are all superman. They took the bike apart and put it back together. To make a very beautiful one of a kind Trike. Its simple amazing, what these guys can do. Wrobo went over everything, all the bells and whistles, and answered any and all my silly questions. I picked up my bike and had a maiden voyage to Gettysburg, PA. I has multiple people make comments on how beautiful and nice my bike is. If you are interested in a new or used motorcycle. Very poor selection of riding gear, and not one person offered to help us look for anything or asked if we needed any help. some of the workers were on there cell phones and the parking was AWFUL. parking spots were not used by customers either because there was maybe 2 other people in the store. will not be going back!!

Great fast service for my Kia SUV. But wish they caught my brakes and rotors sooner than later. Had them replaced not at a dealership due to naturally expensive labor costs and my rotors came off in two pieces....when I was there last week and last month.

My husband and I bought a car here and it was the worst decision, only had it for a little over a year. Not even a month after buying the car the tires popped off then we had to buy all brand new tires because the tread was so bad. After all that got fixed the transmission went! Had to get it completely rebuilt!! Now after all that has happened the engine is shot and would cost more to fix then the car is worth. Worst place to purchase anything. Bought a used rzr, engine was garbage and not original, with it only saying 100 hours on the machine. When asking them to give me a quote and look at it, I had to call over 20 times, show up 3 times and finally got an answer. They wanted the same amount for engine repair as what I bought the machine for. Management is a joke and unprofessional.
