The stylists here are very nice, and know what theyre doing. They do pretty much everything here so you can get youre nails done and youre hair colored all in one place.

On may 16th, I went in for a scheduled mani/pedi for my may 18th wedding. I wound up only having my pedi done because after showing a picture of what Id like for my manicure, it was determined that they were unable to do it. No problem, I understood that ombre nails are difficult. Id like to first say that my nail artist was very sweet and very personable and I really liked her. However, upon leaving the shop and taking a look in sunlight, it was very apparent to myself and my fiance that the chosen white polish was on the skin surrounding my toes. Im not typically one to complain so I thought, its fine, Ill get the paint off of my toes once home. When attempting to pick the paint off of the first toe, it took it off as one piece due to it being gel and I was left with an entire toe with no paint. I had the shop that I made a new ombre manicure appt with redo the pedicure and attempted to call beauty by Bobbie twice on Friday, getting the answering machine both times. Saturday was my wedding and Sunday they were closed. I called again first thing Monday morning and left a message this time. I didnt hear back until Tuesday evening from Monica.. during this phone call, I was accused of my story being inconsistent, chastised for why i didnt come back in to have it fixed by them, and was treated like a liar rather than a paying customer. Again, my wedding was out of town in 2 days from the service. I had better things to do to prepare than to run across town again to have a service that should have been done right the first time, done again and hope and pray that it would be correct that time. Monica offered 1/2 off my next service as a reconciliation. I explained I wouldnt be returning due to my first experience and certainly wouldnt be PAYING for 1/2 a service after what I went through. It was clear that the refund i anticipated was not going to happen and i explained at this point all that would be left to do would be to write a review here. I was not as hard up for the $35 as this business clearly is. To which, Monica responded I figured youd say that. The lack of professionalism and customer service that was presented verbally, on the phone an entire day and a half after leaving the message was so appalling that Im now taking time out of my jamaican honeymoon to encourage anyone to spend their money elsewhere!

People are great! Very relaxing, and good ideas for your hair.
