Recently I needed to purchase a netting to be used for personal use. I did several online searches and after many phone calls and discussions with several companies who just didnt want to bother with me, I was fortunate to come across U.S. Netting. Not only were they very eager to help me with my custom cargo net, but they walked me through the steps and processes to insure that I was going to be ordering exactly what I needed for my application. Of course, being the procrastinator that I can be, I basically needed the product yesterday. While they understood my situation, it was after all a custom cargo net, they could only promise me that they would get it produced as quickly as possible for me. They sure did! I received my PERFECT net within 10 days after placing my order and couldnt be more pleased! The product was excellent, but the customer service level that I received was second to none! I would highly recommend U.S. Netting to anyone, large or small, looking for netting. They go above and beyond and are eager to make sure the customer not only gets the correct product for their application, but gets it in a timely manner. If you need netting--pick up the phone, give them a call, you wont be disappointed!

Lessons LearnedI placed an online order that was lost during shipment, and this led to a lengthy dispute as I sought replacement or refund for the order that I never received. I was ultimately refunded in full, for which I am appreciative, but I believe there are some lessons to be learned from the dispute. For future customers, I would suggest taking the extra time to ask US Netting about shipping options, and the ramifications in the event of a lost package, to be able to make informed shipping decisions. For US Netting, I would recommend some reexamination of the resolution process for events like this, because these things happen and I feel I encountered an inappropriate amount of resistance to getting resolution. Hopefully these considerations can help prevent similar disputes in future.
