The store was organized and clean. The biggest reason for me to review it is because the lady that helped me was awesome. I never caught her name but she was very personable, knew a surprising amount about dog food and managed to make a recommendation that I change my dogs food without being offensive about it. Then she even gave me some food to try out and encouraged me to bring in my bully as dogs are always welcome. Enumclaw as a town doesnt seem to care about even basic covid protocal (which I wasnt prepared for) but this store has some awesome customer service so I will be back in off-peak hours for sure.

Needed help, none to be seen. Usually many items without prices. Not very easy to move through the store. Not easy to find things. Very overpriced candy, probably because not found in other stores in town. Inconsistent with items they will deliver, making it difficult to get items that are needed at the same time.

It is nice not having to drive to Covington or Bonney Lake to a pet store to get food. They carry good quality pet items here. My dogs and cats prefer this brand and it is always there.

Rebecca was super knowledgeable, helpful and had a great attitude, even with multiple people needing things at the same time she was able to point me in the right direction so I could get going on my project.

Needed a few flat washers for a project. They have bins of various sizes so you can select the exact number and not be forced to buy too many.

If you are looking for the Wal Mart of feedstores ? Here it is . Very seldom do I see the same employee twice. This store seems to have issues with inventory, even pre-covid . They always suggest that I try another location, they are all 20+ miles away. We are in a small town here and have limited local resources, and our TSC does not help that. We do have another locally owned operation that gets most of my money. this particular location used to be a Dels farm supply since I was a kid, sorry they had to sell.

I needed help buying duck food, walked around the store for 10 mins trying to find help. Once I found someone (Ryan) he was too busy to help me, told me it’s in the back left corner. I told him I could not find it, I expected that once he was done with what he was doing he would help me. He did not. When I went to the front to ask if they had anyone else to help me he came back in and was extremely rude, I ended up leaving without buying anything and going to the Buckley feed store where I received help immediately. Won’t be shopping here again.

I was highly disappointed with my experience. I went on Wednesday as they have veterinarys there . it was a ploy to get customers in the store. They do nothing for the pets. They post a sign out front advertising the vet on duty. Ha! They talk to you take information then tell you if you need something done go to your regular vet. They dont precribe any meds no treatments. Not even so much as trimming nails as advertised on their sign. It is hard to get your pet into a vets office due to covid so you go to the store hoping to get help and then to have them tell you they dont do any services and to go to your regular vet. Highly disappointing. Very bad for business. Do not recommend and will not shop there anymore.

I went to tractor supply today after calling to verify that they carried the herbicide that I wanted, which they did. They told me it was a little under $100, a little more than the going rate, but it was what I have had success with in the past. I drove down to tractor supply found the herbicide and took it to the register. I waited in line and when it was my turn to pay for my goods I was informed that they could not sell me the product they had on their shelf. I was informed that they only have one employee certified to sell herbicides and she was not working today. It was a complete waste of time.After being completely irritated and having this be the third time I have gone there to walk out with nothing I went to Bills farm and feed. A great establishment with knowledgeable folks that work there. I found the herbicide I wanted in a generic brand which was about 30 percent cheaper and got an additive to help the effectiveness after talking to the staff. Morale of the story, if you want to waste am hour of your time, get completely frustrated and walk out empty handed take a run to tractor supply. If you want to buy a product and maybe get an education on how to make it more effective while saving money, swing into Bills farm and feed, about 10 minutes down the road.This is my last trip to tractor supply to waste time.

I had one very helpful friendly staff member assist me, but the lady who rung me out couldnt be bothered to be nice. Maybe if she stopped talking with her coworker for a second she couldve said hello, or have a nice day, or even anything. Very mixed visit.

Got all the feed I need here! Also there are clothes and some home decor things. I got a wax melt here that is the best thing I have ever smelled in my entire life. Fun to look through what they have every once and a while.

Staff is friendly and always willing to help me find things. That said they are lacking on some essential farm supplies. Wish their shelves were stocked better.I will say I found a super cool camping chair with hydralic rockers on the back. Good for them to have some off the wall selections.

Wish they would wear mask at the loading dock. The last 3 times I have been here they haven’t.

The staff are always friendly. The store has a huge supply of pet needs from household pets to farm animals, not just feed and toys but medical needs as well. I love wandering through the store and finding a great deal on something that they have marked down.

This place has a lot of great things. Prices are high in some things, Sales are the way to go. Also, i think they should give away 10 chicks when you buy a bag of chicken feed like other farm stores.

Cashier told me product was out of stock . No customer service skills. She did send me to the customer service counter. I super nice person went and looked and told me that they do not keep the feed in stock normally and I would have to special order and wait for it to come in. Had she not told me that I would have kept waiting for it to come in.

1 checker, Very long line! They need to get there other register fixed ASAP! Waiting isles back to check out is very unnecessary! Outside of that they do carry some unusual things we like and my husbands work socks!

The guys and gals here are so professional, and helpful. Always willing to help you when you ask, and will go out of their way for their customers. Thank you folks.

Have had several issues with this location but they recently have stepped up their customer service. I had an issue with the manufacturer for two very expensive flashlights, one missing a charger and one that never worked. They addressed this quickly for me and even though they were out of stock for the item they went out of their way to bring it up from another location.

In making this determination, the department will consider, but not be limited to, the following criteria:(a) Packaging;(b) Package size;(c) Label instructions;(d) Application method;(e) Equipment to be used;(f) Rates of application.On the label of one of the products I observed being purchased it clearly states it is for residential use. I think Tractor Supply is just trying to get your information so it can be hacked into or sold in the future. My last purchase at Tractor Supply was made today.

We get our dog for here. Great prices especially if your animals have allergies! They have everything from kid toys to tires & everything in-between. During certain parts of the year they even have baby chickens & ducks!

Great store great prices. Lots of good stuff outdoor gear, lots of animal feed, horses chicken pig hog rabbits all kinds of good animal feed. Trailer accessories, chainsaw parts, ( no Stihl parts or chainsaws though) bummer, they will sell you one of those Swedish saws if youre into that kind of thing, yeah I dont like Swedish meatballs either, ha ha. But they got a lot of good stuff that you need .These guys took over all the Dels Farm and Feed Stores, they do a lot better job than Dels. Hey they sell Carhartt. And they have a bunch of little home knick-knack stuff if your wife is into that kind of thing. Yeah theyre worth stopping in and check it out.

I like the Enumclaw store because its easy to find and get in an out of. What I dont like about the store is that the manager is a very unfriendly woman. She has been very cold to me when Ive asked for help, and I have witnessed her nasty attitude toward her employees, especially those whom she is training. She has lied to me before about some of the DuMor feeds that they sell. I finally got fed up with her and have have taken my business elsewhere.

Did not look around much but I did see a few things I was not expecting.

Bought 2 chicks. Got to my car, looked at them. And had a feeling one might be a roo. So i walked back in asking to exchange that one, since they wouldnt let me pick them up in the store. They said they cant exchange or return chicks. The same lady that had just checked me out a couple minutes earlier. I explained i had a feeling it might be a roo. And i cant have a rooster. So with a huff and attitude she went and gtabbed another chick said. yea they look the same and put the new one in the box and handed it back with another huff and attitude. Didnt even let me pick a new one out. Just got attitude. Thats pretty crappy customer service.

There was only one cashier working on my visit, and the poor gal was having to run the whole front on her own, i saw atleast 2 other employees wandering the store, both of whoch avoided me when i needed help.

I didnt get any help, talked to 3 different people who didnt know if they had cedar shavings, they all passed me on to someone else. Finally said screw it and went to the feed store down the road that I knew would help.
