Just had a quote done today, salesman came, counted windows, printed off quote that was 2x other quotes and left. Did not explain windows, did not sell me on anything. Very vague and ignorant when asked about the print off sheet. Ive heard about this company being like this and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. I would absolutely NOT recommend them. Beware. I will be going with a more professional business that wants my business......

Jim is so personable and just a joy to have in our home! He is completely understanding and flexible with our specific needs. Ive made him draw up at least 5 estimates since we have changed our mind many of times. Also, Anita is so friendly! I know I can call them if i have any questions.

Great work again! We had windows replaced at our old house and didnt hesitate to call them to quote & replace at our new house. Workers were very respectful of our house, first thing they brought in was a drop cloth to wipe their feet at the door. They cleaned up as they finished each room. Windows look great and we are planning to replace the rest next year.

When you go to window word ask for Bobby and Nick, They do a great job, They did 13 windows here one ex big picture window got done in 1day, 10years ago they put in 12.One of them worked for window world for 15 years, the other one for over 20years. They know there stuff and very nice guys. The only think I can tell you if you want new windows call a long time a head of time. I ordered in July took to Nov to get them in .

We just had our new windows installed this October. We are so happy with the quality and workmanship, the windows look great!! The installers were very professional and helpful. They cleaned up after they were done and they also took our old windows with them. We are very satisfied again, this is actually the second time we bought windows from this company. Had our windows replaced by window world of erie.The Service is good. I had one service call right after an install, he did show up on time as expected but really didnt fix the problem. It was just covered up with more Caulking and another nail.Office staff is super friendly and helpful.They do show up and do the work in a timely manner.The windows are a great improvement over our 30 plus year ones we had but let me just say you get what you pay for.I went with window world because of the value and previous reviews to be honest. My biggest complaint about these windows is the trim work is horrible looking chopped sections, nails are exposed and white Caulking squeezed everywhere to hide imperfections and dirty, dated looking trim was used with newer white ones too. I would doubt the owners would find this acceptable in their own homesHonestly, the windows are not bad but the trim work is bad. Kinda disappointed especially when Im updating the inside of my home and afraid these will stick out like sore thumbs.Have a contractor working at my home and he agreed that the install of the trim around the windows looks cheaply done by people who dont know what they are doing.Basically Im half and half happy with my new windows. The windows are beautiful however the trim work not so much.

Windows installed many years ago, was having an issue with one of the panes of glass, called during the pandemic and spoke with Larry who we first met with to do the install. Same great service, knowledgeable and professional. Ordered our new windows and once able to do the install called and set up an appointment right away. Duane the service technician did a great job, truly professional and going above and beyond the call of duty.

Dwayne and Larry were very professional and efficient. However, the caulking job around the window was very messy. I may need to re caulk some of it.

We got our windows years ago. As expected, we needed some minor repairs. Dwayne came by yesterday, right on time, and efficiently and effectively making the repairs. WW stands by its guarantee, and Dwayne is a terrific technician!

They are complete liars..from Larry the owner down to the subcontractors they use to install the windows. They dropped one window and dented the custom sill and cracked my newer vinyl siding . I made the mistake of trusting them and not being there . The owner called me a liar even though 3 people saw him drop the window. Use ANY ONE else...very unethical company.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Did not end up with a finished opening installation like I was told. I specifically asked during the sales quote appointment if the inside of the opening would appear finished and was told that it would. After installation, bare wood around the window jambs were left exposed. (A piece of trim was removed and not put back in after the new windows were being set.) I was told that I needed to paint it now. This is very, very frustrating considering that I asked what the final appearance was going to be. Im a licensed professional in the building industry and have a very good understanding of what can be done and what shouldve been done. Window World of Erie DID NOT complete the installation like was presented to us. I gave them a chance to correct this by talking with the owner of the company, and they failed to make it right. With that said and even with my frustration, I do still recognize that they did a lot of things correctly too. The windows themselves seem to be of good quality, and the installers were efficient and clean with their portion of the work. I did have a couple caulking beads that needed to be fixed due to shrinkage, but the schedule for the warranty repair was performed in a timely manner. They were very professional during the ordering process. Im just disappointed that I did not get the finished product that I was expecting and was told. My intentions were never to have to paint, and had I known that they were not putting back that trim, I certainly would have made other arrangements for having the opening completely finished during the process.

The true worth of a company is shown when they are asked to standard behind their warrenties and guarantes. We had a problem with one of our windows and Window World of Erie took immediate action to get our window fixed. Duane made two trips from Erie to Port Allegany to make sure everything was completed correctly. He was very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Window World for both their products and reliability. Very pleased customer.

The crew showed up on time, removed and installed 3 new windows, cleaned up and were on their way in a little over an hour . Very pleased with the whole operation .

Windows are good. Didnt do what they said they would. Was charged extra because they needed to take precautions because of lead and they took no extra precautions. Was told they would only have 1 window out at a time because it was colder they had most of the windows out at once. Also a few windows were quite a bit smaller then the opening and they stuffed some foam in there and a cap or something. Not impressed by the install

Called about a month ago for a replacement window. Then called a couple weeks ago to see if it was still coming and they said it was on the truck and be here last Thursday. Another week has gone by without hearing from them. They are not very good at keeping the customer happy. Bet if I wanted to install windows they would be here in a heart beat. They are not good at fixing a problem.

I used this company in 2008 they broke my j channel and came back and just squirted caulking on the crack when the whole window needed to be recapped. I told them this and they said this is how we will will fix it. I said that is not the right way to fix it. I had to get 3 windows recapped by someone else who cared how to fix them.they dont care

In the market for new windows. Woman on the phone didnt even know how long they have been in business. She was rude. They lost my business before I even had them come out and give me an estimate. Concentrate on customer service people!
