Buying windows and a sliding glass door was a new experience, but Rhonda and Maureen at Pella in Erie made it easy. Rhonda was well-prepared for our meeting and was quick to answer any questions we had. The in-store display of windows and doors was great, as we could see, feel and operate the different options. Finally, our price out the door was very reasonable and their timeline for delivery, perfect. Couldnt ask for more, except making collapsable sliders affordable to the common man ;-)

I just ordered additional replacement windows for our house built around 1940. The salesman Jon m. is very knowledgeable and very helpful in choosing the right window and providing options to fit your budget. We had eight windows installed last year by Pella and the installation was top notch work. The installer had 30+ years experience and made sure we were satisfied with the installation before leaving the job site and requesting final payment. This year as part of our six window replacement project we are having the same Pella installer correctly reinstall two previously incorrectly installed Pella windows that a Lowe’s installer had put in my sons bedroom and would not come back to correct the problem (beware of Lowe’s installers), there is a reason they only warranty the installation for a year.

Jon McCray was an excellent salesperson. He explained all aspects of choosing, installing and paying for blinds.He went above and beyond to put my air conditioners back in during this 90 degree weather. I am extremely pleased with his professionalism and kindness.

I originally gave them 5 stars. My 1st experience I had 4 windows installed. It took one day and everything went very well. We ordered 5 windows this time. Jon came out again and measured. It was scheduled to install for 2 days. First 2 days, one of the windows was not measured correctly so it had to be reordered (another month wait), screen missing, not enough trim for the windows. We called and complained with no customer service help at all, she was rather rude. We would just have to wait. Second trip a month later, out to install the window that had to be reordered and tend to the other things. I was just informed that they still didnt send enough product to cover all the windows. So that means a 3rd trip is going to have to happen. Would not recommend!It took 5 trips to complete. With Duane the manager refusing to return phone calls over a week of calling. Finally had to go above his head to get a phone call back. It was a horrible experience and will never use them for anything ever again.

John McCray’s team installed a very large picture window with a vertical crank-opening window on each side in the living room of our 50+year old ranch. Not only did the improved insulation of the windows add to the comfort of that room, but the efficiency and quality of the installing crew were outstanding. They arrived early in the morning and had the old windows out and the new window unit in by lunch. And they were able to work in such a way as to leave the front garden bed, shrubs, and flowering plants in great shape. Excellent product and workmanship! Our living room was so much nicer with the Pella windows.
