I had to have a seized pin pressed out back in February. The service rep and manager were very friendly and knowledgeable. The mechanics got my job done quickly. Highly recommend these guys for heavy equipment repairs.

Rework is a thing here! Was a longtime customer but oversight on the truck service department is an issue. Would not take my lawnmower here to get serviced!

These guys really save my butt while I was on a FedEx load that absolutely could not be late. Different cat dealer buggered up a coolant hose that they did not have in stock, but they found a way to get me back on the road in about an hour nevertheless. Excellent people to deal with, very friendly, courteous and professional.

I had a great experiece with these guys! My son and myself was traveling through and had an extra afternoon cause we couldnt load until the next day. I called them up asked if they could do an over head for me told me to bring it on by. It was a couple hours which i understand cause it was was a really hot day had to wait for motor to cool off. They knocked it out for me and pointed a couple other things that he saw for me to keep an eye on. All and all very good experience with them. I would definitely use them again if Im in the area and needing them. 👍

I have found on several occasions, work scheduled to be done on a unit I dropped off or to be picked up for the company I work for hadnt been done, took longer than we were told and a time or two, not even done and forgotten about until time to pick up.

Skilled Trained engine mechanics work here.I had called the day before and there was a service bay open when I arrived. They were able to diagnose my problem easily. They have an extensive parts inventory.

Awesome experience. My diesel motorhome with a Cummins was in need of a new exhaust manifold installed, I couldnt be happier. Drop off was quick and professional, repair was done in several hours and pickup was easy. My coach was left clean and not all greasy like other shops have done before. Will definitely be my shop of choice when my coach needs work again. Thank you!!

Im always affraid of letting other mechanis work on my truck, even for a oil change but boy let me tell you these guys are really good at what thy do down to the customer service, thy didnt try to prolong the wrk to get more $$$ thy did my oil change in less then a hour and there additude was graet i would definitely recommend this place to all esp since its way up here where really not much shops around good luck to you all and thx clevland bros staff ✌....... Night mechanic did a good job with the repair. Out of hours and was not allowed to park inside the gate so they had me park outside the gate a 12:30am. The morning people came in around 5 to 6 am and as they passed mu truck they laued on their horn keeping me from sleeping. Great customer appreciation! Guess they never thought to ask why I was parked there or that other truckers in the TA lot was affected as well. So if your an OTR driver. Make sure you have hours or be prepaired to be harrased in the morning.

I had delivery 7 miles away from Cleveland Brothers and I got problem with automatic transmission on semi truck Volvo, I did not been able to move from delivery facility. I call them for the road service they told me they will send the guy to look it. Guy came in 40min and fix the problem in 10min because I got some problem on transmission speed sensor. I got out of charge but I feel bad and my tromendus apologize to Cleveland Brothers that I did not have any cash in myself to tip the mechanic guy ! Thank you a lot Cleveland Brothers ! !
