Almost everyone is very helpful, friendly, efficient, & kind. Usually has what I need. Carries a variety of hardware items, more than Id expect to be in the store. Always very nice plants, flowers, seasonal items even out of the season.

I like the store and the people that work there. I dont like the way the prices have increased. I saw a large disparity in pricing. A number of items I looked at were 45-50% higher than Tractor Supply. Mind you these were $2-3 items. Lower priced example TS. $.50 each and TV. $1,29 each. Hose clamps pack of 4 were $1.99. TV was $1.29 each.I the future Ill be easier to find at Johnsons in 4 corners

Knowledgeable people with an excellent selection of tools and hardware. Feels more personal than going to a home depot or lowes, even if they have less stuff. Definitely enjoy going here

I love this little store. I swear they have everything! Everytime I come here theyre friendly and helpful and their prices are comparable to the big name retailers. There is a younger kid who is always there and is super helpful, knows where everything in the store is. Seriously love this place!

Most expensive Hardware store in King County!!! $15.90 for one stick of half inch PVC conduit before taxes. Regularly only $2.11 retail at Home Depot, and about $4.39 at most ACE Hardware stores.

Its a good local store, some stuff is a little overpriced, but its right in town, also very friendly, and helpfull staff.

Extremely helpful staff!!! My old car key broke off, and guy behind the key counter was very helpful. He did all he could, but it was in too bad a shape. He even came out to check on me while a spare was on the way and offered to call for help. Great service.

Just spent two days getting jerked around by the incredibly incompetent kids that work there. Yesterday I went in looking for an electrical component of which they did not have. It was rather specific so this did not surprise me. I then happened upon a barbecue that was on sale that I really wanted and when I was told that there were no more in stock but there would be more today I was ok with the idea because it was a very good deal. Well today I called just before noon and asked if they had received them yet and was told there were none ordered and they would not be getting any more in. So I then inquired about the display and was told it was for sale I then asked if they would be kind enough to hold it for me I was told that was not possible. Then the inevitable happened I called just after four and was told that the display had already been sold and that they could special order it for me I said no thanks and Im pretty sure that will be the last thing I ever say to these people. Save your time and money and just go to a real hardware store.

Just moved out to Enumclaw, bought a house and been spending quite a bit but today will be my last. Poor Customer service was told to go to the other line as the kid was closing. Only to go wait in the other line and he proceeded to wait on more people after he told me to move!
